Former NATO Supreme Allied Commander James Stavridis said Friday that Russian President Vladimir Putin is "scrambling" to find more troops to fight in Ukraine despite Moscow recently claiming that its forces captured the city of Soledar. Stavridis weighed in on reports that Russia is resorting to prisoners, the Wagner Group, reservists, and others to fight in Ukraine. "Putin is really scrambling...to gain the manpower, he's going to the prisons, he's going to the homeless shelters, [and] he's taking people in their 50s and 60s," he said. "I'm in my early 60s, I don't think the U.S. Army is searching for...

An ageing pipeline crossing part of the Great Lakes has led to a standoff between the US state of Michigan and Canada. The outcome of the battle over Line 5, which delivers energy to the US Midwest and central Canada, will be viewed by many as a bellwether of how North America will balance its energy future with its environmental commitments. The most contentious part of the Line 5 pipeline - which runs from Superior, Wisconsin, by way of Michigan to Sarnia, Canada - sits on the bed of the Straits of Mackinac. The narrow waterway connects Lake Michigan and...

Just before disbanding for the Christmas holidays, the US Congress passed a $45 billion "aid" package for Ukraine. Before Zelensky's speech on Wednesday, US President Joe Biden announced another $2.2 billion that will immediately go to Kiev, mainly as weapons and ammunition. This includes a single battery of "Patriot" air defense missiles, the latest Western "wonder weapon" that's somehow supposed to turn the tide of the war. Secretary of State Antony Blinken made a damning admission on Thursday, saying that the US withdrawal from Afghanistan - in August 2021 - made it easier to aid Ukraine. The head of the...

For the past five months, the fighting around one small city in eastern Ukraine has resembled scenes from World War I: a place where soldiers are fighting from old-style trenches, where waves of soldiers make often-fatal charges over open land — and where gains are counted in tiny patches of territory. The small city is Bakhmut. And as the overall war grinds on, Bakhmut isn’t just a particularly violent battleground. It’s also the most important contest of the war. Bakhmut’s importance has risen since November, when Ukraine retook the southern city of Kherson and the onset of winter slowed the...

Now that Republicans control the House, what can they do to regain Americans’ trust in government? What can they do for America? The questions are related. We already know what the Republican House plans to do. It is going to investigate. It is going to investigate the withdrawal from Afghanistan, the administration’s handling of the border crisis, and the origins of the Covid-19 pandemic. It may investigate the business dealings of the Biden family. It may even investigate the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Some of these investigations may do the country some good, and the House has a constitutional duty...

A sheriff's deputy in Riverside County, California, has been gunned down in the line of duty, leaving behind his pregnant wife, just weeks after another deputy in his department was killed. Deputy Darnell Calhoun, 30, was shot Friday afternoon while responding to a domestic violence and child custody call in Lake Elsinore, Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco said at a news conference. "Dispatch received a call of an unknown trouble -- there was voices heard in the background. Sounded like there could possibly be a struggle and deputies responded to the scene," the sheriff said. "Deputy Calhoun was the first...

God has medicine, the medicine of God is his word. Proverbs 4:20-22 says, My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. 21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. 22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. That word health is translated-medicine, healing, remedy, and cure. Don't just look at God's word as words on a page, but as power. Romans 1:16 says, that the word of God is the power of God. So, whatever God can do his word...

In a case of odd bedfellows, environmental groups and Republican politicians are calling for a pause in offshore wind farm development following a string of whales washing up dead on New Jersey and New York beaches. Seven whales have turned up dead in little over a month. The latest victim, a 20- to 25-foot juvenile Humpback whale, turned up in Brigantine, New Jersey on Thursday afternoon, close to a Coast Guard station. "The wave of dead whales is the ocean sounding the alarm, and we must heed the warning,” said Cindy Zipf, executive director of Jersey-based Clean Ocean Action, after...

Question: If the "vaccine" was meant to kill - why kill off the obedient - mostly woke liberal population - and not the critical thinkers?
-
A vaccine adviser to the Food and Drug Administration is questioning whether young, healthy people should get new COVID-19 boosters, arguing those shots should be used for older individuals.“I believe we should stop trying to prevent all symptomatic infections in healthy, young people by boosting them with vaccines containing mRNA from strains that might disappear a few months later,” wrote Dr. Paul A. Offit, an FDA vaccine panel adviser and professor of pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, in New England Journal of Medicine on Jan. 11.In his article, Offit cited two studies suggesting that bivalent boosters, which target...

The Deep State is coming for Joe Biden. Robert Mueller’s “pitbull” Andrew Weissmann on Saturday turned on Joe Biden and suggested the president is engaged in a cover up in light of classified documents being discovered at Biden’s private office and Delaware residence. “The WH keeps digging a hole deeper: they have failed to answer so many questions, which is very strange if this is all an innocent mistake.” Andrew Weissmann said on Saturday morning. “Total number of government docs found and precisely where; and what levels of classification?” Weissmann said. “Why wasn’t this all revealed in Nov/Dec?” he added....

Just remember that Joe Biden takes classified documents “seriously.” He takes it as seriously as he does his Corvette! Although, one has to wonder whether Biden can also dig up a few more Corvettes in Wilmington of which he was unaware until now.Like, say, five or six more around the garage, or maybe in the laundry room:President Biden’s aides found additional pages of classified information at his Delaware home this week, the White House said on Saturday, bringing the tally to six pages uncovered this week. The additional pages, a person with direct knowledge of the matter said, were discovered hours...

A missing clouded leopard was found safe Friday afternoon after she escaped from her Dallas Zoo enclosure hours earlier, zoo officials announced. The clouded leopard, named Nova, “was located very near the original habitat, and teams were able to safely secure her just before 5:15 p.m.,” the zoo tweeted. Dallas police launched a criminal investigation Friday after it was determined the fence in Nova’s enclosure was intentionally cut, police and the zoo said. On Saturday, police said a cutting tool was used to create an opening in the fencing of the leopard’s habitat. A similar cut was also found at...

In December, Hunter Biden’s baby mama Lunden Roberts asked a court to change their daughter’s last name to Biden. Hunter had a child with Lunden Roberts after meeting her at a DC strip joint where she worked as a stripper. The lovechild, Navy Joan Roberts, was born in August, 2018. To this day, Joe Biden refuses to acknowledge his own granddaughter. In fact, in 2019, Joe Biden lashed out at a reporter asking about his new granddaughter born to Hunter and the stripper. WATCH:

Mel Brooks might be one of the funniest people who’s ever lived. And at 96 years old, the writer/actor/director/producer has a long track record of knowing how to create top-notch comedic parodies that skewer the sacred cows in our culture and helping us laugh at them–and ourselves. I’ll admit, when I see certain celebrities’ names trending on the Twitters, I dread that it’s for … well, you know. But luckily, there isn’t sad news about the comedy legend. One of Brooks’ comedy triumphs, along with “Blazing Saddles,” “Young Frankenstein,” and “Spaceballs,” is 1981’s “History of the World, Part I.” Not only...
