A sick Chihuahua mix puppy who was found abandoned on a cold street in Boston, Massachusetts, has fully healed and is now ready for adoption. The six-week-old puppy, who was named Tuesday, was found in East Boston with canine parvovirus, a contagious virus mainly affecting dogs. The rate at which Americans are saving money has dipped close to an all-time low, a new report shows. Americans across the board are struggling with credit card debt. Those just starting out are particularly vulnerable. With limited financial resources, lower wages and shorter credit histories, young adults are struggling to manage high-interest debt more than other age group, according to a new report by Urban Institute.
