If it ain’t broke, break it. This is Joe Biden’s guiding principle. He took President Donald J. Trump’s much-tighter southern border and ripped it as wide open as a gutted trout’s belly. Biden turned Trump’s energy independence into begging Iran and Venezuela to pump more oil. He also devolved Trump’s peace in the Middle East into a five-front Arab war on Israel and let the Houthi terrorists convert the Red Sea into a shooting gallery. And for his next trick, Biden wants to impersonate a Latin autocrat. On December 7, a date that shall live in infamy, Biden’s Commerce Department...

DES MOINES, Iowa — Hourlong lines in the cold, authorized and unauthorized Make America Great Again merchandise, highly produced “how to caucus” videos — former President Donald Trump may be the messenger, but he has undisputedly inspired a movement. That is what Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) and former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley are up against in Iowa as Trump averages a 30 percentage point advantage on his primary opponents before the Republican Party’s 2024 opening nominating contest on Monday. Before Trump’s Mason City rally last weekend, Debbie Neuberger, who read about the campaign stop in “the newspaper,” underscored how most...

The latest Rasmussen Reports survey shows that 65% of voters said the situation at our southern border is an "invasion" from Mexico. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tx) took aim at Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, saying "it's not that Mayorkas is bad at his job. It's that he is openly defying federal law. He is not trying to secure the border. He is instead trying to accelerate illegal immigration. He should be impeached." Rep. Yvette Clarke (D-NY) opposes impeachment "because Secretary Mayorkas is only doing what he must to try to ensure that the MAGA extremists don't seize power in...

In order to meet its targets for Diversity Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility, (DEIA), the Federal Aviation Administration is recruiting for people with severe mental disabilities, psychiatric problems and physical disabilities. The recruiting campaign comes at an awkward time, as companies like Spirit AeroSystems, which built the malfunctioning fuselage for Boeing 737 MAX 9s, have crowed to their shareholders about hitting their DEI targets for hiring, and firing white men in order to met their diversity quotas. The FAA’s targeted disabilities for hiring are, in the agency’s own words: Hearing (total deafness in both ears) Vision (Blind) Missing Extremities Partial Paralysis...

The 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV is an early step in General Motors' promise of an electric vehicle future. "Our early experience in a Chevy Blazer EV has been anything but positive, sadly," said Alistair Weaver, editor-in-chief of Edmunds.com. *snip* "We took it into a Chevy dealer, asked them to have a look at it, and they came back with nothing short of 23 different error codes, which frankly is almost unheard of," said Weaver.

The Federal Aviation Administration now says that the way to make the skies safer is to make their workforce more diverse, including hiring people with “severe” intellectual disabilities and psychiatric disabilities. No, this is not satire; see below, via Fox News: FAA’s diversity push includes focus on hiring people with ‘severe intellectual’ and ‘psychiatric’ disabilitiesThe FAA says people with ‘severe’ disabilities are the most under-represented segment of the federal workforce. The Federal Aviation Administration is actively recruiting workers who suffer "severe intellectual" disabilities, psychiatric problems and other mental and physical conditions under a diversity and inclusion hiring initiative spelled out...

This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then...

PINAL COUNTY, AZ — Four people are dead and a fifth is critically hurt after a hot air balloon crash Sunday morning in Pinal County. Eloy police say it happened around 7:30 a.m. in a rural desert area about five miles north of the town. The mayor of Eloy said that 13 people — eight skydivers, four passengers, and a pilot — had been in the balloon. Before the crash, the skydivers exited the gondola. Witnesses told officials that the balloon was straight up and down before a hard impact. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, while the...

WASHINGTON, Thursday, Jan. 14. MEETING OF THE NATIONAL UNION COMMITTEE. The National Union Committee, appointed at the Chicago Convention, has been summoned to meet in this city, on Monday, Feb. 22, LONGSTREET NOT REINFORCED. The statement telegraphed from Chattanooga that LONGSTREET had been reinforced by troops from LEE's command is untrue. THE REBEL ARMY OF VIRGINIA. A letter received here this morning from a prominent General officer in the Army of the Potomac, says that LEE's army instead of being depleted is being increased by conscripts. The writer says the rebels are using strenuous efforts to organize and recruit their...

