British Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced billions in support for Ukraine on Sunday following a summit with European leaders, just days after President Donald Trump berated Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the Oval Office. Starmer announced a loan of 2.2 billion British pounds ($2.8 billion) to support Ukraine, funded through the freezing of Russian assets passed on Saturday. He also highlighted a new deal that would allow Ukraine to use 1.6 billion pounds ($2 billion) in export finance to buy missiles made in Northern Ireland. Starmer vowed to bolster Ukraine to allow the nation to negotiate a peace agreement from...

NATO member Norway will continue to supply fuel for U.S. Navy ships, the country's defence minister said on Sunday, after a call from a private marine fuel supplier to stop doing so in response to the apparent breakdown in U.S.-Ukrainian relations. "We have seen reports raising concerns about support for U.S. Navy vessels in Norway. This is not in line with the Norwegian government's policy," Norway's Defence Minister Tore Sandvik said in a statement. "American forces will continue to receive the supply and support they require from Norway," he added. Sandvik issued his statement after privately held Norwegian fuel supplier...

President Trump’s public debacle with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky halted hopes for a signed minerals agreement while dividing the world — and Washington — over their support for them both. Long-simmering tensions between Trump and Zelensky exploded into the open during a heated Oval Office exchange that will have ramifications for the U.S., Russia, Ukraine and all of Europe. Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) called his vote to confirm Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who was in that meeting with Trump and Zelensky, “a mistake” in a Sunday interview with CNN’s “State of the Union.” “It was a mistake. I think...

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that he believes someone other than Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky should lead his nation. Host Kristen Welker said, “Welker said, “Senator Lindsey Graham on Friday floated that President Volodymyr Zelensky may need to resign in order for there to be a peace agreement. Do you agree with that statement?” He added, “Either he needs to come to his senses and come back to the table in gratitude, or someone else needs to lead the country to do that,” I mean, it’s up to the Ukrainians to figure that...

  • Did Ukraine Already Sign a Precious Metals Deal with the UK Back in January? Does President Trump Know About This?

Zelensky’s biggest lie may involve the UK and Europe. Last month, the UK announced an agreement with Ukraine that was signed on Jan 16. There was one key point in the announcement that stuck out: “It also cements the UK as a preferred partner for Ukraine’s energy sector, critical minerals strategy and green steel production.” Although it has yet to be confirmed, some believe that this entire agreement includes Ukraine giving the rights to its minerals to the UK—NOT the US. And this agreement was signed just days before Trump entered office. That way, the UK could screw American taxpayers...

Almost all of the European Prime Ministers and Presidents are meeting today in London coming up with a cease fire plan for Ukraine. Sir Keir Starmer is stepping up with Ground Troops and an Air Force to enforce whatever cease fire agreement gets negotiated. Considering the state of the UK military I wonder how this will work out and what UK citizens will think about this.

By most accounts, the Oscar-nominated “Emilia Pérez” is a terrible movie. Mexican critics panned the film’s portrayal of cartel violence, while trans critics hated how gender transition was used as an empty plot device with a highly inaccurate depiction of the medical process of transitioning. And yet the musical has been nominated for an incredible 13 Oscars, the most of any film this awards season. With an audience score of 16% on Rotten Tomatoes, it’s clear almost everyone hates this movie, it seems, except for Oscar voters. In the casting respect, at least, "Emilia Pérez" gets it right, having cast...

The US administration is no longer looking at signing a rare earths and other minerals agreement with Ukraine, US Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent said. Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that Vice President JD Vance berated Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during their Oval Office meeting last week. Partial transcript as follows: KLOBUCHAR: We stand with our friends, not our enemies. We go into negotiations — the great country of America goes into negotiations with strength, not surrender. And I was appalled by what happened in the Oval Office. I was with President Zelensky with a number of Republican and Democratic senators before he left for the White House. He was in great spirits. He was excited to go and sign...

TRENTON, N.J. — A new bill introduced in the New Jersey Legislature aims to phase out gas-powered lawn equipment statewide, prohibiting its sale within three years and its use within five. The bill, sponsored by Democratic Assemblymembers Herbert Conaway and Mila Jasey, seeks to curb emissions from gas-powered devices such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and chainsaws, which contribute to air pollution and health risks. This bill doesn’t just seek to make it illegal to buy gas powered lawn equipment. It is intended to criminalize the actual use of any gas powered lawn tools within 5 years.
