China is planning to build dozens of biosafety level three labs and one biosafety level four lab over the next five years as investigators take another look at the possibility that the coronavirus could have leaked out of a laboratory in Wuhan, China. China's Guangdong province plans to create 25 to 30 biosafety level three labs and one biosafety level four lab, the Financial Times reported. The Wuhan Institute of Virology is home to a biosafety level four lab accused of conducting so-called gain of function research. The director of that lab, Yuan Zhiming, detailed Chinese labs' safety deficiencies in...

Nations League final in Denver between the United States and Mexico was marred by unruly fan behavior that included objects thrown onto the field and a brief pause in the game because of fans using an anti-gay chant. Referee John Pitti resumed the match after three minutes as players on both sides pleaded with the crowd to stop using the chant. This was the second tournament match to be halted due to anti-gay chants at Empower Field at Mile High. Mexico's semifinal win over Costa Rica was also briefly paused. That match also saw several fans ejected from the stadium...

It was in the years following the Civil War, America was hard on the path to “becoming great.” The industrial revolution had moved into full swing, railroads criss-crossed the country, immigration was gaining speed, and wealth was accumulating at a rate never seen before. We were slowly moving from our original agrarian economy towards life as an industrial nation. The middle-class was growing, education was increasing, and the life of management was the aspiration of many. We were also getting sick in new ways. In 1868, the first article on the term neurasthenia was published. Though the word had been...

Yusen Zhou, who worked for the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), lodged the paperwork on behalf of the Chinese political party on February 24 2020, according to The Australian newspaper. That date was just five weeks after China first confirmed human transmission of the coronavirus. Zhou is also said to have ‘worked closely with scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), including Shi Zhengli – the deputy director of the lab who is famous for her research on coronavirus in bats, dubbed as the “batwoman” for her work on coronavirus in bats. The first case of Covid was reported in...

VIDEOIn case you hadn't noticed, The Hill's "Rising" crew of Krystal Ball and Saagar Enjeti left the show last week. I have to admit that I enjoyed watching them despite the fact that they seemed to be weirdly enthusiastic by every spending bill no matter how big. However, they were refreshing willing to ruffle the feathers of the mainstream media and were harshly critical of CNN and MSNBC, especially Rachel Maddow. In addition, they mocked the media hype of the discredited Trump-Russia collusion conspiracy theory. Therefore it is with great interest that I am watching the new crew of Ryan Grim...

One of America's leading medical experts has slammed Dr. Anthony Fauci in a scathing statement, declaring that the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director's credibility is "entirely shot." Fauci has been facing mounting backlash after the recent release of his emails show him saying one thing in private and another in public.

Another email bombshell from the Anthony Fauci archives has been dropped, this one showing that “America’s doctor” knew full well that hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) was an effective remedy against the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19), and yet chose to lie to the public by claiming otherwise. Not only that, but Fauci colluded with other deep state entities to ban HCQ from even being allowed as an “approved” treatment for the Chinese Virus, even though numerous studies prove it to be an effective remedy against all sorts of coronaviruses.Fifteen years ago, Fauci himself was a strong proponent of HCQ, having indicated before it was politically...

WASHINGTON, Thursday, June 6. A gentleman, who has just returned from Knoxville, 4 miles from Harper's Ferry, gives me some particulars of the movements of the rebels in that vicinity. They have withdrawn all their batteries from the Maryland side, opposite the Ferry, apparently with a view of concentrating their artillery, and having it in a position to be moved when they retreat. At Berlin, seven miles from the Ferry, they have about a hundred and fifty infantry and a hundred cavalry guarding a bridge which crosses the river at that place. At Point of Rocks they have about a...

Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia officially slammed the door on his party's egregious elections takeover bill, commonly known as H.R. 1. This is excellent news for the country, as the legislation represented a dreadful dog's breakfast of proposals that would consolidate far too much power in Washington, force taxpayers to fund the campaigns of politicians they oppose, reduce and eliminate state-level voter integrity efforts, and make permanent a number of questionable 'emergency' balloting provisions, among many flaws. For all the attention paid to the filibuster -- which we'll address further in a moment -- it's now clear that Senate...

