Here's a thought experiment: Close your eyes and imagine the font you'd use to depict the word "Chinese." There's a good chance you pictured letters made from the swingy, wedge-shaped strokes you've seen on restaurant signs, menus, take-away boxes and kung-fu movie posters. These "chop suey fonts," as American historian Paul Shaw calls them, have been a typographical shortcut for "Asianness" for decades.

Reporter for Real Clear Politics Phil Wegmann pressed White House press secretary Jen Psaki Thursday on President Joe Biden’s false claims that there are no background checks at gun shows. Wegmann attempted to get Psaki to clarify Biden’s remarks, but she instead contradicted what he said at his Thursday announcement of new executive gun control measures, and reiterated his position that he supports universal background checks. “The president said a moment ago ‘you go to a gun show, you can buy whatever you want, no background check.’ Is there a special exemption in federal law that he was referring to,...

(h/t Foldspace)" /> Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.Q describes this awakening as follows: "The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding 'mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains...

(No search return for this specific header) President Joe Biden put forward executive gun controls Thursday to fight what he called “an epidemic” of gun crime across the country. CNN quoted Biden saying, “Gun violence in this country is an epidemic.” He went so far as to describe it as “an international embarrassment.” The president then put forward executive actions which included initiatives in four areas Breitbart News highlighted on Wednesday. Those were new restrictions on “ghost guns,” a push for red flag laws, recategorization of AR-15 pistols, and DOJ-led research into gun trafficking. As for red flag laws, Biden...

Recently, the State Department announced that they were backing off the idea of boycotting the Beijing Winter Olympics in 2022. Apparently, China threatened to smack the U.S. upside the head, give us a wedgie and then steal our lunch. WOW, that escalated quickly. Can you imagine China threatening Trump? Can you imagine China threatening Trump? Trump would have told them to shove their Olympics and then he would have organized a new set of competitive events in Taiwan-bigger and better and huge. Boom, mike drop. Noooo! We didn’t want a strong leader who would be respected by the world because...

pg 23-24:M·CAM and Knowledge Ecology International have independently confirmed that Moderna has violated U.S. law in failing to disclose the U.S. government’s funding interest in their patents and patent applications. While this negligence impacts all of Moderna’s over 130 granted U.S. patents, it is particularly problematic for U.S. Patent 10,702,600 (‘600) which is the patent relating to, “a messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) comprising an open reading frame encoding a betacoronavirus (BetaCoV) S protein or S protein subunit formulated in a lipid nanoparticle.” The specific claims addressing the pivot to the SARS Coronavirus were patented on March 28, 2019 – 9...

You might want to take a peek at the site: Academy of Ideas ( https://academyofideas.com/ ). I spotted this when one of their late Feb YouTube videos popped up : Is a Mass Psychosis the Greatest Threat to Humanity?. According to Carl Jung, there is a resounding “yes” answer to that question. Mind, Cjung is oft-quoted by Jordan Peterson and seems to contribute a philosophical basis for some of his positions. It was surprising that YouTube would allow a video that clearly condemns the collectivist “philosophies” of the 20th century like those implemented by Nazi Germany, Soviet Union, Nkorea, China,...

TALLAHASSEE, FL—Florida Governor Ron DeSantis unveiled his brand-new presidential bleached hair and spray tan this week, officially kicking off his campaign to run for president in 2024. "What are you talking about? This is how I've always looked!" said DeSantis to questioning reporters. "And I don't appreciate it, OK? You are fake news. And frankly, it's disgraceful. Some people might even say you're losers, too. Many people are saying that, anyway. Enemies of the people. Sad." DeSantis then turned in early to practice his grand accordion hand gestures and say "you are fake news" over and over again to the...

GREENVILLE (NBC26) — A recent report gave Wisconsin a D+ grade when it came to quality of roads, but some are hopeful the governor's roads budget will continue the path to fixing what officials call "decades of neglect" to the state's transportation system. Gov. Tony Evers and Craig Thompson, Department of Transportation secretary-designee, stopped along County Road CB in Greenville Wednesday on "pothole patrol" to discuss the governor's "Badger Bounceback Budget Investments" for local roads and highways. "We have an important budget in from of us right now and the money that the state of Wisconsin is looking to share...

Joe Cobb was born with both Georgia and baseball in his blood. He is related to both the Detroit Tigers legend Ty Cobb and to Thomas Willis Cobb, the founder of the suburban Atlanta county where the Braves now play. His team has always been the Atlanta Braves. “I cannot emphasize enough how deep my love for the Braves has been my entire life,” he said from his home in suburban Atlanta. “I am not done because of me," says Cobb. "I...

Former President Trump on Thursday endorsed Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson (R) for 2022 reelection — despite the fact that Johnson has not publicly announced he will actually launch a bid. Between the lines: Johnson made a vow when first elected to the Senate that he would only serve two terms. His second term will end in 2022. But the senator in recent months hasn't completely sworn off the idea of another term. Between the lines: Democrats are chomping at the bit to face Johnson in 2022, Politico notes. The senator has been plagued by controversial comments surrounding the Jan. 6...

Nearly 200,000 eligible illegal aliens in New York could receive a one-time payment of $15,600 in taxpayer-funded benefits thanks to a budget deal approved by Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D).
