First, it was Hershey's, then it was Bud Light, and now, Jack Daniel's is the latest brand this year to be facing a boycott over claims the company has "gone woke." Social media users have taken offense to the whiskey brewer's "small town, big pride" campaign in which it teamed up with drag queens from Ru Paul's Drag Race—despite the campaign being nearly two years old. The row over LGBTQ+ brand ambassadors is symbolic of a wider debate about drag shows and their exposure to children. Critics have expressed concerns over Drag Queen Story Hour, readings for children by drag...

Build-a-Bear Workshop's new RuPaul drag queen bear has divided customers who claim the store is 'grooming' children. The glamorous bear comes with a curly blonde wig, gold sequin dress, and gold pumps and includes the 'RuPaul's Drag Race' logo on the bear's paw. 'Start your engines—RuPaul Bear is ready to sashay into your collection,' the item's description on 'The Bear Cave' website — an 18+ section of the Build-a-Bear site. The stuffed animal immediately caused outrage online with many calling out the business for selling the bear amid growing controversy regarding drag performances and children around the U.S. 'Remember: there's...

Independent bookstores are free to cater to the demands of their customers. It’s fine to specialize. What is so irritating is the pretentious virtue-signaling done by small leftist bookstores. They claim to be places of light-filled wisdom, diversity and enlightenment. In fact they are politically correct propaganda mills. It’s the smugness that is so grating.

It’s official: corporate America is trolling Americans. The latest evidence is that Nike, a company that once celebrated athletic merit, has anointed transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney a brand representative. “Alert the media — I’m entering my workout era,” Mulvaney, showing off a Nike sports bra, wrote on Instagram. With that, Nike joined brands such as Ulta Beauty, Kate Spade, Haus Labs, CeraVe, Crest and, most infamously, Bud Light, tapping the TikTok personality. This deluge of corporate-sponsored support for Mulvaney is cynical and calculated: The brands all essentially deploying Mulvaney as a weapon in this bizarre gender culture war.

Another day, another leak. National Security officials told Special Counsel Jack Smith’s army of prosecutors that Trump was repeatedly warned he didn’t have the authority to seize voting machines, according to a leak to CNN. Former DHS official Ken Cuccinelli testified before a grand jury earlier this year on his discussions related to the voting machines. Cuccinelli told the grand jury that he “made clear at all times” that the DHS didn’t have the authority to seize the voting machines. Jack Smith doesn’t have a case so he is pursuing potential ‘obstruction’ charges in the classified documents case. Now he’s...

Hunter Biden unveiled his latest paintings as part of a group exhibit that opened at a New York City gallery Thursday evening amid an ongoing probe into his business dealings. The president’s son debuted his newest work in the exhibit titled “Bridging the Abstract” alongside paintings by renowned artists like the late Elaine de Kooning and Helen Frankenthaler at the Georges Bergès Gallery in Soho. Biden, 53, displayed three pieces — priced at $85,000 a pop — in the group show which features work by both emerging artists and historical icons of the abstract art movement, according to gallery owner...

Can you predict the fate of following 8 programming languages: Java, Javascript, Python, C++, C#, Kotlin, Go, PHP?1. Java is the de facto enterprise standard. Having worked in some large enterprises, I know they are absolutely resistant to quick change and will keep Java for decades, like they did with COBOL. Java comes with enterprise and team features that other languages envy. 2. Javascript: depends on Web Assembly and transpilers. Even today, you can write in PHP and transpile in Javascript. It could become “the new JVM”, that is something that gets less used over time but everything use it...

SNIP “It’s kind of a sensitive topic, but after 9/11 I was shooting a movie called ‘Master of Disguise,’ ” he explained. “We took an appropriate time off and went back to shooting, and I was playing — if you’ve seen the movie, kids — the Turtle Man, with a bald cap and a weird thing on my lip and a big green shell outfit.” “I was in [the costume] all that day, and then they said, ‘We’re going to have a group prayer about 9/11,’ ” he continued. “And I couldn’t get the thing — I would’ve held everyone...

