Some GOP lawmakers and civil groups say Trump should invoke the 1807 Insurrection Act. The law permits the president to send in the military to suppress a domestic rebellion if the insurrection has made “it impracticable to enforce the laws of the U.S. by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings.” The Act is different from martial law, where some civil liberties under the constitution may be suspended. A law professor previously explained that the insurrection act is meant to enforce the law, not replace it. Author of The Constitution Study, Paul Engel, explains more about the Act. “This is not...

In a meeting at the White House on Friday, the president weighed appointing Sidney Powell, who promoted conspiracy theories about rigged voting machines, to probe voter fraud. President Trump on Friday discussed making Sidney Powell, who as a lawyer for his campaign team unleashed a series of conspiracy theories about a Venezuelan plot to rig voting machines in the United States, a special counsel investigating voter fraud, according to two people briefed on the discussion. It was unclear if Mr. Trump will move ahead with such a plan. Most of his advisers opposed the idea, two of the people briefed...

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows: Section 1. Purpose. Since 1935, the Department of the Treasury (Department) has issued savings bonds to the American public. Backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government, these bonds are extremely safe investments that were designed to be accessible even to inexperienced investors. Indeed, over the years, savings bonds have proved to be a popular birthday or graduation gift, helping introduce younger Americans to the rewards of investing in our...

The analyst who led the forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems in Michigan said on Friday the information state officials pushed to redact shows that the outcomes of races were changed.“The original report had log evidence that we published in the report to show exactly what we did and exactly the findings. Now, those did ultimately get redacted. And so now, the complaint is ‘well, but there’s no real proof and Dominion says ‘no, these things can’t be done,'” Russell Ramsland Jr. said during a virtual appearance on Newsmax’s “Greg Kelly Reports.”“But at that point, Dominion’s argument is no longer...

Charlotte, NC — A new video surfaced of Joe Biden from 2007 where the then-Senator was talking about election reform. In speaking to the press, he stated that the concern was how election reform would be accomplished where it prevented machines from being manipulated. This is the same type of voter fraud that the Trump campaign has been suggesting since the 2020 election. In his comments, Biden said that machines would be susceptible to manipulation and voter fraud. He said that there was a risk of manipulation of the records and that there was only one way to prevent that....

The Court of Justice of the European Union, the EU's top court, has ruled that Hungary violated EU law when it prevented illegal immigrants from seeking asylum. The ruling paves the way for the European Commission, the EU's powerful administrative arm, to impose financial penalties over Hungary's restrictive immigration policies. The Hungarian government has vowed that it will not bow to pressure to jump aboard the EU's multicultural bandwagon. In its December 17 ruling, the court, informally known as European Court of Justice (ECJ) accused the Hungarian government of corralling migrants into so-called transit zones and of limiting their ability to...

Minnesota Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar is demanding that President Trump be prosecuted "for murdering my father and 300,000 others. Last June, my father died from COVID. Even though the President of the United States has an obligation to protect the lives of all the people, Trump failed to meet this obligation." During the pandemic President Trump initiated the first two-week lockdown to "flatten the curve" of serious COVID cases. He held regular briefings in which the government's designated medical experts gave updates and advice. In March, Trump suggested that hydroxychloroquine could save many lives. While this suggestion was assailed by...

UPDATED: The seized domain has been turned into a killswitch to prevent the SolarWinds hackers to escalate infections and make new victims. Microsoft and a coalition of tech companies have intervened today to seize and sinkhole a domain that played a central role in the SolarWinds hack, ZDNet has learned from sources familiar with the matter. The domain in question is avsvmcloud[.]com, which served as command and control (C&C) server for malware delivered to around 18,000 SolarWinds customers via a trojanized update for the company's Orion app. SolarWinds Orion updates versions 2019.4 through 2020.2.1, released between March 2020 and June...

President Donald Trump suggested on Twitter that China ‘may be’ responsible for the recently announced SolarWinds cyber attack, adding that “Russia, Russia, Russia is the priority chant” when anything happens, because mainstream media outlets have “financial reasons” to not cover China’s potential involvement.President Trump also said that the cyber attack could have impacted “our ridiculous voting machines” during the 2020 US election, adding that the election was a “corrupted embarrassment for the USA.”This comes after several days of the mainstream media repeatedly blaming Russia or Russian actors for the devastating attack. ….discussing the possibility that it may be China (it...

WHAT WOULD CHINA HAVE TO DO BEFORE WE REALIZE WE ARE UNDER ATTACK?I wasn’t around on December 7, 1941. I’m not quite that old. But I live in Hawaii and I have paid respects at the USS Arizona Memorial in Pearl Harbor many times. President Trump and First Lady Melania have also done so. I often see Pearl Harbor as I drive on the H-1 freeway from West O`ahu toward downtown Honolulu. I have watched the old black-and-white newsreels of the attacks by the Japanese zeros on that Date That Will Live in Infamy. Today Japan is no longer our...

Kamala Harris, or ‘Black Hillary’ as Redstater Jeff Charles calls her, has got to be the most cringe politician of the last decade, at least in so far as someone who has risen to the top levels of our government. To the extent that there’s a comparison, and there certainly is, she makes Hillary look charismatic. Almost as if to provide more evidence of this, the Biden transition team decided it’d be a good idea to ask Harris what Hanukkah is about on video, because being married to a secular Jewish man apparently qualifies her to do so. What follows...

On Thursday, I had a long phone conversation with a politician in Mexico. Forgive me for using "a source familiar with the situation" rather than giving you his name. Trust me that this guy knows the situation, and I cannot give you his name. We discussed the potential change from President Trump to Biden regarding U.S.-Mexico policies. Let me summarize the conversation by saying my friend is sure that a President Biden is going to get an earful from President Andrés López-Obrador about the border. In other words, Mexico is very happy that they've shut down their southern border and...

With every lawsuit before the Supreme Court being rejected, and the constant lies being told by the MSM, it seems like the elections are on the brink of being confirmed for Biden. Like everyone, watching them attempting to steal the election right before our eyes, is beyond real. Then we see so-called elected Republicans sit by without even lifting a finger to help President Trump. Like the Democrats, they seem to be rooting for China to succeed. Then as time goes on, I keep hearing a word repeated over and over by millions of Americans across the country. It's...

Now it is just dangerous. While the world holds its breath over the outcome of the U.S. presidential election, the Chicoms are doing what thugs and bullies do. They have banned the import of a number of Australian commodities: coal, barley, wine, and lobsters. The first reaction of Australia's trade minister to China's ban on Australian coal was "But it will increase China's CO2 emissions!" if China burns Indonesian, Mongolian, or Russian coal instead of the high-quality stuff that Australia produces. The stupidity and naïveté of that reaction was enough to generate a headline on Instapundit: "Australia: Chinese Embargo of...
