Thursday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot (D) attributed the recent uptick in violence in the United States’ major cities such as hers to the coronavirus pandemic. Lightfoot claimed there was “no question” there was a “COVID-related impact on the public safety system.” She also emphasized the need to fight the root causes of violence in cities like Chicago, which she said was poverty, lack of jobs and lack of hope.

"Words matter, and baseball 'bullpens' devalue talented players and mock the misery of sensitive animals," PETA exec Tracy Reiman said. The org. added that it's all a problem because bullpens are places where cows go before they're slaughtered on farms ... and where the animals go before they're treated poorly at rodeos. "Strike out the word 'bullpen,' which references the holding area where terrified bulls are kept before slaughter," PETA said, "in favor of a more modern, animal-friendly term."

The next time an MLB manager makes a moove to the bullpen, he will anger a large group of PETA activists who think the term bullpen is insensitive to cows. In a statement issued Thursday by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), the animal rights organization made it clear they find the term “bullpen” to be mocking towards the “misery of sensitive animals.”

Karen Fann, the Republican leader of the Arizona state Senate, has said that Cyber Ninjas, the private company commissioned to conduct an audit of Maricopa County's election results, is now in "breach of contract" with the state for not providing audit-related documentation. In an October 26 letter to Cyber Ninjas and CEO Doug Logan, Fann said that she had previously sent Logan a September 14 letter. In that letter, Fann told the company to submit all its audit-related records to her in order to comply with a court order. Cyber Ninjas only provided 300 records, "an insubstantial percentage of all...

White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain has taken a lot of flak for his assertion that "Americans should stop whining about supply chain problems and inflation" and his suggestion that "they could forage through dumpsters for edible food." This week a woman going by the name "Dumpster Diving Freegan" boasted she found $1,000 of free food in the trash bin behind a Whole Foods Market. Welcome to the gimmick Olympics, where progressives are using classic accounting tricks to hide the true cost of the bill. Instead of producing legislation that truly costs $2 trillion over the decade, lawmakers are crafting as much as $4 trillion worth of new initiatives, but simply using fake expiration dates to score only a few years of each proposal. The idea is to create new federal programs, hook the constituencies on new federal benefits, and then assume that future Congresses and presidents will not dare to allow them to expire. The White House has reportedly proposed three- to four-year expiration...

The move comes a day after leader Kim Jong Un warned North Koreans that they must expect to eat less food until the country re-opens its borders with China in 2025. 'Black swan meat is delicious and has medicinal value,' while the bird's industrial breeding will 'improve the people's living standard', the state-run Korean Central News Agency reported. A researcher from the country's agriculture ministry told KCNA in 2020 that the black swan meat has more protein than other meats and is easier to digest, adding that it also has 'anticancer' properties. Despite the current hardships the North Korean people...

Idon’t know about you, but I’ve had it “up to here” with Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema. For the good of the Republic, we should all chip in and buy them a one-way ticket back to West Virginia and Arizona. And keep them there. In fact, the most insane rumor floating around Washington this week was that Manchin might leave the Democratic Party and become a Republican. Are you kidding? He’s never been a Democrat, and neither has Kyrsten Sinema. They’re not team players. Each of them is in it only for themselves. And each of them is willing to...

Mass Psychosis Is the Real Global PandemicEditor’s Note: Dr. Joseph Mercola has covered this topic before in great detail, as have I. It’s an extremely important point of understanding because we often find ourselves scratching our heads wondering how people can be so blind to and even delusional about Pandemic Panic Theater. Unfortunately, the delusions are causing real-world harm on a massive scale. By themselves, the delusions are bad enough but they’re coming on top of the crippling effects of lockdowns, vaccines, suppressed treatments, and pretty much every policy being invoked by governments of the world. We can look around...
