Forty Democrats sent President Joe Biden a letter asking him to include more generous and long-lasting unemployment benefits in a brand new “anti-poverty” bill that the administration is expected to roll out next week. The radicals want Biden to propose a massive overhaul of the unemployment insurance system by mandating new federal standards in programs that are now basically run by states. They propose increasing the amount of jobless payments, extending the duration of the weekly benefit, expanding eligibility requirements, and creating a system that would more closely tie the payments to economic conditions.Recommended: Bernie Sanders’s Unemployment Handout Will Cost 13.9...

The Democrats made a big mistake by keeping former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) out of the fold. Her message can and will resonate with an awful lot of people who have grown tired of absolutely everything being viewed through the lens of race. Gabbard took to Twitter to post a video begging people to stop the practice of what she calls “racialism.” Unlike racism, racialism is the blaming of every societal ill on racism until the message is totally lost. Example: Removing all people of color off of grocery packaging. It’s enough, already. “Please, please, let us stop the racialization...

The unending COVID regime isn't a nightmare scenario, it's an existential threat to our liberties, a possible and unexamined risk to our health, and right here among us.A plastic recycler in Louisville, Kentucky. A guide at a hiking camp in Alaska. A waitress at a restaurant in Houston, Texas. What do these companies have in common, besides being featured in a Monday Wall Street Journal story? Two things, both of which should worry anyone skeptical of injecting a novel vaccine with little-to-no long-term testing for possibly serious negative effects. For one, all three of these businesses require all of their...

On Sunday, news broke that a private interview that Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif had with an economist had been leaked to a London-based Persian news service, which then shared it with the New York Times. There are several interesting points to the conversation, with two of the most striking being (a) Javid’s acknowledging that Trump’s decision to assassinate Qassim Suleimani was a powerful strike against Iran and (b) a reminder of why the Biden administration is making a terrible mistake when it politicizes the American military.Regarding General Suleimani, Zarif effectively says that Trump could scarcely have come up...

Located just 60km from Rio de Janeiro, Marica has modelled itself into a very different city, paying residents a universal basic income, using its own digital currency and procuring its own vaccines. Marica, Brazil — More than a year into the COVID-19 pandemic, Brazil seems set on beating its own tragic records on a daily basis. By April, 4,000 Brazilians were dying every 24 hours — an average of one every 20 seconds — and many while waiting for beds in overcrowded intensive care units. Hundreds of hospitals were running out of intubation kits in what the country’s leading health...

As a 38-year-old American, I cannot recall a time in my adult life when the mainstream media peddled such blatant lies on a daily basis. As an amateur historian, I am also unaware of any period in modern American history in which the so-called news media routinely and unapologetically perpetuated falsehoods on such a grand scale. Most Americans realize the mainstream media are biased. According to recent polls, Americans’ trust in mass media has hit all-time lows. Before moving forward, perhaps we should review a few of the many lies perpetuated by the mainstream media over just the past few years.Remember the...

There can be no doubt that the drive-by media are pure propagandists. "Orange Man Bad" was just the latest installment in the slander campaign against patriots by those who have mostly achieved little, built little, and hate those who actually work to build better lives. Their campaign began as early as Woodrow Wilson's tenure, with early (1913) moves to concentrate power in D.C. through the income tax and in big banks with the Federal Reserve. This profound opposition became obvious after the departure of Dwight Eisenhower. With each succeeding Republican, new language was employed. Ronald Reagan was demeaned as an "amiable...

Liz Cheney is the Adam Kinzinger of Jeff Flakes…. The Wyoming representative has exposed her DeceptiCon credentials beyond any hope of recovery. Her opposition to President Trump and the base sentiment within the pragmatic conservative movement has sealed her fate. Despite her leadership position in congress the establishement know she is a lame-duck walking.Liz Cheney’s upcoming defeat in the 2022 primary is a foregone conclusion. Put a fork in her, she’s done. Cheney knows this. The RNC know this. The GOPe and DeceptiCon leadership know this, and quite a few democrats who support her know this. That is the accurate...

