If you’ve been keeping an eye on the ebb and flow of American politics–and of course you have been–then you have no doubt noticed that the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has one civil liberty that it doesn’t much care for. That, of course, is the right of self-defense as enshrined in the Second Amendment to the Constitution. They’ve recently shown their hand with an attack on American gun owners … and the National Shooting Sports Foundation‘s Larry Keane has the last word on the matter. The below is directly from NSSF: By Larry Keane: The American Civil Liberties...

On the evening of 22 September 2005, a hunting guide and his hunter, who was from Ohio, were attacked without provocation, by a grizzly bear in the Shoshone National Forest in the northwest corner of Wyoming. The details of the attack were found in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) response to AmmoLand. This correspondent has not found any other published account of this attack. The hunter had been drawn for an archery tag for elk, with his friends. The hunter had been assigned a guide by the licensed outfitter. On the morning of 22 September, the guide had decided...

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has pulled his company's ads from Fox News after it refused to run a commercial linked to claims of voter fraud in the 2020 election. Lindell, 60, told the Wall Street Journal that he asked Fox News to run a commercial promoting the cyber symposium he plans to live stream next month. The staunch Trump ally told the outlet that the commercial wouldn't specifically mention claims of election fraud. However, he said the symposium 'will prove the 2020 election was stolen' from then-President Donald Trump. Fox News confirmed to DailyMail.com that the network had refused to...

The anti-forced vaccination protest was back at the doorsteps of Harlowe yesterday evening. The protesters who were mostly Trump supporters are outraged over the restaurant’s decision to require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result to enter their premise. The second night brought more hostility as Antifa members decide to counter-protest which escalated into violence, forcing sheriff deputies to detain four individuals. When confronted about the aggressive energy taking place that evening, several protestors said bottles were thrown at them and that they were egged by those who opposed them. And they weren’t lying at one moment a...

My friend suggested an imaginative use of letters of marque and reprisal, as authorized by the Constitution. These were the basis of privateering, perhaps the ultimate in privatization. The government would authorize the captain of a civilian vessel to seize enemy shipping, and sell it for his own profit. The letters ensured that if he was captured, he would be treated as a POW rather than as a pirate. A factor in ending the War of 1812 was that, while the US Navy was far too small to have an impact, American privateers (far outnumbering the Royal Navy) were inflicting...

What is it about the January 6 Capitol riot defendants that has caused the Biden administration and media to treat them like terrorists? Yesterday, members of Congress were denied entry into the federal prison facility where the January 6 defendants are being held! Reps. Louie Gohmert of Texas, Matt Gaetz of Florida, and Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia were literally LOCKED out of the facility! Keep in mind that Congress has OVERSIGHT over the funding for federal facilities. See the details HERE and HERE. It’s (almost) hard to believe that this is happening in America. Dog and Pony Show I’m...

Who keeps putting pictures of Trump on news videos on youtube? Tucker Carlson 072821 was a recent one for example. It doesn't detract that much from whatever news story. It really just looks spiteful and fit throwing that someone would listen to anything truthful about their illegitimate and failing regime.

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem Psalm 119ת Taw 169 May my cry come before you, Lord; give me understanding according to your word. 170 May my supplication come before you; deliver me according to your promise. 171 May my lips overflow with praise, for you teach me your decrees. 172 May my tongue sing of your word, for all your commands are righteous. 173 May your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts. 174 I long for your salvation, Lord, and your law gives me delight. 175 Let me live that I may praise...

In his final state of the nation speech Monday, Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte defended his refusal to confront China over Beijing's seizure and fortification of his country's islets in the South China Sea. "It will be a massacre if I go and fight a war now," said Duterte. "We are not yet a competent and able enemy of the other side." Duterte is a realist. He will not challenge China to retrieve his lost territories, as his country would be crushed. But Duterte has a hole card: a U.S. guarantee to fight China, should he stumble into war with China....

Perfect. A new meme is floating around the internet today on the Bidens. Who wore it best? The image shows Jill Biden’s dress along with crackhead mega-millionaire grifter Hunter Biden on a crack couch with a similar pattern. Uncanny!

