Two people have been arrested in connection to the shooting death of 6-year-old Aiden Leos, who was killed during a road rage incident in California last month.
Marcus Anthony Eriz, 24, and Wynne Lee, 23, were arrested at their home Sunday in Costa Mesa, California, according to the California Highway Patrol. They are expected to be charged with murder, CHP said.

this is the second or third post this morning (another was the one way crash in KY) for which google led me to some scallywag vagabond bloggy news site.

According to Orange County jail records, he’s “Mexican/Latin American”.
But so is at least half the population of southern California, seemingly.
He resembles Freddie Mercury.

I can’t begin to understand this mother’s grief. I’m glad they caught the perps reasonably quickly.
I REALLY hope prosecutors don’t fold and settle for involuntarily manslaughter plea. Anything less than 30-years for both would be a travesty. This should be the norm anytime a child is killed as a result of an unlawful discharge of a firearm.

She will talk and present a sympathetic defense. We will hear all about how abusive was to her and how she feared him and is glad to be away from him. She will get away with minimum prison time or maybe even probation.
He will go away for the max.
