Friday, during an appearance on CNN, University of Virginia Center for Politics director Larry Sabato declared the contest for the White House between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump was “no longer close.” Sabato dismissed the notion that an interview or a rally could bridge the gap between the two, suggesting that there was little Biden could do. “I don’t think [President Biden] can change the dynamic with one interview,” he said. “I suppose you’d say stop the bleeding and the bleeding has been bad. I mean, we’ve been looking at all the data coming in, all the...

The Federal Reserve is Running on Empty. ‘What passes for central banking today is really a perverse form of Wall Street-pleasing monetary manipulation. It employs the vocabulary of central banking, but in practice it fundamentally undermines main street prosperity, even as it showers the 1% (the top wealthiest people) with unspeakable financial windfalls. Stated differently, virtually everything the Fed does for the alleged benefit of the American economy is both unnecessary and a ruse. The Fed has actually become a captive of the Wall Street traders, gamblers and high rollers, and functions mainly at their behest. The proof of this...

Presidential Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre attributed "the remarkably poor performance of the President in his debate with former President Trump last week to the unfair format and timing. Our expectation was that CNN would continue its role as an ally in the fight to preserve our democracy, but they betrayed the President. Instead of throwing their weight behind the Democrat message that everything Trump says is a lie, Jake and Dana put the President on the spot by insisting that he answer their questions and use all his allotted time." "Scheduling a live debate for so late in the day...

President Biden can’t even answer questions right when he’s given the answers in advance. A Philadelphia radio host revealed on CNN Saturday that the White House gave her questions before the 81-year-old POTUS appeared on her show. Andrea Lawful-Sanders, host of “The Source” on WURD, said she got a list of eight questions for the interview on Wednesday — which was meant to help convince panicked supporters after the presidents disastrous debate performance. *** Biden stumbled repeatedly during his interview with Lawful-Sanders, at one time bizarrely claiming that he was proud to have been “the first black woman to serve...

If the Republicans were a true opposition party then leadership of the party would have exposed President Biden's dementia long before now. Yet they did not so we know they are mere controlled opposition. The leadership of the GOP is supine, flaccid, and useless. What did McConnell, McCarthy and Johnson know and when did they know it?

Judge Aileen Cannon has granted Donald Trump's motion to pause his classified documents case in Florida after the Supreme Court decision in his immunity case. The case stems from the Department of Justice's allegation that Trump should not have held onto some classified documents after leaving office. In his defense, Trump has cite the Presidential Records Act. Journalist Julie Kelly, who has been thorough in her investigations, reported that Cannon has granted the motion. The motion, filed by Trump's legal team, reads: "President Donald J. Trump respectfully submits this motion for (I) leave to file supplemental briefing regarding the implications...

A man died after a firework exploded on his head during a Fourth of July block party, South Carolina officials said. Charleston-area deputies were called to a neighborhood at about 10:30 p.m. and found a man lying in a road. He died at the scene, the Dorchester County sheriff’s and coroner’s offices wrote in news releases. The coroner’s office identified the man as 41-year-old Allen Ray McGrew. He is from Summerville, a roughly 25-mile drive northwest from Charleston. McGrew was attending a block party on his street when he “ignited a large firework device” and put the lit firework on...

Leaders of the Church of England have been scrambling to assure the faithful that their proposed £1 billion fund for slavery reparations will not come from donations to parishes. Last year the Church of England announced it was establishing a £100 million fund for slavery reparations but later acknowledged there were plans afoot for the far larger target of £1 billion.

Vice-Admiral Oleksiy Neizhpapa said Russian fleet had to relocate due to significant damage to Crimea base. Ukraine has huge success targeting the Black Sea Fleet with sea drones. Ukraine's sea drone and missile attacks have left Russia's Black Sea Fleet headquarters at Sevastopol effectively useless and forced many of its ships to relocate to other locations Vice-Admiral Oleksiy Neizhpapa told Reuters news agency that "almost all the main combat-ready ships have been moved by the enemy from the main base of the Black Sea Fleet" following significant damage to the Crimean base. "The ships are kept in Novorossiisk, and some...

