Republicans lay the groundwork for 2025 indictments...When they indict one of ours, we indict 7 of theirs.

The indictment of President Trump was as predictable as snow in Antarctica. The deep state wants to kill him, destroy his family and plow his fields with salt. That would send a message to anyone who dares challenge their authority again.

Keep calm and carry on. We will right this wrong when a Republican is president. 2023 is not 2020. Republicans now realize the threat was not Trump.

Democrats believe they may have ended six years of expensive failure, but the indictment drew sharp criticism from Jeff Bezos and his flunkies at the Washington Post.

In an editorial (remember those?) the Bezosists said, “Donald Trump deserves the legal scrutiny he’s getting — which has come from many corners on many counts. Yet of the long list of alleged violations, the likely charges on which a grand jury in New York state voted to indict him are perhaps the least compelling. There’s cause for concern, and caution, ahead.”

Democrats have assumed that all they needed was lies to bring down Trump. The two impeachments undermined their credibility. But they look at polls that show majorities believe that he is guilty of something as proof that their strategy worked. Maybe it does, but throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks has left a very messy wall.

Republicans have duly noted these Democrat mistakes and made the proper adjustments. They are taking their two years of control of the House to introduce legislation that could later become law under a Republican president, sure. But Speaker McCarthy is also laying the groundwork for the prosecution of the Democrat regime. They won’t waste time on impeachments. Committee chairmen are holding hearings that put on record what we know in our hearts has gone on within the deep state and in the Biden regime.

This is not Nancy and Nadler the Waddler looking for a scandal to create to entrap a president. This is Speaker McCarthy picking which scandal to pursue.

Republican James Comer leads the House Oversight Committee’s investigation into the Biden family. Everyone in Washington knew for decades that Biden was on the take. Soon, all of America will know too.

As Comer said, “Investigating Hunter, the Biden family is about like tracking a bleeding bear through a snowstorm. I mean, there’s evidence everywhere.”

The tracking has begun.

On March 16, Comer announced, “Today, the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability issued a memorandum revealing new evidence resulting from the investigation into the Biden family’s influence peddling and business schemes. Subpoenaed financial records show that from 2015 to 2017, Biden family members – Hunter Biden, James Biden, Hallie Biden, and an unknown Biden — and their companies collectively received $1.3 million in payments from accounts related to Rob Walker, a Biden family associate.

“Notably, on March 1, 2017, less than two months after Vice President Joe Biden left public office, State Energy HK Limited, a Chinese company, wired $3 million to Rob Walker’s company. The next day, the company wired $1,065,000 to a company associated with James Gilliar, another Biden family associate. Afterwards, the Biden family received approximately $1,065,000 in payments over a three-month period in different bank accounts. From the bank records, it appears that the Biden family received approximately one-third of the money obtained from the China wire.”

$3 million?

They sold us out to Red China for a lousy $3 million?

Godfather Biden is just one of many targets. While Ted Cruz gallantly leveled Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas over his open borders policy, House members were digging into the Go To Jail stuff on his turning his agency into one that spies on all Americans in America.

Politico reported, “Congressional Republicans are launching an investigation into an under-the-radar domestic intelligence-gathering program within the Department of Homeland Security.

“House Homeland Security Chair Mark Green (R-Tenn.), as well as Reps. Dan Bishop (R-N.C.) and August Pfluger (R-Texas), two subpanel chairs, on Monday warned DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas that the program ‘raises serious concerns about the Department’s overreach of its statutory mandate and potential violations of Americans’ fundamental civil liberties.’

“‘There appears a pattern of mission creep and overreach by the Department emerging at the expense of Americans more than foreign actors who threaten the homeland,’ the three GOP lawmakers wrote in a letter to Mayorkas.”

The story said, “The probe comes after Politico reported last week that, under the program, officials are collecting information by questioning people within the United States and that employees within DHS’ intelligence office have raised concerns that their work could be illegal, according to a broad tranche of internal documents.”

The Go To Jail stuff is the steak. You need Cruz’s sizzle. I am not knocking the man. He is limited under a Democrat Senate. My point is McCarthy is putting his two-year speakership to good use.

House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan is catching a lot of flak over his Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government. This is good because the media is a handmaiden to the federal government. The criticism comes from the protectors of all the abusers of federal power.

The government paid Twitter to censor Trump supporters and the Hunter Biden laptop revelations just ahead of the 2020 election. That is fascism — the marriage of government and corporations.

