Over five million illegal aliens have crossed the U.S. southern border with Mexico since Joe Biden assumed the presidency on January 20, 2021 and threw out President Trump’s successful policies that had secured the border. The flood of migrants at the border continued in October with nearly 300,000 contacts/gotaways reported by Customs and Border Patrol. (Reuters) -Atlanta Federal Reserve President Raphael Bostic said on Tuesday he sees little evidence that the U.S. central bank's aggressive monetary policy tightening is slowing inflation, and borrowing costs will have to rise further for that to happen. "Tighter money has not yet constrained business activity enough to seriously dent inflation," Bostic said in an essay posted on the Atlanta Fed's website. "I anticipate that more rate hikes will be needed" to get policy sufficiently restrictive to return inflation to the Fed's 2% target, he said. Bostic did not indicate if he favored slowing the pace of future rate increases,...

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) brushed off attacks from former President Trump while taking questions at a high school on Tuesday, saying the criticism he has received from the former president is “just noise.” “I think what you learn is, all that’s just noise, and really what matters is, are you leading, are you getting in front of issues, are you delivering results for people and are you standing up for folks?” he said. “And if you do that, then none of that stuff matters.” DeSantis said at Fort Walton Beach High School, located on the Florida Panhandle, that he...

I'd like to know this as the soccer tournament starts this Sunday in Qatar. It has been controversial to say the least ever since Qatar was awarded it. From using "migrant workers" to build the stadiums and reportedly working them to death to their poor human rights record will US networks fully embrace it? I notice the US team will use a rainbow logo "in support of the LGBTQ community". Interesting they feel the need to do that.

Americans continued to take on debt during the fourth quarter amid a surge in credit card borrowing, even as they backed away from new mortgages in a rapidly rising interest rate environment, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York said Tuesday. US government agencies including the Army and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention pulled apps running Pushwoosh code after learning the software company – which presents itself as American – is actually Russian, according to Reuters. Pushwoosh is a software company that provides code and data analysis for developers so they can automate custom push notifications based on smartphone users' online activity. This is the same kind of tracking data – aka commercial surveillance – that major US tech companies like Google and Meta have come under fire for collecting by privacy advocates and watchdog agencies alike. Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis dismissed Donald Trump's recent spate of angry attacks against him as 'noise' and touted his own strong election record in the 2022 midterms during a press conference on Tuesday. DeSantis fired back at the former president hours before Trump is expected to announce another campaign for the White House at his Mar-a-Lago estate on Tuesday night. It's the latest hit in the two GOP giants' Sunshine State turf war, and a larger fight for control of the Republican Party. DeSantis has enraged Trump by refusing to rule out a primary challenge against him in 2024....

UN Special Representative Pramila Patten has been exposed for fabricating her claim that Russia was supplying its troops with Viagra as a part of its “military strategy” in the Ukraine conflict. The widely publicized lie was recycled from baseless NATO propaganda deployed during its 2011 Libyan regime change war. In a November 10 call with Russian pranksters Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov, better known by their aliases Vovan and Lexus, UN Envoy on Sexual Violence Pramila Patten admitted that there was no evidence to back up her widely publicized claims from October that the Russian government was using Viagra-fueled mass...

This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the...

Lincoln Project adviser Stuart Stevens emphasized Saturday that the group is set on “burning” the current Republican Party to the ground rather than simply opposing Donald Trump. Stevens appeared on MSNBC’s “Alex Wagner Tonight” to discuss the results of the midterm elections with fill-in host Ali Velshi. After many Trump-backed candidates lost their elections, Velshi questioned Stevens about whether this will force Republicans to “fix” themselves to have a “normal party.” “I guess the repudiation of some of the big, as you call it, waving-the-bloody-shirt election deniers in this election could do two things. One, it could cause Republicans, like...
