In what she has called a David versus Goliath battle, New York real estate lawyer Bobbie Anne Cox sued Governor Kathleen Hochul for issuing directives mandating quarantine for people exposed to or infected with highly contagious diseases such as COVID-19. Cox won the lawsuit on the grounds that Hochul’s regulation was unconstitutional. In a recent interview on Epoch TV’s American Thought Leaders, Cox told host Jan Jekielek that it’s crucial Americans learn about the U.S. Constitution so that they...

Tom Peters, a management guru of the late 20th century, coined the memorable quote “under-promise—over-deliver.” His advice constitutes a well-known business strategy aimed at maintaining, extending, and satisfying a company’s customer base. In under-promising, but over-delivering, businesses can satisfy their customers who would be pleasantly surprised and grateful that they gained more than they expected. Peters’ quote is also capable of explaining political developments, including the lacklustre performance of the Republicans in the United States midterm elections. For many months now, media commentators and politicians have been predicting a landslide Republican victory in Congressional elections—a red wave no less—which would...

The losses are too great and the market structure is too risky, they say. “What’s become clear is it will not find a home in institutional asset allocation,” said Hani Redha, a multi-asset portfolio manager at Pinebridge Investments in London. “There was a period when...

The cause of Arizona’s massive 30% machine tabulator failure is identified. This action disproportionately affected Republicans and assured delays in counting. Technical expert, Dan Sundin, has homed in on the likely cause of why 30% of the tabulators in Arizona could not process the majority of Republican ballots on Election Day. During the 2022 General Election, the election programming was set up to process 20” long ballots. This was a change from the 2020 General and the 2022 Primary ballots, which were 19” long – an inch shorter. So when Arizona election officials say they don’t know what happened on...