Liberals call their fascism ESG as they push state and college pension funds to reward companies that comply with the government with investments. Tesla’s high ESG score was dashed once Elon Musk bought Twitter.

The Jordan committee might well be a death threat to the deep state. I hope Republicans on that committee have their affairs in order.

Delving into the Biden Crime Family does not cause despair among the elitists because they bank on any legal action taking place on their home turf: Washington DC. A prosecutor would have to get a Democrat grand jury to indict and get a Democrat jury to convict.

Perhaps jurisdiction can somehow be moved to Virginia or Maryland. West Virginia hosts a large FBI operation. Prosecute here.

A new set of federal prosecutors in 2025 won’t have to start from scratch. And getting witnesses under oath and in public would permit charges of perjury to enter the picture. The Heritage Foundation might vet them for us.

I am not going to freak out about the indictment because there is little that can be done about it. The case seems weak and Trump is strong. We shall see.

House Republicans are much more Trumpian and smarter under Speaker McCarthy than under Pussycat Ryan because they know once Trump falls, they’re next.

To indict anyone, and hope it prevails at trial, depends on the prosecutor, the makeup of the grand jury and the trial jury and judge. It has to be in a red district/state.

How to get venue in such a place? You need one illegal act in that jurisdiction. The sad fact is that most political misdeeds take place in D.C. or some other big blue city.

So....don’t count on this.

Fed.gov is simply not reformable through what people think are normal, Consitutional means

Its poor second option, but the default, like it or not, will be to make it non-functioning. Simply throw sand in the gears, until it grinds to a halt.

At least it won’t get more dictatorial, and its a back-door way to return to States’ rights.

Does he really believe that? Or is he just pulling our legs?

Sad. Republicans will do nothing but talk. Maybe.
Give them a majority house, a majority senate, the presidency and a moderately conservative Supreme Court and the Republicans will do .......nothing.
Been proven repeatedly.

Why wait. A great place to start is to indict Obama on Fast and Furious gun runner. A Texas AG could do this tomorrow. He could be charged with hundreds of real felonies, Bragg style.

No. Those people can’t be charged. There is no jurisdiction for a County District Attorney in Texas.

The way this is done is go through video recordings AT AIRPORTS in Red areas. Find Schumer walking through the airport and bumping someone, which is felony battery. Make it very clear this is not in performance of Senate duties and he has to pay legal defense himself. Then do the same to every Democrat official you can find.

THIS MUST NOT BE SILLY “indictments” of policy matters. If you do that, then the taxpayers pay for their lawyers.

You must attack personally, across the entire Democrat party, and frankly go after Bill Krystol and Ed Rollins and every other GOPe figure. Find them in airports. Indict them for felony battery. Make Them Pay Their Legal Bills.

It all comes down to $$$

The Republicans should also immediately have the DOJ go after all those BLM and Antifa protestors as insurrectionists.

The FBI needs to drop all they’re doing and go after every single person identified, even if they did nothing wrong (folks that never entered the capital were interviewed - obvious intimidation effort), as was/is the case with 6 January.

Unlike 6 January, some of these protests involved BURNING federal courthouses: https://www.opb.org/news/article/portland-police-less-lethal-munitions-protest-courthouse/ Spraying graffiti all over them, stealing everything that wasn’t bolted down...

That’s all silly. The GOP has no control of DOJ.

This must be done at the NON POLICY personal level. If you do policy attacks, then taxpayers pay their defense. Indict for personal felonies, they pay their own defense.

Essentially what he is saying they will hold hearings to expose the corruption instead of impeaching Biden or any of his appointees. It is all a charade to once again placate the conservative voting base while actually not changing anything.

The mainstream media will not cover the hearings or the corruption exposed. Republicans will hope there is enough coverage on Fox News and conservative blogs to given the voter base the impression they are drawing blood. However no real blood will flow from the hearings. The committees will issue reports which will gather dust on the shelves of the Library of Congress, perhaps to be discovered by a historian a century or two in the future.

As always Republicans won’t draw blood, or make a meaningful fuss, because many of them are players in the money laundering, influence peddling, and insider investment deals that allow members of Congress and the Senate to become multimillionaires on the salary of a “public servant”. The Bidens, Obamas, and Clintons are the poster children for going to Washington with nothing and accumulating great wealth while there and in the years after. Committee investigations may rock the boat a little but no one has any intention of sinking it.
