Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt (R) signed an executive order on Monday halting the state from issuing nonbinary birth certificates.
The order mandates the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) to “cease amending birth certificates” in any way that is inconsistent with state law, and to “remove from its website any reference to amending birth certificates” that doesn’t align with state law.
Stitt further urged the Oklahoma state legislature to “immediately pass legislation that will clarify, to the extent necessary, that changes in sex or gender on a birth certificate, or a designation of non-binary is contrary to Oklahoma law.”

Anyone who wants to be something they inherently aren’t needs to be reminded that male and female medical diagnoses and treatments are not always universal.
Now start arresting those who broke the law.

Until I see proof otherwise from the relevant officials I’ll assume the “settlement” was the old inside out game: lib organization files lawsuit, woke inclined officials pretend they were forced to agree to whatever the plaintiff wanted

To allow nonbinary birth certificates is to have one believe that the mind of a one day old child can overrule objectively observed biological gender identification. Good for the governor in ending the childish fantasies of wacky liberals suggesting such nonsense.
...and people on our side thought “why should I care what they do in bed”, and then “why should I care who ‘marries’ who”.
Point being that Leftism is like alcoholism, you can never defeat it short of killing the host organism, you can only keep it dormant, and then only by fighting it non-stop.

...How and why does this need to be an executive order? If the law already clearly states one thing, an executive order saying the same thing means nothing.
Why not just arrest/charge/fine/whatever the people breaking the law, instead of simply sending them a sternly worded letter? If I go out and rob a bank, the cops don’t slap my wrist and tell me to stop doing that, they arrest right off the bat. Sigh.
