Now that his previous "gold standard" Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) is besieged by allegations of sexual harassment and molestation, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the highest paid federal government employee, has pivoted to a new hero—Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D-Mich) who is "a really good governor, I think she's done some really good things." Considering that Whitmer's COVID decrees closely imitated Cuomo's, what's not to like? She, like Cuomo, imposed a sweeping lockdown of small businesses that drove many into bankruptcy and pushed unemployment into double-digit levels. She, like Cuomo, ordered nursing homes to take in COVID-infected patients—exposing thousands of high-risk elderly persons...

In 2008, I wrote a book, The End of America: Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot. I warned, based on my study of closing democracies in 20th century history, that America needed to beware of a slide toward totalitarianism. I warned that would-be tyrants, whether they are on the left or the right, always use a map to close down democracies, and that they always take the same ten steps. Whether it’s “Invoke a Terrifying Internal and External Threat,” “Create a Thug Caste,” “Target the Press,” or the final step, “Suspend the Rule of Law,” these steps are always...

Major left-leaning U.S. press outlets are largely avoiding mention of President Joe Biden's repeated stumbles as he boarded Air Force One, while many foreign publications are devoting prominent coverage to the incident. As of Friday afternoon, the homepages of MSNBC, CBS News, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times and New York Times had no mention of Biden's stumbling incident earlier in the day at Joint Base Andrews. The news blackout was not strictly partisan, with the homepage of right-leaning One America News Network also omitting any mention of Biden's repeated tripping.

Chris Cuomo's CNN show is losing an average of 600,000 viewers each night since his brother Andrew Cuomo became embroiled in scandals over sexual harassment and nursing home deaths. The governor was a frequent guest on Chris's show during the height of the COVID pandemic, but he's now persona non grata on the program. The show has refused to cover the nursing home death scandal and the sexual harassment scandals that have embroiled Andrew Cuomo. Nielsen Media research shows an average of only 1.6 million viewers each night have tuned into 'Cuomo Prime Time' since the ban on Andrew Cuomo...

Marty Haggard sings "Mama's Hungry Eyes" on Country's Family Reunion Jump to the 5:40 mark in this 11-min video. The song begins at about the 7:30 mark and continues to the end of the 11 minute video. Scientists are celebrating the long-sought discovery of the odderon, a strange phenomenon that appears only rarely when protons collide at high energies, such as inside particle accelerators. Though the odderon was first predicted to exist in the early 1970s, it wasn’t until recently that physicists finally gathered the data they needed at CERN’s Large Hadron Collider to confirm a true discovery. The discovery contributes to physicists’ understanding of how all the matter in the universe interacts at the smallest levels. Unlike the famous Higgs boson, which was officially discovered in 2012, the odderon isn’t a particle exactly. Instead, it’s the...
