If Joe Biden could shut down the border the way he shuts down pipelines he’d be in good shape. Instead, he’d rather stick it to hard-working Americans through skyrocketing gas prices while rewarding illegal immigrants with vast sums of taxpayer money. It is not enough that the hate-America, left-wing loonies got him to shut down the Keystone XL pipeline, now they are going after the so-called Line 5 pipeline that moves crude oil from Western Canada to Michigan. You may not like Donald Trump, but when he left the presidency, he left behind a country that he not only had...

Before Jones, Duncan, and Engelhardt, Circuit Judges. Kurt D. Engelhardt, Circuit Judge: The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) “reasonably determined” in June 2020 that an emergency temporary standard (ETS) was “not necessary” to “protect working people from occupational exposure to infectious disease, including COVID-19.” In re AFL-CIO, 2020 WL 3125324, at *1 (D.C. Eight-year-old Fiona Lashells has delivered a worthy example of standing up for your convictions against power-mad tyrants. Soon after the Florida 2nd grader appeared before the Palm Beach County School Board and vowed she would continue to defy the school district’s mask mandate, the district dropped the mandate. After national media pressure sparked by Fiona’s stand, and pressure from the DeSantis administration, the School District of Palm Beach County released a letter to the public explaining its decision to drop their mandatory mask requirement. The picture that has been emerging of today’s papacy is one of a pope, with little or no regard for law and due process, governing a Church that has made disregard for law and tradition part of its ecclesiastical culture.Pope Francis has issued a new decree in the form of a letter which some believe marks a wholly illegal papal power-grab over one of the world’s most ancient and unique institutions. To understand the complexity of this case, it is necessary to recall the events that have led up to this. In late 2016, Pope Francis—in an act we all...

New information about Mass attendance is available from The Pillar’s Survey on Religious Attitudes and Practices, which aims to better understand the religious perspectives, identities,...
