Her opposition to President Trump and the base sentiment within the pragmatic conservative movement has sealed her fate. Despite her leadership position in congress the establishement know she is a lame-duck walking.
Liz Cheney’s upcoming defeat in the 2022 primary is a foregone conclusion. Put a fork in her, she’s done. Cheney knows this. The RNC know this. The GOPe and DeceptiCon leadership know this, and quite a few democrats who support her know this.
