Five of the Assembly’s 13 Republican members joined their Democratic colleagues to vote for the bill,” noted the Wall Street Journal (WSJ). "A broader version of the bill previously passed the state senate. That chamber is expected to pass the final version by next week, sending the measure to Gov. Gavin Newsom,” it added. California Gov. Gavin Newsom has yet to...

VIDEOThe Orange County (CA) School District just voted to give parents notification if their kids were talked by teachers into obsessing over their pronouns which is a sign they are being propagandized into the Transgender ideology. This triggered a self-admitted Commie to go BERSERK as you can see. The funny thing is that the self-admitted Commie doesn't sound much different than most Democrats.

Wildlife officials are once again urging people in Sevier County to keep their distance from bears after a concerning video from Gatlinburg over the weekend. The video shot on Sept. 3 in downtown Gatlinburg shows people getting a little too close for comfort to a black bear. The Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency says there are proper steps you should take if you find yourself in this situation. While spotting a bear in Downtown Gatlinburg is not uncommon, TWRA spokesperson Matt Cameron said some of the people in the video were dangerously close. “When they started approaching it and chasing it...

A Queens lawmaker has introduced legislation to spread the burden of dealing with the migrant crisis across New York State, as the Big Apple continues to struggle to handle the influx of asylum seekers. In one of the bills put forward by Assemblywoman Jenifer Rajkumar in Albany Thursday, local governments would be barred from blocking asylum seekers from being housed in their counties through emergency orders.

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - One month after the deadliest U.S. wildfire in more than a century, basic questions about the government’s preparation and response to the blaze that destroyed Lahaina remain unanswered — as the painstaking task of identifying remains continues. No one will say who was calling the shots as the disaster unfolded or why the Bissen Administration waited until after the town had burned to ask the state for help. Between county officials dodging basic questions and state agencies playing word games, deciphering who knew what — and when — has been incredibly complicated. What is clear is that...

In an interview on “Forbes Newsroom” with Diane Brady, 2024 Democratic Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. accused the Democratic National Committee (DNC) of undermining the democratic process by enacting rules aimed at preventing a fair primary election. According to Kennedy, the DNC’s moves make it impossible for any candidate, including himself, to challenge Joe Biden. Kennedy highlighted that the DNC had shifted the Iowa primary and had instituted rules that penalize candidates who campaign in certain states. “If any candidate sets foot in the state of Iowa or New Hampshire, none of the votes that are cast for that...

The public is constantly told that when Congress passes new spending programs, they will be paid for… yet the U.S. is over $32 trillion in debt, not counting unfunded liabilities like Social Security, Medicare, and federal employee benefits. When Democrats passed Obamacare, they said it would substantially lower premiums and it would reduce the deficit; instead, premiums skyrocketed, so the subsidies and other costs had to skyrocket. One way Democrats pretended that they would be able to pay for Obamacare without the taxpayer feeling it was that they said the government would make money if they took over student loans....

Surprise: An Update to the 2021 Loudon School Board Saga Reveals an Atty. Gen. Double Standard. The year 2021 was not an easy one to be a school board member. Some parents had concerns about the use of critical race theory in the curriculum, and many were angry about school closings and restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Public school board meetings grew increasingly contentious in many districts. In October of that year, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland issued a controversial order directing the FBI and other federal agencies to identify and prosecute violent threats and harassment from parents attending...

Democrats should be concerned with President Biden’s poll numbers, some of which show him trailing various GOP candidates in head-to-head matchups, Democratic strategist James Carville said Thursday. Polls also have consistently shown many voters are concerned about Biden’s age and whether he is fit to be president. Biden is 80, will turn 81 in November and would be 86 at the end of a second term.

Police arrested country star Zach Bryan in Oklahoma on Thursday. Bryan was arrested in Vinita, Oklahoma, at 6:42 p.m., the Craig County inmate search shows. The country singer was booked with an obstruction of investigation charge. Bryan released a statement. “Today I had an incident with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Emotions got the best of me and I was out of line in the things I said,” Bryan wrote. “I support law enforcement as much as anyone can, I was just frustrated in the moment, it was unlike me and I apologize.” Bryan released his second studio album Aug. 25...

Frequently, I read where a politician like John Kerry; Al Gore; Joe Biden; or António Guterres, the secretary general of the U.N., has stated: "We must keep the increase of the average temperature of the Earth to 1.5°C or less; it has already risen 1.1°C since the beginning of the industrial age." The implication of such a statement is that the Earth is on a path to thermal destruction if we humans don't take action to save the planet. Aside from exhibiting the height of man's hubris to think that we could control any basic aspect of nature; such a...

The channels may have been used to prepare a commodity "connected to the economy of the temple or palace", said archaeologist Yuval Gadot in the statement...The knee-deep channels, dating back 2,800 years, are located outside Jerusalem's walled Old City. They stand in two clusters, which were discovered 10 metres (30 feet) apart.Forensic testing of the channels found no blood, the Israel Antiquities Authority said - potentially ruling out a role in animal slaughter for banquets or religious sacrifice. The ducts also do not appear to have engineered a flow in a single direction, or debouched into any basin, suggesting they were...

ROME (AP) — Researchers have discovered new documentation that substantiates reports that Catholic convents and monasteries in Rome sheltered Jews during World War II, providing names of at least 3,200 Jews whose identities have been corroborated by the city’s Jewish community, officials said Thursday. Researchers from the Pontifical Biblical Institute, Israel’s Yad Vashem Holocaust research institute and Rome’s Jewish community released the findings at an academic workshop Thursday held at the Museum of the Shoah, part of Rome’s main synagogue. The documentation doesn’t appear to shed any new light on the role of Pope Pius XII during the Nazi occupation...

Late yesterday afternoon, the news broke that Special Counsel David Weiss' office had informed the judge in the Hunter Biden case of its intent to secure a felony indictment against the president's son on firearms-related charges by September 29th at the earliest. The judge had set a Wednesday deadline for prosecutors to declare their intentions moving forward, following the high-profile implosion of a nearly-executed sweetheart plea deal in open court over the summer. That outrageous agreement was reportedly first altered after IRS whistleblowers came forward with their allegations, complicating prosecutors' alleged plan to let Biden off without a single guilty...

On Thursday’s broadcast of CNN International’s “First Move,” Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry reacted to groups like Just Stop Oil blocking traffic or vandalizing artwork by stating, “that militancy will grow if people in positions of responsibility do not take action. But I would also say that you’re not going to help win any converts by destroying a great work of art or making it very difficult for people to get to work, and so forth.” And “I admire people who are willing to put themselves on the line, even in civil disobedience. But you understand that when...

Germany’s AfD (Alternative for Germany), a populist political party whose main policy plank is dramatically tightening Germany’s open borders, is in danger of being outright banned. Germany’s government, like America’s, is currently dominated by hypocritical leftist autocrats who are now debating whether to ban what it considers to be the “far-right” Alternative for Germany party. AfD has surged in popularity recently, and is now polling at 21%, despite warnings from intelligence officials that its members are becoming increasingly “extreme.” German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier recently stated, “We all have it in our hands to put those who despise our democracy in...