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn’s The Gulag Achipelago is a gripping account of the veritable hell inflicted on the Russian populace through the rise and establishment of Soviet Communism, and presents much insight into mentalities in play in our own time and in our own country. As the pages progress through the eyewitness accounts, a reader who strives to be civilized might find himself struggling with disbelief that what is being presented is true and accurate, that this is not some exaggeration, not some plot for Hollywood’s latest horror flick that would make Friday the Thirteenth seem appropriate for children, that it was...

The black man shot dead during a police raid on his North Carolina home was a known drug dealer — with a 30-year rap sheet stretching more than 180 pages, according to records. Andrew Brown Jr. — who was shot dead last Wednesday in a car outside his Elizabeth City home — had the lengthy rap sheet dating back to May 1988, according to a search warrant and other records obtained by Fox News.

Hot sauce an invaluable condiment for peppering up food that needs a splash of acid or heat, whether it’s soup, dip, or fried chicken. Hot sauce is also a good option if whatever you’re eating is boring or terrible. The culinary world features an entire rainbow of hot sauce, but one of the most divisive is Tabasco. It seems like either you’re a fan, or you hate it. No room for ambivalence here. So, what do you think? Are you a hater or a lover of Tabasco hot sauce? We present both arguments below. Tabasco is good For a while,...

Not content with jacking up taxes massively and dangerously mushrooming the state budget, legislators are now looking to inflict yet more pain, by sneaking through a “universal rent control” bill that would clobber the housing market. This, even though rents in New York City have plunged to decade-long lows. The legislation, now in committee in both the Assembly and the Senate, is misleadingly labeled “Good Cause Eviction,” when it would essentially force landlords statewide to accept tenants for life — with a cap on yearly rent increases.

A small town in Arizona has declared a state of emergency over migrants being dropped off there until shelters can take them in. Gila Bend is a desert town with about 2,000 residents and one main road. Most of the traffic is just passing through on the way west to San Diego or south to the border, 75 miles away. When Customs and Border Protection recently dropped off 16 migrants in Gila Bend, citing its selection for rural drops in various communities in Southern Arizona, the mayor was miffed.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is expected to unveil new guidance on outdoor mask-wearing on Tuesday, ahead of a planned speech by President Joe Biden later in the day on the state of the pandemic response. Officials said a focus in the coming weeks will be on easing guidance for vaccinated people, both in recognition of their lower risk and to provide an incentive to get shots. Live stream Biden’s remarks at 1:15 p.m. ET.

Power to the People" was a chant used by anti-war and civil rights protesters in the '60s. John Lennon wrote a song with that title in 1971. The idea flowed from the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution which begins, "We the people." The concept behind that phrase was that the people, not the government, are sovereign and the government's power is granted to it by the governed. That has been reversed in our day as government has become evermore powerful, some would argue dictatorial, as demonstrated by restrictions on our liberties with the COVID-19 virus used as the excuse. The...

The nation's largest Korean-American community is grim, armed and determined to repel racial violence in its riot-scarred corner of the city. A vigilante Korean security force, wearing white scarves, is patrolling the burned and looted shops of Koreatown, the economically vibrant enclave just north of the sad streets of South-Central Los Angeles, where black and Hispanic residents struggle with poverty and crime.

Embattled New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) has reportedly taken over the leadership of the weekly White House conference calls with the nation’s governors about the coronavirus pandemic, since President Joe Biden does not join them. Philip Wegmann of RealClearPolitics reported Monday that Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have both opted not to join the weekly conference calls with governors, unlike former President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence

We must stand up to the Democrat Party lies and their allies in the media. If you listen to them, you’ve probably heard that the 2020 election cycle was a stinging backlash against President Trump and his America First agenda. But this tired, half-baked theory couldn’t be further from reality. In fact, New Jersey voters cast nearly 350,000 more ballots for President Trump in 2020 than they did in 2016 – even with the dubious mail-in voting practices put in place at the 11th hour by Democrat Governor Phil Murphy. The truth, which more than 74 million Americans know well,...
