Some things never change. Judges that won’t do what’s just and Democrats who steal elections. We reported previously that Virginia was not requiring the last 4 digits of social security numbers on absentee ballots. This is in direct violation of the law. This comes from the same county that had over 300,000 ballots dropped for Joe Biden on election night while only 30,000 dropped for Trump – Three times! So a voter group, not the Republican Party, sued to prevent these ballots from being used in the election – they are not legal. And the judge dismisses the case. The...

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has his moments. There are good moments and then there are miserable ones. Lindsey 2.0 is who we like—but he also reverts to his squishy self at times. On January 6, he channeled a darker version when he wanted Capitol Police to open fire on the rioters. “We give you guns for a reason—use them,” he said during the riot (via Fox News): Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham urged Capitol police to use their guns and regain control of the Capitol on Jan. 6, a new report details. "What are you doing? Take back the Senate! You've...

How bad are things getting for Terry McAuliffe? On election eve, not only did the desperate Democrat resort to lying about his opponent, but this morning, his erstwhile supporters at CNN actually called out his lie! At a rally last night, McAuliffe said that Youngkin "is doing an event with Donald Trump here in Virginia . . . Glenn Youngkin is closing his event with Donald Trump here in Virginia." Surprisingly, on this morning's New Day, CNN reporter Sunlen Serfaty called out McAuliffe's lie: "Now we did see Democrat Terry McAuliffe last night in his closing pitch not deviate whatsoever...

Colorado’s Supreme Court on Monday approved the state’s new congressional map, rejecting arguments from civil rights groups that the redistricting plan deprives Latinos of a fair say in congressional elections. The map from the state’s Independent Redistricting Commission preserved the state’s 4-3 split between Democratic and Republican-leaning house districts while adding an eighth in the suburbs north of Denver that is a legitimate swing district, evenly divided between Democrats and Republicans.

NASA is continuing to investigate why the instruments in the Hubble Space Telescope recently went into safe mode configuration, suspending science operations. The instruments are healthy and will remain in safe mode while the mission team continues its investigation. Hubble’s science instruments issued error codes at 1:46 a.m. EDT on October 23, indicating the loss of a specific synchronization message. This message provides timing information the instruments use to correctly respond to data requests and commands. The mission team reset the instruments, resuming science operations the following morning. At 2:38 a.m. EDT, on October 25, the science instruments again issued...

In 1771, the German physician Hieronymus David Gaubius introduced the western scientific community to "a medication with many promises" – zinc. More than 200 years later, we can find it amongst the many supplements on pharmacy shelves. It's even known to be one of the rare things that might help fight off a common cold. Or does it? Evidence for zinc supplement use is limited, study results have been mixed, and dosage, formulation and length of prescription have not been investigated properly to date. A new meta-analysis of 28 randomized controlled trials has now strengthened the notion that supplementing zinc...

Huma Abedin has spent much of her career alongside Hillary Clinton. She was there when President Bill Clinton's affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky was revealed, and was still close with Clinton decades later, when her own unraveling marriage to disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner threatened to derail Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign. After 25 years in the background, Abedin is now sharing what it was like to be with Clinton when the Lewinsky affair became public. In her new book, "Both/And: A Life in Many Worlds," Abedin writes that she "was sad and angry on behalf of the woman...

In his November 1 op-ed for “The Hill,” Fox News Analyst Juan Williams claimed that the “parents’ rights’ mantra in the Virginia gubernatorial elections is simply “a code for white race politics.” To the contrary, this really is about parents’ rights and about what is best for all children. To inject charges of white supremacy and racism is to miss the whole point of why so many parents are so upset. In all candor and with due respect, I would have expected better from Mr. Williams. The fact is that these parents are concerned with the injection of racism into...
