Yes, Bidenomics is an FDR-type massive expansion of government into the private sectors requiring massive Federal spending … and inflation. Except that it beenfits anything BIG and powerful to the detriment of the small and weak. (Bloomberg) Friday’s jobs data sparked a relief rally in bonds and a flatter yield curve, but the pain trade is still for higher yields and a steeper curve – the lesser-spotted bear steepener – with this week’s CPI a potential catalyst. Last week was a turbulent one for bonds, but the continued softening in payrolls data served to remind the market that supply and...

[Editor’s note: Make sure to read Robert Spencer’s masterpiece contributions in Jamie Glazov’s new book: Barack Obama’s True Legacy: How He Transformed America.]If the Palestinian Arabs really wanted a state, they would have accepted one of the many offers that have been made to them to establish one, going back to 1948. What they really want to do is destroy Israel utterly, in accord with the succinct Qur’anic command: “Drive them out from where they drove you out” (2:191). It is actually a historical myth that the Israelis drove the Arabs out; the Arab Higher Committee told them to leave,...

You’re lovin’ it — but is it too good to be true? A McDonald’s employee revealed how their iced tea is made — and claim it’s a lot sweeter than most customer’s might think. In the now-viral video — which has garnered 1.3 million views and 101,700 likes as of Monday morning — Gia exposed the fast food chain for putting an entire four-pound bag of sugar into their iced tea. “If y’all were wondering...

[Make sure to order Frontpage Editor Jamie Glazov’s new book: Barack Obama’s True Legacy: How He Transformed America.]“He’s not normal—as in not a normal politician or a normal human being.”That was David Garrow, author of the 1460-page Rising Star: The Making of Barack Obama, in a recent rambling interview with Tablet’s David Samuels headlined, “The Obama Factor.” Barack Obama is the author of Dreams from My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance, published in 1995. On page 537 of Rising Star, David Garrow writes:“Dreams from My Father was not a memoir or an autobiography; it was instead, in multitudinous...

President Trump actually predicted the demise of the U.S. Women’s Soccer team – warning that wokeness was not a winning formula. “Woke politics takes the life and joy out of everything. Woke-ism makes you lose, ruins your mind and ruins you as a person. You become warped. You become demented,” he said in 2021 during the speech to the Turning Point Action political action committee in Phoenix. Trump was right. The soccer team was eliminated from the World Cup – one of their worst losses since they were beaten by that group of 15-year-old boys in 2017. There was no...

Visit Dr. Naomi Wolf’s Substack.com.I am in a deep blue small town in a deep blue state, here on the West Coast. The natives are jubilant today.“Happy Indictment Day!” shouted the neighbor of my host, as my host and I sat out on a balcony. The neighbor was emerging from a car, three stories below us. The building must have contained thirty apartments. The man was certain that everyone who was in earshot of his joyous shout, agreed with his sentiments. He witnessed my silence. “Don’t you agree?” he goaded me, a near-stranger, still shouting. “Don’t you?”Finally I responded, “I am not...

The Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) has launched a new regulatory effort to force a massive transportation shift to electric vehicles (EVs) with its proposed “multi-pollutant emissions standards” for light- and medium-duty vehicles beginning with model year 2027. The reality, however, is that the proposed rule has little to do with “pollutants.” Instead, it is an attempt by the Biden administration to force an economy-wide transformation away from conventional cars and trucks in favor of EVs. This is a complex policy nostrum, poorly thought through and replete with adverse consequences that proponents are determined to ignore.

Democrats failed to move the same idea when they controlled the House last year More than two dozen House Democrats put forward legislation Friday that would slap "assault weapons" and high-capacity magazines with a 1,000% excise tax, a change that would raise the price of a $500 weapon to $5,000 in a bid to reduce access to guns across the country. Rep. Don Beyer, D-Va., and 24 other House Democrats introduced the legislation Friday. It’s the second time Democrats have put forward the idea. Beyer and 37 Democrats proposed the same idea last year when Democrats controlled the House, but...

UK scientists have begun developing vaccines as an insurance against a new pandemic caused by an unknown "Disease X". The work is being carried out at the government's high-security Porton Down laboratory complex in Wiltshire by a team of more than 200 scientists. They have drawn up a threat list of animal viruses that are capable of infecting humans and could in future spread rapidly around the world. Which of them will break through and trigger the next pandemic is unknown, which is why it's referred to only as "Disease X". Sky News was escorted around the site, which is...

According to this Daniel Calabrese article, Hillary Clinton was fired from her job as a staff attorney for the House Judiciary Committee during the Watergate investigations for, among other things, lying: Jerry Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, supervised the work of 27-year-old Hillary Rodham on the committee. Hillary got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former law professor, Burke Marshall, who was also Sen. Ted Kennedy’s chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation – one of...

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Wednesday, Aug. 5. The steamer Hope has arrived, bringing prisoners from Port Hudson, Vicksburgh and Jackson. Everything is quiet on the river below. Col. HATCH reports that FORREST, BIFFLES and WILSON are retreating with their forces entirely broken up and their men deserting in every direction. Col. HATCH has divided his force and is scouring the country, picking up all the small squads he can find. A scout that left Meriden on Saturday, reports that Gen. JOE JOHNSTON's army is at Enterprise and Brandon, under the direct command of Gen. HARDEE. Most of the rebel force at the...

"If I have the gift of prophecy . . . but do not have love, I am nothing" (1 Cor. 13:2). Love is an indispensable ingredient in the learning process. I have the privilege of spending time each week with hundreds of young people who attend The Master's College. As I observe their progress, I see the impact godly teachers have had on their lives, and I'm convinced that students learn best when they know their teachers genuinely care about them. Isn't that true in any relationship? Don't you respond more readily to those who love you and have your...

Remember how Russia supposedly elected Trump using only the television ad budget of a failed congressional race in Amish country? The Senate intelligence report actually found that “most of the videos” put up by Moscow “pertained to police brutality and the activist efforts of the Black Lives Matter organization”.The Russians had created their own Black Lives Matter groups, activists and protests. Their favorite ‘Black Russian’ hate groups included Marxists who under their “gender non-conforming” leader marched through Atlanta shouting, “Kill the police! To get free, you’ve got to kill the pigs.”Not to be outdone, the People’s Republic of China decided to...

A new Montana law will provide sweeping legal protections to health care practitioners who refuse to prescribe marijuana or participate in procedures and treatments such as abortion, medically assisted death, gender-affirming care, or others that run afoul of their ethical, moral, or religious beliefs or principles. The law, which goes into effect in October, will gut patients’ ability to take legal action if they believe they didn’t receive proper care due to a conscientious objection by a provider or an institution, such as a hospital.

Economic warfare is a quintessential facet of any war campaign—think tariffs, or the crippling sanctions imposed against unfriendly regimes like Iran, China, and North Korea by President Trump during his tenure—and the American political class knows it, and they use it. But against whom? Well, their enemy obviously, which is us of course! See the excerpt below from a Fox News piece out yesterday: More than two dozen House Democrats put forward legislation Friday that would slap ‘assault weapons’ and high-capacity magazines with a 1,000% excise tax, a change that would raise the price of a $500 weapon to $5,000...
