The head of the Central African Republic on Thursday accused the West of triggering a migration crisis by pillaging Africa's natural resources through slavery and colonization. Taking the podium at the United Nations General Assembly, Faustin-Archange Touadera addressed the migrant crisis on the Italian island of Lampedusa, where thousands of African migrants arrived last week, overwhelming the local community and causing a major headache for the European Union. "These young people who symbolize the present and the future of our continent are desperately seeking to join the countries of the European continent in search of an El Dorado," Touadera said....

It pays to be married to the "Squad." As Democratic Reps. Ayanna Pressley (Mass.), Ilhan Omar (Minn.), and Cori Bush (Mo.) rage against capitalism from within the halls of Congress, their husbands bring home the bacon, raking in millions through consulting firms, vineyards, and private security operations. The husbands of the "Squad," who appear to be friends in their own right, have seen their financial fortunes rise in line with their wives' political stardom. Here's how they did it. Mr. Ayanna Pressley Three days before Pressley took office in January 2019, her husband, Conan Harris, left his $92,500-per-year position as...

Honest to God, Pennsylvania sucks. There are some good areas and some good people up there, but for the most part the entire state is just this side of a clogged toilet politically. Not the system, the people they elect. Smart and good people don’t tend to elect morons; elected officials usually reflect the majority of their constituents. Given what the Keystone State has sent to Washington and their own capitol, the state sucks. Advertisement This isn’t just about Senator John Frankenstein’s Monster Fetterman, though he is a big part of it. It’s also about their Governor, Josh Shapiro, and...

Rep. Michael McCaul (R-Texas), chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, also proposed legislating that the U.S. provide F-16 fighter jets for Ukraine and long-range missiles that the Biden administration has held back on providing. “We need to give ’em everything they need. President Biden issued an executive order Wednesday appointing a federal disaster coordinator to oversee long-term recovery efforts following the fiery derailment of a Norfolk Southern train that released toxic chemicals in East Palestine, Ohio, in February. The executive order, arriving more than seven months after the accident devastated the small Ohio town near the Pennsylvania state line, will direct the Federal Emergency Management Agency to name a coordinator to oversee a comprehensive assessment of any unmet needs that haven’t been addressed by Norfolk Southern and would qualify for federal assistance. This order stops short of a federal disaster declaration, which...

Earlier this month, the New York Times published a bombshell article headlined “Consistent Signs of Erosion in Black and Hispanic Support for Biden.” The piece chronicles the ongoing political migration among minorities, especially Hispanics, from Democrats to Republicans. It highlights twelve “high-quality” 2024 election polls that show Biden holds a mere 50% to 40% lead among Hispanic voters. That’s down significantly from the 65% of Hispanics who voted for him in 2020. This polling destroys the media narrative that Republicans are a racist party. It debunks Democrats’ Great Replacement theory, which posits that America’s increasing number of minorities and immigrants...

The recent rape of a French woman, identified only by her first name, Mégane, by a Muslim migrant, Oumar Ndiaye, was particularly brutal, leaving the victim in a month-long coma. Now she is out of the coma, but still in critical condition. A dozen French protesters recently stood silently outside Ndiaye’s home, holding signs to protest the fact that despite 17 previous offenses, Ndiaye had remained free — and while free, had committed his rape. Now it is those protesters who face prosecution; they face up to five years in prison for taking part in a silent protest. More on...