President Joe Biden has never been accused of having a gilded tongue. In fact, he once referred to himself as a "gaffe machine." But after a meandering speech in summer 2015, his top aides let loose their frustrations in a private communication to the then-vice president's son Hunter. "He just couldn't end the speech," senior White House aide Gregory Schultz exclaimed to the VP's youngest son, in apparent disbelief. The newly surfaced email, recovered by Just the News from a laptop Hunter Biden left behind at a Delaware repair shop and later turned over to the FBI, provides a rare...

WASHINGTON — Men and women who once lived and identified as part of the LGBT community are confident that a "rainbow revival" is at hand. Gathered under the blazing sun with temperatures in the mid-90s at the Sylvan Theater in the shadow of the Washington Monument, approximately 200 attended the Freedom March, an event for formerly LGBT-identifying people who share testimonies of how Jesus transformed their lives. The gathering was first held in the same location in 2018. Last year's Freedom March was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. With many sporting T-shirts decorated with rainbow flags and the words...

President Donald Trump warned you. In the name of equity and inclusion, the Biden administration is making moves that target the suburbs with federal regulation. It will pull zoning decisions away from city councils through the federal government’s typical mechanism to impose its will where it has no business intruding in our layered federalist system. The Federalist:As part of his $2.3 trillion infrastructure plan, the Biden administration is pushing local governments to allow apartment buildings in neighborhoods that are restricted to single-family homes. The administration claims it’s a way to ease a national affordable housing shortage and combat racial injustice in...

The Biden Pentagon has gone all-in on subjecting the American military to the worst excesses of the social justice movement: Troops are being indoctrinated into Critical Race Theory and the Defense Secretary, Lloyd Austin, has ominously announced that he’s going to purge all extremists – and he doesn’t mean jihadists who are plotting America’s downfall. Using January 6 as a hook, it’s clear he intends to get rid of Trump supporters and others with similar traditional American values (liberty, strong borders, strong economy, colorblind society, etc.). In a startling moment of sanity, however, the Pentagon has announced that it will...

North Carolina State University students need to be taught about how to be “inclusive,” according to the school’s chancellor and top administrators. Last June, NC State Chancellor Randy Woodson released a statement decrying individual and systemic racism and revealed the university’s plan to roll out mandatory diversity, equity, and inclusion training for students, faculty, and staff: As one first step, in the coming academic year, we will require every student, faculty and staff member to complete diversity and inclusion learning modules. This will include every member of Cabinet as well as all of the deans, directors and department heads of...

The past year has seen many record-breaking increases in bad things. In Democrat-run cities across America, crime has been skyrocketing, with murders, rapes, assaults, and other violent crimes going through the roof. In places with endless lockdowns (again, Democrat-run) we’ve also seen an increase in overdoses and suicides. And now, on the Democrat-run southern border, it turns out that there’s been a 3,166% rise in the number of sex offenders caught trying to enter the U.S.The report about the rise in sex offender apprehensions comes from the Border Patrol (hat tip: Red State):U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to Del Rio...

Marcus Anthony Eriz, 24, and Wynne Lee, 23, were arrested at their home Sunday in Costa Mesa, California, according to the California Highway Patrol. They are expected to be charged with murder, CHP said.

For some, the aircraft malfunction of Kamala Harris's jet on her first flight abroad as Joe Biden's vice president to get at all those root causes to "solve" the border surge was kind of an omen. After all, the jet malfunction could have gone undetected, or been put there by some Democrat insider, happening just as anonymous Democrat operatives are moaning aloud to the press about their dread of Harris becoming the next Democratic presidential candidate. One wonders if Harris recalls the aircraft accident that took down former Clinton Commerce Secretary Ron Brown. It's speculation, of course, based on the miasma...