AT a recent Town Hall, hosted by Fox, President Trump was asked who would be his Vice President. He replied, that he already had someone in mind, but would not say at this time. We've all seen the list, that includes inexplicably people like Nikki Haley, Desantis and Ramaswamy. Another list has people with some credibility like Tulsi Gabbard, Bryan Donalds and a few others like Rand Paul and even Robert Kennedy Jr. In my mind, there is only one choice. PLEASE LET IT BE BEN CARSON. I can't think anyone better. Any other name that comes to mind will...

The movement for diversity, equity, and inclusion may have lost a prominent advocate in Harvard president Claudine Gay, but it continues to dominate America’s institutions. Worse, the Biden administration has apparently enlisted the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), one of DEI’s most notorious ideological enforcers, in its crusade against “domestic terrorism.” The Southern Poverty Law Center gained its reputation by suing Ku Klux Klan groups into bankruptcy in the 1980s but in recent years has turned its fire on critics of DEI, demonizing parental rights groups like Moms for Liberty and Parents Defending Education. Through its education arm, the SPLC...

Daily Readings from the USCCB“Can the wedding guests fast while the bridegroom is with them? As long as they have the bridegroom with them they cannot fast. But the days will come when the bridegroom is taken away from them, and then they will fast on that day.” Mark 2:19–20The passage above reveals Jesus’ response to the disciples of John the Baptist and some Pharisees who question Jesus about fasting. They point out that the disciples of John and the Pharisees each follow the Jewish laws on fasting, but Jesus’ disciples do not. Jesus’ answer goes to the heart of...

Housing is simply unaffordable under Bidenomics, a strange brew of big corporate green subsidies, political handouts (any wonder why Biden is forgiving student loans in an election year?) and bad Fed policy errors. But young Americans don’t always have a sugar daddy like Hunter Biden has who are willing to pay for rent for political parasites like those in Washington DC. Young adults used to dream of moving out of their parents’ homes and into their own apartments, but living alone has become a luxury not everyone can afford. Not surprising, since home prices under Biden have risen 32.5% while...

“Treason”. A former State Department official has warned that deep state insiders and elements of the military are planning to derail Trump’s presidency should he win the election. On Sunday, NBC reported that “a loose-knit network of public interest groups and lawmakers” are planning to use lawfare and other tactics to block Trump from exercising power on day one of his return to the Oval Office. According to the article, these insiders will go all out “to foil any efforts to expand presidential power,” even if Trump has been given a mandate to do so by the American people. “Those...

A journalist who took aim at Russian officials and promised to release details of “gigantic corruption” was found dead near a roadside over the weekend, but the circumstances of his death remain shrouded in mystery. “It will be almost impossible to determine whether foul play was involved Rybin’s death or whether he died of heart disease as some Russian media outlets claim,” Rebekah Koffler, a strategic military intelligence analyst and the author of “Putin’s Playbook,” told Fox News Digital. Alexander Rybin, 39, was found near a highway some 130 miles outside the Ukrainian city of Mariupol, where he had spent...

Hillsborough County just floated a ballot referendum last election to lump teachers into the "first responder" category to allow them to share a proposed additional homestead exemption, in an effort to keep talented employees from "leaving for greener pastures". How about that? Stupid voters passed it.

At any rate, this is the Iowa caucus, the Hawkeye Cauci, and it has been fascinating all morning and during the day yesterday to watch the media. My gosh, they are so excited. They are ten times as excited as anybody else is about this. It’s funny to watch. Now, to put this in a little more perspective — and this is not to disparage the Hawkeye Cauci — but there’s not a single delegate chosen tonight. Nothing that happens tonight really leads to votes in terms of delegates at a convention. It’s a glorified straw poll. And I’m not...

VIDEOAfter watching the long self-pitying whine by Fani Willis who claimed in church to have written a letter to God I don't ever want to hear another liberal complain about mixing religion with politics because that is exactly what Fani did on steroids while shamelessly playing the race card. At one point she even seemed to tear up ala Jimmy Swaggart although no actual tears could be detected. There was one other big difference since Swaggart at least attempted to FAKE humility, something that Fani most definitely did NOT do as she lashed out at Marjorie Taylor Greene and MAGA.

Gwen Carter Clements: Thinking of Rush Limbaugh and how now that he's dead, you never, ever hear anything about him. Nobody ever mentions anything he did. Because nothing he ever did had any value. It contributed nothing worthwhile to the culture. He just made anger. Every day. Rising, falling, then fading like a fart. Then he died and was replaced by a fleet of little replicas, creating nothing of interest or artistic value to anyone. Seriously, what an awful way to make a living. Steve West: Rush was the greatest talk show host ever. It started out as 3 hours...
