Russian forces have made significant advances on the front line, capturing 5.5 times more territory in August and September 2024 than they did throughout all of 2023. This data comes from analysts at the UA War Infographics project, who shared their findings on Tuesday, Oct. 15. According to the report, in the first half of 2024, Russian troops were capturing up to 200 square kilometers per month at most. In this study of 24 patients with metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), a common liver disease caused by excessive fat buildup, one group followed a restricted diet and a high intensity interval training exercise program for 10 months.
