Former US President Bill Clinton said that he regrets pressuring Ukraine to give up its nuclear warheads in a high-stakes negotiation in 1994. In an interview with Irish news service RTÉ released on Tuesday, Clinton said that he felt a "personal stake" in Ukraine's fragile territorial integrity. He said he believed that Russia would not have invaded Ukraine in 2014, and in 2022, had the weapons still been in the country — a position that a Soviet historian echoed to Insider. "I feel a personal stake because I got them [Ukraine] to agree to give up their nuclear weapons," Clinton...

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has reached a tentative $144.5 million settlement agreement with the victims of a 2017 shooting at a church in Sutherland Springs, Texas, the department announced on Wednesday. The settlement would resolve the federal government’s drawn-out legal battle with the families of the victims and survivors of the mass shooting, after a federal judge found the government at least partially responsible for the attack. “No words or amount of money can diminish the immense tragedy of the mass shooting in Sutherland Springs,” Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta said in a statement. “Today’s announcement brings the litigation...

Now it's time for us to get our head in the game. We need Trump to win, but the next election will not be a cakewalk. The Donald must win bigger than he has ever won before. His victory must be outside the margin of fraud — and the margin of fraud has gotten awfully big since 2020. The duty to coach Donald Trump falls on us. He is asking to be our employee. We owe him feedback about how to be a great employee. But coaching fails when successes are denied and failures are excused. If we do that,...

St. Edmunds, curiously becoming the first victims [edit: or maybe not] of a law of unintended consequences. This duo’s path to the gallows begins years before their births, when Stuart Restoration parliamentarian John Coventry trod on the royal toes and was in consequence beaten up by some of Monmouth‘s goons. Incensed, parliament passed the Coventry Act. By this statute it is enacted that if any person shall of malice aforethought, and by laying in wait, unlawfully cut or disable the tongue, put out an eye, slit the nose, cut off the nose or lip, or cut off or disable any...

A team of investigators at Michigan Fair Elections has been looking into activities of concern during the General Election last November 2022. Today, we are saddened to announce that blatant violations of multiple election laws appear to have occurred in Ann Arbor: Approximately 600 voters were registered and allowed to vote absentee after the 8:00 pm deadline on November 8, in direct violation of MCL 168.731(3). Unbelievable as it sounds, more than 120 of these voters registered on November 9, and their ballots were counted in the November 8 election These violations are documented. They occurred on the University of...

Israeli forces raided Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem's Old City early on Wednesday and attacked Palestinian worshippers, Palestinian media reported, raising fears of wider tension as Islamic and Jewish holidays overlap. Tension has already been high in east Jerusalem and the West Bank for months, and fears of further violence were fuelled with the convergence of the Muslim holy fast month and the Passover. Such confrontations at the contested holy compound, the third holiest shrine in Islam that is also the most sacred site in Judaism and referred to as the Temple Mount, have sparked deadly cross-border wars between Israel and...

This is on the Republicans. They can continue to stand down and cower in their offices or they can begin to save the country. President Trump is right. The Representatives and Senators who call themselves Republicans didn’t stand up yesterday when a totally BS arrest was carried out on the former President of the United States. They remained, for the most part, quiet. Where is their outrage? President Trump shared this morning: REPUBLICANS IN CONGRESS SHOULD DEFUND THE DOJ AND FBI UNTIL THEY COME TO THEIR SENSES. THE DEMOCRATS HAVE TOTALLY WEAPONIZED LAW ENFORCEMENT IN OUR COUNTRY AND ARE VICIOUSLY...

It seems that every few months, those of us who follow the UFO topic are promised an exciting new documentary guaranteed to blow our collective minds. Although this ‘phenomenon’ isn’t unique to the present wave of UFO-centric films, TV shows, and podcasts, as nearly every UFO documentary I can remember dating back to the 1980s and 1990s worked to position itself as the definitive, seminal work on the subject, it has definitely increased in frequency since 2017. Some have arguably gotten close to the mark, with filmmaker James Fox’s The Phenomenon standing out as a largely comprehensive account of a...

President Joe Biden will travel to the United Kingdom and Ireland this month, marking the 25th anniversary of the Good Friday accord, the White House said on Wednesday. The US-brokered Good Friday Agreement helped end sectarian violence in Ireland. Biden will first travel to Belfast, Northern Ireland, which is part of the UK, from April 11-12 “to mark the tremendous progress since the signing of the Belfast/Good Friday Agreement 25 years ago” and to underscore US readiness to support Northern Ireland’s economic potential, the White House said. Biden then will travel to the Republic of Ireland from April 12-14. Signed...

(Daily readings from the USCCB)One of the Twelve, who was called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests and said, “What are you willing to give me if I hand him over to you?” They paid him thirty pieces of silver, and from that time on he looked for an opportunity to hand him over. Matthew 26:14–16The desire for money can become a powerful incentive to betray our Lord. In this Gospel passage, it seems clear that Judas’ betrayal was based on his desire for money. He most likely had some level of faith in our Lord, or he wouldn’t...

Elon Musk’s Twitter finally confirmed what the Media Research Center has been saying for years: National Public Radio is nothing but state propaganda. Twitter slapped a “state-affiliated media” label on NPR’s account. Musk responded to conservative personality Benny Johnson celebrating that Twitter tore off NPR’s fake veneer of objective journalism. “Seems accurate,” Musk tweeted. MRC Free Speech America Vice President Dan Schneider took a blowtorch to NPR following the news. “NPR is not just state media. It is a mouthpiece of the Deep State,” he said. “It has worked to deceive American taxpayers about its real role, but it’s so...

This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the...
