A farmer in Nebraska took social media by storm on Tuesday after he turned an 80-acre corn field into a photo of former President Donald Trump’s Fulton County mugshot. Trump’s mugshot, which was taken in August following his indictment by Fulton County’s Fani Willis, became a rallying cry for Trump supporters across the nation. The farmer used a drone to take a bird’s eye view of Trump’s mugshot in his field. Watch: DRONE VIDEO AT LINK............... As The Daily Fetched reported in August, Trump’s campaign has raised a whopping $7.1 million on the back of his mugshot. Trump surrendered himself...

Today the Supreme Court decided to hear a January 6 case, Fischer v. United States, which is HUGE!!!! This case challenges section 1512(c)(2), a provision that criminalizes the obstruction of an official proceeding. Notably, two out of the four charges levied against President Trump in his DC case are linked to 1512(c)(2). Here’s how Jack Smith impacted by SCOTUS decision to review 1512c2.Two of four counts tied to obstruction charge.By granting cert today, 4 of 9 justices agreed the “splintered” appellate decision required a review. pic.twitter.com/Wy5s3DL07g— Julie Kelly (@julie_kelly2) December 13, 2023Here's Julie Kelly on the background of this bogus...

The testimony of three university presidents before a House committee last week provoked outrage after they suggested that calls on their campuses for Jewish genocide might not have violated their schools’ free speech policies. One of them, Liz Magill, was forced to step down on Saturday as president of the University of Pennsylvania, where I am a faculty member. But their statements shouldn’t have come as a surprise. Congress could have assembled two dozen university presidents and likely would have received the same answer from each of them. This is because the value of free speech has been elevated to...

A father-of-six died suddenly while rocking his baby daughter to sleep in suburban Kansas. Michael Snyder, a 42-year-old Air Force veteran, suffered the unexpected heart attack on December 2 at his home in Gardner. With Christmas just weeks away, his family has been left reeling, after losing whom they called 'a pillar of strength, a loving spouse, and a devoted father who touched all the lives of those around him.' His wife, Alicia, and eldest daughter, Merie, are among those struggling, and spoke in an emotional interview where they said it’s impossible to imagine both life and the holiday without...

There were people who warned that this kind of thing would start happening in America. They were vilified, marginalized, and deplatformed as “Islamophobes.” But like so many who were dismissed in recent years as “hatemongers” and “conspiracy theorists,” they were right all along. Nashville’s WZTV reported that a Muslim family was arrested Tuesday on assault charges. Nick Kadum, his wife Rawaa Khawaji, and their son John Kadum are all accused of participating in the beating and abuse of another son for the crime of converting to Christianity. The young man, unnamed in media reports, was discovered when Nashville police “responded to...

According to a recent Rasmussen Reports poll, over 20% of people who used mail-in ballots admitted breaking at least one law in the 2020 election. The poll involved 1,085 likely voters. The margin of error is +/- 3 with a 95% confidence level. FACT-O-RAMA! Whiny leftist milksops screamed that Donald Trump's 2016 election victory over Hillary Clinton was the result of Russian interference, somehow involving $100,000 worth of Facebook ads, most of which didn't involve the election at all and focused more on lefty, neo-commie ideology. The same chicken hearts assured us the 2020 election was the cleanest in history.The...

A void left in the wake of a particularly powerful gust of solar wind caused the atmosphere of Mars to dramatically balloon outwards...As the MAVEN spacecraft in orbit around Mars recorded a sudden, sharp drop in solar particles when the wind passed on 26 December 2022, it simultaneously recorded a bizarre and startling change in the Martian atmosphere...The last time we saw this phenomenon was in 1999, when a sudden drop in the solar wind caused Earth's magnetosphere to swell outwards, increasing its volume 100-fold.

There’s apparently no end to how far the mainstream operatives will go in their quest to destroy the virtues of the West, and a USA Today article published last week is a prime example. The man behind the piece, Daniel de Visé, essentially implies that anyone not born into tremendous wealth doesn’t have a chance at success, and those who are rich only got that way by mere circumstance and birthright, overtly implying that capitalism has caused this problem and that, we must work harder for equality. There are huge problems with de Visé’s article, but I will do my best to...