Today on the Matt Walsh Show it has been a wokeness bonanza this week in the corporate world as Bud Light, Nike, Jack Daniels, and Build-a-Bear all come out endorsing drag queens and transgenderism. But why are all of these companies going woke? And what can we realistically do about it? I have a plan and I'll lay it out for you today. Also, the White House refuses to endorse any age limits at all for gender surgeries for children. They say it's up to the child to choose. NPR gets devoured from within by its own left wing employees....

Should offending alphabet people be a crime?Well, if a law being proposed in Canada gets passed, it will be. Actually illegal to offend members of the LGBTQIA+++++ within 100 meters (about 300 feet) of a Drag Queen Story Hour.Drag Queen Story Hour is explicitly designed to re-engineer child sexuality and create a "site of queer pleasure" between adult male transvestites and young children. I did a deep-dive for City Journal here: https://t.co/FRetlYertd— Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️ (@realchrisrufo) April 5, 2023It’s a provincial law for Ontario, so it wouldn’t apply to all of Canada. Yet.But as we know what seemed insane...

Once you open a door, don’t be surprised if it swings back and hits you right in the kisser. That’s what the Democrats have done, with this desperate play of going after former President Donald Trump. They’re throwing anything against the wall that they can in their political attempt to get him, impair his campaign, and impair the Republicans from taking back power in 2024. However the thing is when you throw the rules under the bus, then you expose yourself as well. Among the problems with Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s case is that he has failed to state the...

LOS ANGELES (AP) — More than 300 undercover Los Angeles police officers filed legal claims against the city and police department Tuesday after their names and photographs were released to a technology watchdog group that posted them online. The watchdog group Stop LAPD Spying Coalition posted more than 9,300 officers’ information and photographs last month in a searchable online database following a public records request by a reporter for progressive news outlet Knock LA. Hundreds of undercover officers were included in the database, although it’s not clear exactly how many because the database doesn’t specify which officers work undercover. The officers were...

You will own nothing and like it.I’m sure that NPR will again insist that this is a conspiracy theory, but the fact is that the global elite has decided to accelerate their push to implement their modern, “nice” version of communism with alacrity.COVID lockdowns gave them control over the means of communication and information, and climate change is their excuse for seizing your property and restructuring the economy to their liking. They aren’t even being coy about it anymore. Klaus Schwab wrote his book The Great Reset and has a glitzy website filled with all the discussions you want about eliminating...

TALLAHASSEE — The Florida Senate on Tuesday passed a plan that would bar doctors and other health-care providers from offering treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy to transgender minors. The bill (SB 254) would largely put into law rules approved by state medical boards, but it also could lead to felony charges for doctors who provide the treatments to minors. Bill sponsor Clay Yarborough, R-Jacksonville, said the treatments, which also could involve surgery, are “experimental” when provided to children. “I believe we need to let kids be kids,” Yarborough said. “And our laws need to set appropriate boundaries...

Former President Donald Trump pitched a novel idea on Truth Social yesterday following his bizarre arraignment in Manhattan. He called on Republicans in Congress to “defund” the FBI and the Department of Justice. His suggestion was quickly jumped on from both sides of the aisle and compared to leftist calls to defund the police. At PJ Media, our colleague Robert Spencer makes the argument that Trump may be onto something and presents a case for why this should be attempted. He also argues that Trump’s critics are incorrect in describing this as being analogous to defunding the police. But this...

Country music star Travis Tritt has become the latest celebrity to blast Anheuser-Busch for working with transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney on a Bud Light promotion. His decision to remove all of the products from his tour bus comes after fellow singer Kid Rock angrily shot at several cases of Bud Light. Mulvaney, 26, announced the partnership in a series of videos posted to social media at the weekend to coincide with the NCAA March Madness tournament. She was even given a beer can with her face printed on it to celebrate her 365 days of being a woman – something...