• The United Nations' International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) recently issued an unusually jarring warning, highlighting a development in Iran's nuclear program. IAEA inspectors confirmed that, for the first time, Iran has commenced the process of feeding uranium gas into three cascades of advanced IR-4 and IR-6 centrifuges at its Natanz enrichment facility. • By waiving sanctions on Iran, the Biden administration has effectively provided financial support amounting up to an estimated $100 billion to the mullahs. Worse, the Biden administration has turned a blind eye to Tehran's destabilizing and aggressive policies, both within the region and without. • Iran's...

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) said Friday that President Biden’s campaign is “toast” after losing the media. “Democrats have a real problem, any Democrat has a real problem —if you lose the media, and Biden lost the media, overnight, after that debate,” Johnson said on Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Primetime” to host Will Cain. “It’s pretty difficult because Democrats can lie, they can enact policies that are disastrous to this country, but as long as the media’s on their side covering up for ‘em, they can survive. “The minute they lose the media, they really are toast,” Johnson continued.

Harriet Hageman is on my personal short list of people I hope President Trump is considering for vice president. During a recent interview Hageman shows she is not going along with the pretending. Every word about Joe Biden and the length of time the issues have been visible is correct and accurate. “Who is running our country?” WATCH: The full interview is below: On “Forbes Newsroom,” Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY) reacted to President Biden’s debate performance with alarm, slamming the press for its coverage of Biden, questioning who is running the U.S., and whether she supports invoking the 25th Amendment.

[Catholic Caucus] Thousands of Spanish Pilgrims to Be Denied Traditional Latin Mass at the Shrine of CovadongaThe Dicastery of Divine Worship notified the Archdiocese of Oviedo that the pilgrims of Nuestra Señora de la Cristiandad are forbidden, at the end of their pilgrimage, to celebrate the TLM in the great historic shrine of Covadonga, as they have peacefully and fervently done the past three years. Here are a couple of photos from last year, showing the large numbers, and the poster for 2024:Photo of last year's pilgrims in front of the shrineWorshiping in the shrine, as their forefathers had doneThis...

“The whole lot of the Kennedys were lady-killers, and they always got away with it,” baseball star Joe DiMaggio, who blamed the political dynasty for the death of his ex-wife, Marilyn Monroe, told his biographer. “They’ll be getting away with it a hundred years from now."

In an October 1903 article, the New York Times predicted it would take "one to ten million years" for man to develop a working "flying machine." We all know how that turned out. Sixty-nine days later, on Dec. 17, 1903, Orville and Wilbur Wright made their historic first successful flight in the heavier-than-air Wright Flyer in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. The New York Times was wrong then, and they continue to be wrong about many important things. One of the most dangerous in recent years was the Russia collusion story, for which they were awarded a Pulitzer Prize. For...

As the belief that Joe Biden is fully equipped to be president dissolves like mist on a Delaware morning, some of his defenders have fallen back on the idea that the American presidency is not really a man but a team. “I would take Joe Biden on his worst day at age 86 — so long as he has people around him like Avril Haines, Samantha Power, Gina Raimondo supporting him — over Donald Trump any day,” a former homeland security secretary, Jeh Johnson, said on MSNBC a few days ago. Don’t think of this as the Biden presidency, in...

…. All of the social changes pushed through by the far left over the past few decades, including expanded abortion, open celebration of exhibitionistic sexual fetishism, decriminalized drug use, weakening national militaries, turning a blind eye to street crime, and the constant propaganda drumbeat of political correctness (as they define it), have finally occasioned a Newtonian reaction, including here in the U.S. Despite their best efforts to criminalize him, Trump is not only leading in the polls but widening his lead as the Biden campaigned has hit a brick wall. The only question now is whether the Democrats — who...