Leave The World Behind - A Free Republic Movie ReviewBy J. JohnsonWhen I read the first reviews from this forum it appears that most folks couldn't get past the executive producers (who shall not be named in this article). My thought was well at least someone has to watch it to give an honest review and take on this movie. So last night, I decided to “ take one for the team”, and donate 2 hours and 21 minutes of my life that I’ll never get back. Here goes…Before grading, let’s start with that infamous line in the movies that...

Hunter Biden arrived on Capitol Hill Wednesday, not to comply with his subpoena and be deposed at the House Oversight Committee, but to hold a press conference and again offer to testify publicly. He maintained that his father, President Biden "was not financially involved" in his business, and saying there is "no evidence because it did not happen." Hunter Biden offer to testify publicly is a de facto rejection of the GOP demand that he appear Wednesday for the closed-door deposition he was subpoenaed for. That deposition was scheduled to take place Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. HUNTER BIDEN MAY BE...

In 2021, the Florida legislature passed, and Governor Ron DeSantis signed, the Fairness in Women's Sports Act, which prohibits biological males from participating in women's sports in Florida schools or clubs, and assesses civil fines for any school in the state, at any level, that violate the prohibition. The law was celebrated by many seeking to protect women's and girls' spaces in athletics. Apparently, however, one high school in Florida decided to test that law. And they just found out it has exactly the teeth that the legislature and DeSantis promised it did. Florida athletic board bans transgender volleyball player...

WASHINGTON (AP) — The White House is hosting nearly 100 lawmakers from around the country on Wednesday to work on how their states can try to reduce gun violence. The gun violence prevention office, the first of its kind, was launched this year by President Joe Biden. It has formulated a set of guidelines to help states take action across six areas, including creating state-run offices like the federal office, strengthening support for survivors and families of victims, and reinforcing responsible gun ownership. “We’ve been meeting with the state legislators ever since the start of our office, and one thing...

Daily Readings from the USCCB“Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28One of the most delightful and healthy activities in life is sleep. This is especially the case when one is able to enter into a deep and refreshing sleep. Upon awakening, the person who has slept deeply feels refreshed and ready for a new day. Of course, the opposite is also true. When sleep is difficult and restless, the person can suffer numerous ill effects, especially when a lack of healthy sleep becomes the norm. The same is true...

The Supreme Court on Wednesday took up a challenge to a law used to charge hundreds of people in connection with the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot, which also has been levied against former President Donald Trump. Keeping up with politics is easy with The 5-Minute Fix Newsletter, in your inbox weekdays. An appeals court said the government could proceed with prosecuting defendants charged under a federal law that makes it a crime to obstruct or impede an official proceeding — in this case, disruption of Congress’s formal certification of President Biden’s 2020 election. Obstruction is also one of the...

The Supreme Court said Wednesday that it will hear a court fight involving the breadth of a federal obstruction law that has been used to prosecute scores of defendants for their alleged actions during the Jan. 6, 2021, assault on the U.S. Capitol, as well as former President Donald Trump. An eventual decision from the Supreme Court in the case known as Fischer v. U.S. could have far-reaching impacts, since the Justice Department has charged more than 300 people under the obstruction statute in cases related to Jan. 6. Most significantly, special counsel Jack Smith has charged Trump with a...

Rafah (Palestinian Territories) (AFP) – Cold winter rains lashed war-battered Gaza on Wednesday, compounding the suffering of Palestinians forced from their homes and now huddling in flooded tents. Aziza al-Shabrawi tried in vain to get the rainwater out of her family's tent, pointing to her two children living in such precarious conditions. "My son is sick because of the bitter cold and my daughter is barefoot. It's like we're beggars," said the 38-year-old. "No one cares, and no one helps." Rafah has become a vast camp for the displaced beside the Egyptian border, with hundreds of tents erected using wood...
