House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has issued a warning to the Biden family after speaking with two Republican county attorneys. Comer revealed that the two prosecutors were asking him for “ways they can go after the Bidens” following President Donald Trump’s arrest in New York City on Tuesday. He said: “We’re going to be having a call with McCarthy later this week, Jim Jordan and myself. And we’re going to try to figure out a path moving forward. This is very serious. Alvin Bragg doesn’t even know where his funding comes from, but he gets federal funding and...

ADAMS COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A strange situation spanning Adams, York, and Cumberland Counties in Pennsylvania happened early Tuesday morning. According to Carroll Township Police Department, police received a call on Tuesday about seeing a stolen bus being driven by Tony Saunders in Dillsburg at around 7:10 a.m. Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) in Gettysburg reported the same stolen bus and to "be on the lookout" especially in York and Adams Counties. Officials say officers on patrol spotted the stolen bus driving through a Giant Foods and Rite Aid parking lot. The school bus then turned west onto W. Siddonsburg Rd....

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has accused Donald Trump of siccing supporters “known to be violent” on the judge in his case and “publicly intimidating’’ the jurist himself. The lefty New York Democrat made the assertions in a tweet late Tuesday that included a clip of Trump’s remarks at Mar-a-Lago after his arraignment earlier in the day, in which the ex-prez called Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan “a Trump-hating judge with the Trump-hating wife and family whose daughter worked for Kamala Harris.” AOC fired back on Twitter, “[Trump] is publicly intimidating a judge and pointing a spotlight on their family to...

The indictment of President Trump was as predictable as snow in Antarctica. The deep state wants to kill him, destroy his family and plow his fields with salt. That would send a message to anyone who dares challenge their authority again. Keep calm and carry on. We will right this wrong when a Republican is president. 2023 is not 2020. Republicans now realize the threat was not Trump. Democrats believe they may have ended six years of expensive failure, but the indictment drew sharp criticism from Jeff Bezos and his flunkies at the Washington Post. In an editorial (remember those?)...

The investment firm of billionaire philanthropist Tom Steyer is set to begin acquiring and upgrading apartments and buildings across the U.S. in an effort to cut greenhouse gas emissions, according to reports. Bloomberg reported on Wednesday that Galvanize Climate Solutions’ latest plan will rest on strategic asset acquisition, proprietary methods of retrofitting buildings and adding solar panels in buildings across the country, and result in the long-term payoff of assembling a portfolio of energy-efficient buildings. The head of Galvanize Real Estate Joseph Sumberg told the media outlet that the firm will also look into purchasing student housing, self-storage, and industrial...

ABC legal analyst Sunny Hostin told her co-hosts Wednesday on ABC’s “The View” that former President Donald Trump will likely serve time in prison as a result of the case brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Hostin said, “What I am also kind of offended by is people are saying, ‘But they are only misdemeanors’. There are 34 of them and a year in prison is what a misdemeanor gets you.” She continued, “People are always complaining about crime in this city, especially petty larceny, like shoplifting, that’s a misdemeanor. We go after people for possession of controlled substances....

A North Carolina state Democratic House member switched parties Wednesday morning giving the GOP supermajority. While state Republicans had been holding out hope that Representative Tricia Cotham, who up until Wednesday morning was a registered Democrat, would switch parties that hope became a realistic idea last week. Now Republicans in the state legislation hold power despite opposition from NC Democratic Governor Roy Cooper. WHAT HAPPENED? State Representative Tricia Cotham, a previous Democrat from Charlotte, made the formal announcement she was switching parties Wednesday morning. This announcement gave Republicans, who were short of the majority by only one seat, the supermajority....

The tax, housing, crime, and homeless situation in California have become extremely difficult for many people, which explains why thousands have left and continue to leave the Golden State. Consider that, from December and March, the state had several major rainstorms, but that, because of environmentalist pressure about new reservoirs, much of the water drained to the sea, so the drought remains in effect. Gas and electricity costs have skyrocketed since November. Violent crime surges in most Democrat-run cities. Homeless people (many with mental health issues) create filthy tent cities wherever they find a patch of grass or wide sidewalk....

