I posted yesterday that those that signed the letter demanding Congress investigate the firing of the CJCS, and their insubordinate remarks should be charge with Article 88 of the UCMJ and court-martialed. I received one response that stated that since they are retired, the UCMJ does not apply to them. Is that true? And if is not true, that they can be brought up on UCMJ charges, than is that true for all retired personnel?

A federal judge on Thursday ruled against CIA employees who sued the Trump Administration to keep their jobs. Earlier this month, Judge Trenga, an appointee of George W. Bush, temporarily blocked President Trump’s move to clean house in the intelligence community—specifically targeting agents involved in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives that have compromised national security in favor of leftist ideology.

Trump has apparently brought peace to cartel-wracked northern Mexico. So President Trump has closed the border to illegal immigration, declining to accept asylum applications from illegal border crossers, shutting down the USAID spigots to NGOs fueling the migrant pipeline, reading Mexico the Riot Act on its free trade privileges and rapidly repatriating those who attempt to enter illegally. The daily number of illegal border crossings has gone to the low hundreds, according to the Border Patrol. And just like that, the brutal cartel violence in northern Mexico is gone. According to this local from Tijuana: Wall Street Apes @WallStreetApes Mexico...

🇺🇸Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem 🇮🇱(2/28/25)[Prayer]Names and Titles of God the Holy Spirit (Witness) Acts 15:7-117 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe. 8 And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us; 9 And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. 10 Now therefore...

International Development Minister Anneliese Dodds has resigned over the prime minister's cuts to the aid budget. In a letter to the prime minister,, external Dodds said the cuts to international aid, announced earlier this week to fund an increase in defence spending, would "remove food and healthcare from desperate people - deeply harming the UK's reputation". She told Sir Keir Starmer she had delayed her resignation until after his meeting with President Trump, saying it was "imperative that you had a united cabinet behind you as you set off for Washington". The MP said it was with "sadness" that she...

I’m no fan of Michael Moore’s politics or his propaganda films sold as “documentaries,” but there is one entry on his résumé that I thoroughly enjoy: Canadian Bacon, featuring the great John Candy in his final film. Moore wrote and directed this comedic gem about an American president starting a war with Canada in order to gain traction in the polls. Candy, one of Canada’s most beloved entertainers, plays a hilariously anti-Canadian American sheriff who is thrilled about taking up arms against our northern neighbors. The whole thing is top-notch farce earning a funny disclaimer in the final credits: “No...

The View may soon have to issue another legal note or face a lawsuit from the world’s richest man following a vicious lie by leftist co-host Joy Behar. While discussing DOGE, the infamous talking head decided to mock Elon Musk’s immigrant heritage during a vile tirade. She first attempted to smear Musk as a racist, claiming that he was pro-apartheid. Musk was a vociferous opponent of apartheid in South Africa and attended multiple apartheid rallies. Moreover, the evil regime Musk grew up in taught him not to discriminate against his fellow man, according to his father. But these facts did...

“‘Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied’” (Matthew 5:6). The all-important result for any believer hungering and thirsting after righteousness is to “be satisfied.” The verb translated “satisfied” frequently refers to the feeding of animals until they want no more. In a parallel to this, Jesus declares that people who hunger and thirst for righteousness will gain complete satisfaction. This satisfaction comes from God. Our part is to seek; His is to satisfy us. Paradoxically, Christians continually seek God’s righteousness, always wanting more and never getting their fill in this life. Yet the...

This is news in Mexico, but not finding any mention in English publications. On Monday, Mexico extradited 29 cartel bosses to the US, including Rafael Caro Quintero, involved in the killing of DEA agent Enrique Camareno in 1985 and top Zeta bosses Oscar Omar Treviño Morales, and Miguel Angel Treviño Morales. All those extradited were already incarcerated in Mexican prisons. It is being reported here that the US and Mexico have agreed in a meeting to jointly attack the cartel power and fentanyl. I don’t know why this isn’t big news in the US, it’s a sign that Mexico wants...

Hollywood may soon need to bid farewell to a visual effects giant credited with bringing classic films such as “Gone with the Wind” and “The Wizard of Oz” to full color. Technicolor, the 110-year-old company that pioneered color motion picture processes, told its employees this week that it has been unable to find emergency investments to keep the firm afloat. “Due to inability to find new investors for the full Group, despite extensive efforts, [Paris-headquartered] Technicolor Group has filed for Court ‘recovery procedure’ before the French Court of Justice to give a chance to enable to find solutions,” Technicolor Group...

Praying at home could be a criminal offence “depending on who passes by the window”, according to the Scottish Greens MSP behind legislation restricting protests near abortion clinics. Gillian Mackay suggested that “performative” prayer within a 200-metre radius of an abortion facility might contravene the law even if it occurred inside someone’s home. The law, which was overwhelmingly approved by Holyrood last year, was designed to curb demonstrations by anti-abortion groups outside clinics. Mackay’s comments come after remarks by JD Vance, the US vice-president, who criticised the policy this month. Vance claimed in a speech at the Munich Security Conference...

Former First Lady Jill Biden‘s press secretary, Michael LaRosa, says his colleagues in the Democrat White House ‘gaslit’ the public and their own media allies regarding then-President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline and even his election polling. CBS News has hired a well-regarded TV veteran as its No. 2 executive — even as insiders speculate that the broadcast giant’s boss is on the way out. The Tiffany Network appointed former ABC News executive Tom Cibrowski to the role of president and executive editor of CBS News, replacing Adrienne Roark, the former CBS News president of newsgathering, who left for a job at Tegna earlier this month. Cibrowski — a 25-year veteran of ABC News who served as executive producer of “Good Morning America” when it overtook NBC’s “Today” in the ratings — will have a wider purview...
