Resist. They can’t arrest us all. They can’t keep all your kids home from school. They can’t keep every government building closed – although I’ve got a long list of ones they should. We don’t have to accept the mandates, lockdowns, and harmful policies of the petty tyrants and feckless bureaucrats. We can simply say no, not again. Speaker Nancy Pelosi — you will not arrest or stop me or anyone on my staff from doing our jobs. We have all either had COVID, had the vaccine, or been offered the vaccine. We will make our own health choices. We...

The director of the Pathological Institute of the University of Heidelberg, Peter Schirmacher, has carried out over forty autopsies on people who had died within two weeks of their vaccination. Schirmacher expressed alarm over his findings. The regional daily Augsburger Allgemeine reported: “Schirmacher assumes that 30 to 40 percent of them died from the vaccination. In his opinion, the frequency of fatal consequences of vaccinations is underestimated – a politically explosive statement in times when the vaccination campaign is losing momentum, the Delta variant is spreading rapidly and restrictions on non-vaccinated people are being discussed.”

The World Health Organization (WHO) Wednesday called for a moratorium on COVID-19 booster shots until the end of next month to address a shortfall in vaccines for poorer countries.“I understand the concern of all governments to protect their people from the Delta variant, but we cannot and should not accept countries that have already used most of the global supply of vaccines using even more of it while the world’s most vulnerable people remain unprotected,” WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus told a news conference on Wednesday. As a result, he said, the organization wants a “moratorium on boosters” until the end...

Although Vice President Kamala Harris refuses to acknowledge it, we indeed have a humanitarian and criminal crisis along our southern border. Since the Biden administration hastily reversed Trump-era policies that had dramatically slowed the pace of illegal immigration, cartels have been working overtime to recoup the human smuggling income they lost during the Trump years. According to US Border Patrol sources, the going rate to be smuggled over the border is $10,000 a person, and there’s no guarantee that the smuggled will arrive healthily or even arrive at all.Such was the case Wednesday morning when a van carrying 30 people...

The Washington Post reports today that not only is the so-called “Delta variant” in full swing, causing sphincters to go flaccid in some parts of the country, but now something much worse is on the horizon.South Korea’s Disease Control and Prevention Agency said Tuesday that it had recorded at least two cases of the new coronavirus delta-plus variant, which some experts believe to be more transmissible than the original delta variant that was first detected in India and has since thwarted plans for returning to life before the pandemic. But what do we know about “delta plus,” yet another new variant...

The editor of China's Communist Party tabloid has warned German and British warships against taking "willful actions" during their deployments to Asia, suggesting the maneuvers could undermine their governments' relations with Beijing. Hu Xijin, editor-in-chief of the hawkish state-run tabloid the Global Times, described Bayern's Indo-Pacific deployment as the result of "the U.S.' political mobilization of the West." Angela Merkel's government announced the voyage in March—in a move described by observers as an attempt to address concerns that her party was too soft on China before elections next month. "Obviously, Germany does not want to take on China over their...

Remember in the summer of 2019 when Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez got called out for faking tears for a photo-op at a migrant housing facility? It turned out that she couldn’t even see the children and the photos were completely staged. Of course we know she’s a fraud now given the fact that she no longer cares about the migrant kids in cages under the Biden administration. Well, it looks like she’s at it again. Both AOC and Ed Markey don their facemasks for a photo op during a sit-in yesterday at the Capitol, but immediately take them off when photo...

The researchers isolated two genes involved with leg development. Under a microscope, they were able to see the two genes were activated in the legs while the spider was still an embryo. Next, using RNA interference, they were able to block the activation of the two genes in several samples. The spiders grew up with short legs, and the short legs became pedipalps, limbs typically used for handling food. The researchers also identified and disabled another gene linked to leg development, which led to spiders with short legs that did not become pedipalps but who did lose their tarsomeres—joints that...

The Google letters are lining up to get vaccinated. Are you? Google used Wednesday's Doodle animation to spur people to get the COVID vaccine. Each cheerful letter in the Google logo is depicted wearing a mask. Clicking on the image takes users to a search for "Covid vaccine near me," which contains information about availability, where to make an appointment, vaccination rates, vaccine facts, and more.Watch closely, and there's actually more going on in the Doodle than mask-wearing letters. One by one, the G,O,O, and G jump and proudly display their bandaged arms (yes, these letters have arms). But get...

Investigators have not revealed a motive in the ambush-style killing of Pentagon police officer George Gonzalez, 37. But Lanz’s past brushes with the law, and neighbors’ accounts of recent menacing behavior, appear to suggest the violence was more likely the act of a troubled, violence-prone individual than part of a broader conspiracy. This April 2021 image provided by the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office shows a booking photo of Austin Williams Lanz. On the right, an undated photo provided by the Pentagon Force Protection Agency shows Pentagon Police Officer George Gonzalez.

Dr. Fauci fears a variant worse than Delta is on the horizon because of unvaccinated Americans. Fauci told McClatchy on Wednesday that the country could be “in trouble” going into the fall season unless more Americans get vaccinated for Covid. A new variant may challenge the effectiveness of the Covid vaccine, according to Fauci. “What we’re seeing, because of this increase in transmissibility, and because we have about 93 million people in this country who are eligible to get vaccinated who don’t get vaccinated — that you have a significant pool of vulnerable people,” Fauci told McClatchy’s DC bureau.

"If the public does not come to get vaccinated this week, there is a good chance that we will reach a closure soon.
