Yesterday’s Midterms were not a victory for conservative or progressive ideology, but an assertion of the growing power of geography in American politics. It was less a national election than a clash of civilisations. Virtually nowhere in blue areas did Republicans make gains. Both the north-east and California – the central players in Democratic Party politics – stayed solidly blue. Even the most well-regarded GOP candidates, such as Lanhee Chen who ran for California state controller, struggled to make inroads in Democratic territory. Meanwhile, the senators and governors of the leading red states – Texas’s Greg Abbott, Georgia’s Brian Kemp,...

Last Updated on November 10, 2022 Election officials in Maricopa County released an update on the “printer issue” that caused multiple vote tabulators to malfunction on Election Day. One poll worker in the state’s largest county said that “nothing was working” and that voters should submit their ballots to be “counted downtown later tonight.” In total, the issue affected roughly 17,000 ballots, authorities said. On Election Day, officials announced that about 20% of tabulators at county polling sites were malfunctioning. “We have two tabulators. One of the tabulators is not working, OK? FTX’s Sam Bankman-Fried tweeted Thursday morning that he is “sorry,” admitting that he “f---ed up” and “should have done better.” The post comes as the one-time hero of the crypto sector is begging for billions of dollars to stave off bankruptcy. “I also should have been communicating more very recently,” wrote Bankman-Fried. “Transparently--my hands were tied during the duration of the possible Binance deal; I wasn’t particularly allowed to say much publicly. But of course it’s on me that we ended up there in the first place.”

Elon Musk has taken over Twitter, and it appears he's already failing on his promise not to turn Twitter into a 'free-for-all hellscape.' But, I'm not here to talk about his policy blunders. That's a story for another day. No, I'm here to predict that Twitter, the site, will soon crash. And, once it fails, it won't be coming up for a while. Also: Ditching Twitter? How to get started with MastodonWhy? Simple. You can't lay off half of the staff of a cloud-based social network and expect things to keep running smoothly for Twitter's 450 million monthly active users. Indeed,...

Emerald Robinson’s The Right Way Subscribe Sign in It's Obvious Now: America's Voting System Is Rigged The machines went down! The tabulators failed! The paper ran out! The printer settings were wrong! Emerald Robinson Nov 9 473 68 Welcome to the Banana Republic of Biden — where the voting machines break down and the tabulators fail and the paper runs out on Election Day! The rigging was so bad, so obvious, so corrupt that even the corporate media was forced to admit that electronic voting machines didn’t work across America. That was a “conspiracy theory” — you might recall —...

Kremlin-connected entrepreneur Yevgeny Prigozhin has admitted that he has interfered in US elections and would continue to do so, confirming for the first time the accusations he has rejected for years. "Gentlemen, we have interfered, are interfering and will interfere. Carefully, precisely, surgically and in our own way, as we know how to do," Mr Prigozhin boasted in remarks posted on social media. The statement — from the press service of his catering company that earned him the nickname "Putin's chef" — came on the eve of the US midterm elections. It was the second major admission in recent months...

Russia's decision to pull its forces back from the southern Ukrainian region of Kherson was "positive and important," Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said. "Russia's decision regarding Kherson is positive, an important decision," told reporters in the capital Ankara on Thursday before leaving for a summit of Turkic countries in Uzbekistan. Vowing to maintain dialogue with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, Erdogan's comments came after Moscow ordered its troops on Wednesday to withdraw from Kherson to the east bank of the Dnieper River. "I don't know whether there will be Russian participation in the G20 or not. We'll have...

Former President Donald Trump is being advised to delay next week’s “very big announcement” after a much-anticipated red wave failed to form on Election Day, with some arguing Republican efforts should be concentrated on the Dec. 6 US Senate runoff election in Georgia. “I’ll be advising him that he move his announcement until after the Georgia runoff,” former Trump adviser Jason Miller told the Associated Press. “Georgia needs to be the focus of every Republican in the country right now.” Trump has come under withering criticism for his role in the midterm campaign after Republican expectations for crushing victories in...

"It's...

The inflation numbers are out for October and they still stink (headline inflation still sizzling at 7.7% YoY). But the number that really irks me is … REAL average hourly earnings growth is at a horrifying -2.8% YoY because of Biden’s terrible policies (aka, Bidenflation). ... Real average hourly earnings growth YoY has been negative since March 2021. That is 19 straight months of negative earnings growth under Biden/Pelosi/Schumer’s reign of error. So, Pennsylvania elects this guy to perpetuate Biden/Pelosi/Schumer’s awful policies?

One of America’s most contested midterm races, between Adam Laxalt and Catherine Cortez Masto, is coming to a head in Nevada. As of Thursday morning, Republican Mr Laxalt maintained a slight lead over Democratic incumbent Ms Cortez Masto in the Senate race with just over 79 per cent of votes counted, according to the New York Times. The race could still be subject to substantial shifts as two counties with the vast majority of voters - Clark and Washoe - continue to tabulate mail-in ballots late into Wednesday night with large margins for Democrats, according to the Nevada Independent. Those...

God thundereth marvellously with his voice; great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend. For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength. Job 37:5-6 (King James Version) Just like America in Oregon there were some disappointments and especially at Governor although after 40 years you become numb to the reality of fraud by mail, but there were more significant wins than losses. You can bet the Dems are in panic mode as they used all their advantages in the media both TV and social...

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose 7.7% between October 2021 and October 2022, according to a Thursday report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, showing that inflation has begun to slow amid harsh contractionary policy from the Federal Reserve. The month-to-month increase of 0.4% fell below analysts’ forecasts, while core inflation, which factors out the more volatile food and energy categories, rose 0.3%, also falling below forecasts. A 0.6% surge in food prices and a 0.8% increase in shelter prices contributed to the headline number as energy prices reversed their downward trajectory to surge 1.8%. A decline in prices for...

Senate poll averages across eight battleground states overstated Republican support heading into the 2022 midterm elections, an examination of projected outcomes and polling shows. Democrats on average performed about three points better than pre-election RealClearPolitics polling averages, the Wall Street Journal reported. Republicans may have assumed that pollsters, just like the establishment media, were biased against Republicans and would therefore understate GOP support like pollsters have in the past.

On Tuesday in the 2022 Midterms, the “Drop and Roll” occurred in the Michigan Governor race just like it happened in the 2020 Presidential Election. It also occurred in the Minnesota Governor’s race. We now have evidence that it also occurred in the Georgia Senate race stealing the win from Republican Herschel Walker. The crooks and criminals are stealing US Elections in multiple ways. One of the biggest ways they stole the 2020 Election for President was the “The Drop and Roll” method. In the Drop and Roll incidents in the 2020 Election, we identified that at around the point...
