I do not know the Lord and I will not let Israel go.” 3 Then they said, “The God of the Hebrews has met with us. Now let us take a three-day journey into the wilderness to offer sacrifices...

Our health care system is on life support, afflicted by the diseases of greed, incompetence, immorality, selfishness, politicization, and loss of good sense and ethics. “They are trying to kill me!” The worst words anyone wants to hear from their loved one. One might imagine hearing those words when you are on the phone with your loved who is being brutally attacked as they cry out for you to save them. But it is not. This fear-stricken cry for help from your loved one is caused by someone they trusted, that you trusted -- it is your doctor who wields...

The attorneys for President Donald Trump are now spilling the beans on some of the issues with the FBI raid of his home and the search warrant. Trump attorney Alina Habba appeared on Fox News with Jesse Watters. She said that they had been cooperating with the National Archives over the records and that this was completely “unconstitutional.” “Our country should be terrified—I am terrified,” Habba exclaimed. She said the FBI went in when he wasn’t even there, and then told his attorneys to leave, that they couldn’t watch or be there. “That doesn’t sound good to me,” she declared....

“No, the president was not briefed, was not aware of it. No. No one at the White House was given a heads up, no. That did not happen.” When another reporter asked her whether she was concerned about the optics of the Justice Department raiding the home of a former president, Jean-Pierre said nothing. After the reporter pressed her about Republicans saying the raid “reeks of politics,” Jean-Pierre again suggested Biden had no advanced knowledge. “Look, I’ll say this: the president and the White House learned about this FBI search from public reports,” she said. “We learned just like the...

VIDEOThe resemblance between the two voices is uncanny. Both in voice quality and speaking patterns of Arizona gubernatorial candidate Katie Hobbs and Brett Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford. Since it seems like Blasey Ford was coached to sound like a helpless child, many in the public did not buy into that phony way of speaking. Listen to them both speaking back to back and judge for yourselves whether Katie Hobbs consciously decided to borrow Blasey Ford's helpless child voice while making her pitiful apology.

While investors’ eyes remain fixed on the Dow Jones and the Fed’s interest rate hikes, American workers must heed the disturbing signals from the labor market. As the US economy totters on the brink of a possible recession, employees must be ready for anything. Many workers benefited from the critical labor shortage that followed the pandemic recovery, with low-wage workers enjoying perks traditionally reserved for managers, such as sign-on bonuses. Yet, in recent weeks, there are indications that the labor market could be cooling off, particularly in high-skill sectors like tech. Data from the Labor Department shows unemployment claims in...

Candidates endorsed by former President Donald J. Trump had another immaculate night in statewide and federal races Tuesday, just a day after the Federal Bureau of Investigation raided Mar-a-Lago. His endorsement record now stands at 192-11. Businessman Tim Michels, who served as a U.S. Army ranger for 12 years, beat out his opponent, Rebecca Kleefisch, for the Republican gubernatorial nomination in Wisconsin, Dave Wasserman of the Cook Report declared. As the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel notes, Trump endorsed Michels back in June. “Wisconsin needs a Governor who will Stop Inflation, Uphold the Rule of Law, strengthen our Borders (we had the...

The people in this northern Myanmar forest have lost a way of life that goes back generations. But if they complain, they, too, face the threat of death. This forest is the source of several key metallic elements known as rare earths, often called the vitamins of the modern world. Rare earths now reach into the lives of almost everyone on the planet, turning up in everything from hard drives and cellphones to elevators and trains. They are especially vital to the fast-growing field of green energy, feeding wind turbines and electric car engines. And they end up in the...

By officiating the unproven theory that petroleum oil is a nonrenewable fossil fuel, the oil companies were able to adjust the price accordingly. All the way into the peak oil scare that foretold the calamity of the world soon running out of oil, which further benefited the industry’s oil pricing schemes. But the wells never did go dry. And the ones once emptied filled back up. So the science we have today favors the abiotic theory over the fossil fuel theory. Which is that oil is a natural component of our ecosystem. And we see this in our oceans. Underwater...

McDonald’s McPlant experiment reveals how fake meat at fast food restaurants is, as a whole, a grift. It was early 2022 and the world’s most profitable burger chain was finally rolling out a patty made of vegetables in hundreds of its stores. The pea, rice, and potato mixture mimicked the flavor and texture of its beefy brethren. Chains like Burger King and White Castle had done it before, but McDonald’s was the biggest. The McPlant was yet another mass-produced fake-meat burger lionized as a savior to the impending climate disaster—and, of course, an offering that could potentially lure more customers to...

Colorado is not the deadliest state for police, but police are more likely to be assaulted and injured here than in most states. The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office says says a deputy, woman and suspect are dead after a shooting Sunday. Deputy Andrew Peery, 39, was shot. Another deputy and officer returned gunfire until additional officers and deputies arrived on the scene. They immediately tried to save Peery’s life, but by around 8 p.m., EPSO said that Peery had been killed in the line of duty. This marks the first felonious killing of a Colorado police officer this year....

Facebook turned over chats between a Nebraska mom and her 17-year-old daughter discussing preparations for the teen's at-home abortion. Meta, the social media giant's parent company, turned over the direct messages as part of an investigation into the teen's illegal abortion, court documents show. The investigation was launched in April, before the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, after police received reports that Jessica Burgess obtained and administered abortion pills to her daughter, Celeste Burgess. Celeste was 23 weeks when she terminated her pregnancy, a violation of state law. The mother-daughter duo then allegedly burned the fetus and buried it....

The 20 soon-to-be San Francisco fourth-graders sat on the classroom rug Tuesday and puzzled over the math word problem: If you have 14 stickers want to give three to each friend, how many friends will get stickers? “This is garbage,” said one student, frustrated by what he and many of his peers described as an impossible scenario. “So how do we solve this garbage?” the John Muir Elementary School teacher asked. Nearby more than a dozen teachers from four city public schools huddled around the students, taking notes on the teaching method while observing body language and other indicators of...

Trump fanatics of all colors and creeds descended on Mar-a-Lago for a second night to send a defiant message to his political enemies: ‘You’ll never take down 45’. The former president’s backers included a raucous coalition of Proud Boys, Cuban exiles and African Americans sporting Blacks For Trump T-shirts. Supporters honked horns, belted out rock anthems and waved flags and banners as they gathered at Trump’s Florida residence one day after it was dramatically raided by Feds. Law enforcement kept the crowds from gathering directly outside the swank private club in Palm Beach where Trump lives part-time from fall to...
