A family and a New Jersey community are grieving the loss of a young policeman who died of cardiac arrest on July 23.
Twenty-three-year-old Sam Irvin collapsed as he ran sprints outside at his fiancé’s family’s farm in Columbus, Fox 29 reported Thursday, noting he had an enlarged heart, which was revealed in the autopsy.

Sudden and Unexpected.
The young man was in excellent physical shape and never dealt with any health issues, per his family.

Fox says:
COLUMBUS, N.J. - A New Jersey family and police department are mourning the sudden and tragic loss of a young officer who died of cardiac arrest while exercising.
Sam Irvin, 23, collapsed while running sprints at his fiancé’s family’s farm in Columbus, New Jersey. An autopsy showed Sam had an enlarged heart, and his sudden death was unpreventable.
Heard a new term for this on Friday, the ‘Fauci Ouchie’.
Dutifully up to date on his vaccine boosters, I’m sure.
Not many politicians dropping dead
“happens all the time....we just never noticed before”
He had an enlarged heart as per the coroner and his death is described by someone, somewhere, as “unpreventable”. That sounds like a very loaded term.
Yeah, have heard of that one too. Thank heavens for euphemisms, right?
And enlarged heart at 23? That kinda give symptoms over a long period of time first. That is unless it was suddenly brought on by something not related to heart disease.
No doubt.
Dr Faukenstein.

Good one
He looked trim and fit. The Vax’s can have deleterious effects on the hearts of young people. If he had the clot shot plus boosters it’s highly suspect as the culprits.
If you develop an enlarged heart, you will be dizzy. Sweat a lot, hallucinate, get tunnel vision, get confusion when standing quickly from sitting. It will not be a secret to you.
Baffling.
It happened in the past, but very rarely. For example, in the past, the Coroner’s report might cite evidence of an opportunistic infection of the heart muscle, such as from a deep chest infection (in the lungs) that was medically neglected (eg., antibiotics or an antiviral treatment unwisely not prescribed or not used) and lingers too long (weeks or a month) and, still unaddressed, migrates to the heart, infecting and inflaming the surface of the heart. After the infection subsides, this leaves behind scattered patches of scar tissue on the surface of the heart impervious to electrical pulses critical to heart function. Node-to-node-to-node timing is destroyed, throwing a healthy young man’s heart into fibrillation. A healthy young man in such an incident would have been a top candidate for a heart transplant but wouldn’t have even known there was a problem. Whereas, had an EKG been performed for whatever reason before the heart attack, it would have alarmed like the Dickens.
Saline shot for them, perhaps? On the down low.