In the April issue of the conservative journal First Things, the esteemed natural law philosopher John Finnis wrote an essay titled "Abortion Is Unconstitutional." Finnis' basic argument was that the traditional conservative or originalist stance on abortion and the infamous 1973 Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision -- namely, that the Constitution is "silent" on the matter and that it is properly an issue for states to decide among themselves -- is both morally insufficient and legally dubious. According to Finnis, unborn children are properly understood as "persons" under the 14th Amendment's equal protection clause, and state-level homicide laws therefore...

Billions of dollars may have been wasted on vaccines if what the CDC is spinning now is even half-true. In a press conference on July 28, 2021, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, stated that "[t]he big concern is the next variant that might emerge, just a few mutations potentially away, could potentially evade our vaccines." For Walensky to say the CDC has a "big concern" that the COVID virus might be a few mutations away from being a version that is not susceptible to vaccines is likely a de facto admission that such...

The specter of breaching the debt ceiling is once again upon us. Suspension to the nation’s borrowing limit expires July 31. Elected Republicans currently are out of power in the House, Senate, and White House. Accordingly, they have no power to decisively act on the debt ceiling in a positive way. And, they have only a little influence. But, it is a great opportunity for Republican candidates if they would recognize that promises can be made to voters and then resolve that these be met when they are returned to power. The high water mark for fiscal conservatism over the...

The ventriloquist that speaks through Biden is about to dictate that all government employees must be vaccinated for COVID. This, despite dire warnings about the vaccines, most of which warnings have, of course, been censored and disregarded. Here in California, we’re re-entering the mask-up phase, including the declaration that all the kids need to wear one full-time in school in the fall. They’ve already been pushing for everyone over the age of 12 SNIP If you do only one thing for your own well-being today, whether you’ve been vaccinated or not, take the time to listen to part one of...

Several weeks ago I read that singer Demi Lovato came out as non-binary and would be using pronouns they/them to describe herself . . . wait . . . to describe themselves, or them, or they . . . or . . . you get the drift! I’m guessing non-binary means that she is not two people, a definition I can get behind; but, why then does she call herself them? I’m thinking my definition of non-binary may be contrary to what it actually means. My sexagenarian mind finds it difficult to wrap around these concepts because, when I was...

Throwback Thursday rolls around again. And in honor of the day, the idiots running our country have decided it’s time to throwback to the mask. Once again, based on the most dubious science since the Global Warming cult and Flat Earth Society were formed, they want America to mask up again. They are going to mandate yet another year of children-of the-mask; yet another year in which children see no facial features, get no facial clues from each other or their teachers. We are training our children to be autistic. To all this nonsense I offer the antidote: become a Refusenik, “I...

There has been a growing belief in progressive circles of the 1619 Project ilk, that all Jews are of European decent and all Europeans who came to the Americas owned African slaves. It's not based on history. There is no basis for this belief other than desire to believe it is true. Racial justification is based on an old hatred that alters form while remaining hatred. Jews, as historical records prove, are not of European origin and most haven no lineage in Europe, but that does not stop them from being classified as white by those who are inclined to...

One of many virtues of Mark Levin’s superb new book, American Marxists, is his use of the observations of Eric Hoffer’s landmark book, The True Believer. I don't need to be convinced of the obvious, that the Marxists are staging a counter-revolution in our Republic. I say "counter-revolution" because the Marxist goal is to overthrow the successful revolution staged by our founders almost two and a half centuries ago. And the enemy is not just "at the gate"; they are, in fact, on the cusp of winning the ultimate prize: total domination of the United States of America. Most AT...

At least 16 people were shot, one fatally, in gun violence across Chicago Thursday. The fatal attack occurred on the South Side. About 12:50 p.m., a 22-year-old man was in the 6500 block of South Peoria Street when a gray Audi drove by and someone inside opened fire, Chicago police said. Kevin Stephens was struck twice in the head and taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said. The Audi fled south on Peoria after the shooting, police said. A 14-year-old boy was critically wounded in...