Since his indictment last week, a new Rasmussen poll shows former President Donald Trump has taken a strong lead over Joe Biden in the race for president. On Feb. 15, the Rasmussen poll had Biden leading Trump by 45% to 42%. But in a survey conducted April 2 and 3, immediately after the announcement of the former president’s indictment but before his arraignment Tuesday, Trump took a big lead of 47% against Biden’s 40%. "This is a 10-point net gain for Donald Trump," political strategist and Trump adviser Dick Morris told Newsmax. “Former President Trump has completely turned around the...

Gonzalo Lira: "Where as in the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s, people in the rest of the world wanted to emulate the lives of Americans, now they want no part of it. They see the craziness going on. And, the best people in the rest of the world, rather than go to the United States, they want to stay away from the United States and make sure that insanity is not catching, that the mental virus doesn't inflict their own countries."

In Moscow, the Orthodox came to the Holy Lake in the Kosino-Ukhtomsky district with the intention of preventing the construction of a mosque. According to the project, the religious building should become the largest in Europe. Local residents are adamantly against the project, as the lake is a holy place for Orthodox believers, Bloknot reports. The townspeople are in no way against the mosque, they are only asking to move the building to another place. The appeal was signed by several thousand people. “We will be here until we hear the decision that there will be no mosque here,” the...

Loud music by the likes of Beethoven, Mozart and Vivaldi has been blaring inside the Westlake/MacArthur Park Metro station, along with the blinding effects of floodlights, the LA Times reported. The push is part of a pilot program launched in January using a royalty-free playlist to drive out the homeless and cut down on crime — but some critics have described the sonorous strategy as tone-deaf torture that fails to address the underlying problems. The tactic of using loud music with ulterior motives is nothing new.

A new ultra-woke style guide from Michigan State University (MSU) requires the school to avoid certain words to lessen “microaggressions.” The guide claims some of the newly banned words, like “frontier” and “pioneer,” are problematic because they remind people of America’s “colonial” past, said Fox News. In often opaque Marxist code, the MSU style guide explains the reasoning behind some of its more obtuse style requirements. “‘Minoritized’ or ‘marginalized’ can remove agency and reaffirm deficit language, avoid using unless in a quotation,” said the guide, in one example. “Avoid referring to someone from an underrepresented group as ‘articulate,’ as this...

LSU forward Angel Reese appeared to be burnt up about the suggestion first lady Jill Biden made about the possibility of inviting Iowa to the White House for its run to the national championship. Usually, the White House celebration is reserved for the winners of championships, and even as a spokesperson for the first lady said Biden meant no respect toward the LSU team, Reese will not accept an apology. "I'm not gonna lie to you, I don't accept the apology because of, you said what you said. ... I said what I said. And like, you can't go back...

The Biden administration is proposing to tighten standards for pollution coming from coal-fired power plants. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) said Tuesday that it is proposing to strengthen restrictions under the Mercury and Air Toxics Standards for the first time in more than a decade. The agency said it will update limits for pollutants, including lead, nickel and arsenic, by 67 percent for all coal power plants. Exposure to these substances raises the risk of developmental delays in children, as well as heart attacks and cancer. It will also increase mercury controls by 70 percent for some power plants —...

As the Left rejoices over Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case against President Donald Trump, many are overlooking the dangerous precedent that is being set and how it will likely impact some of the Democrats’ most untouchable figures. Amid the corporate media frenzy over Bragg’s politically motivated case, celebrities have been flocking to social media to celebrate their misguided belief that Trump will be convicted and jailed. Meanwhile, Democrats seem to believe that the case will stop Trump from being reelected next year, despite the fact that it will more likely guarantee his victory. And while the Left celebrates the...
