n one instance, a mother lost her 3-month-old because the convict forged a lab result A previously-convicted felon who owned an Alabama laboratory has been handed a lengthy prison term, after being convicted of falsifying paternity and drug tests that resulted in several parents wrongly losing custody of their children. Brandy Murrah, 37, was sentenced to 15 years hard time, after pleading guilty to falsifying test results in at least that many instances that falsely claimed samples came back positive for drugs, the Dothan Eagle reported. Murrah previously owned A&J Lab Collections—a business that collected hair follicle and urine samples...

I've seen some contradictory information about the Georgia Runoff Election for U.S. Senate, so I decided to look up the law to clear up the confusion: *Issue*- limits for voting in a runoff *Claim*- only those voting in the primary on November 3rd can vote in the runoff *Reality*- False. Apparently according to Georgia law any legal Georgia resident of correct age & registered by December 7th (I think) can vote in the general runoff in January. Georgia holds primaries like all states. You can only vote in one party's primary. If, during a party's primary, no candidate receives 50+...

In 2002, Georgia became the first state to deploy paperless unauditable touchscreen direct record electronic (“DRE”) voting machines statewide. Although the state is in the process of replacing those machines, officials have selected controversial new touchscreen voting machines — Ballot Marking Devices (“BMDs”) intended for use by all voters — as a primary voting system rather than unhackable hand marked paper ballots. Experts warn that, unlike hand marked paper ballots, the new machines cannot provide the basis for meaningful manual audits. Numerous security lapses have also tainted recent elections in the state, providing the impetus for a pending federal lawsuit...

Hello all. Long time lurker, here. I apologize for posting this thread, but I am a dad raising my 3 daughters. Two will be 13 later this year. I told them when they reached that age or close to it they could open social media accounts. We are working on that now. Part of the problem is that they wish to follow some celebs once set up. My wife and I agreed, as long as they showed us who first. This is where we are facing problems. The first celebrity was Candace Cameron-Bure. She seemed ok, so we agreed. The...

There’s an expert for pretty much everything here… I am patching a pretty crappy concrete driveway, and I had a 6” at deepest hole to fix. I cleaned it out, washed it repeatedly with my pressure washer, painted it with bonding compound, and filled it with Quikrete Commercial-grade concrete (orange bag)… and discovered I was probably about 2 bags short. It finished ½” to 1” short of the end depth. It has been curing for two days now.

Election officials in Wisconsin said Saturday that Trump poll watchers were “obstructing” the recount and acting in “bad faith” as tabulations continue in Milwaukee and Dane counties. President Trump’s campaign demanded a recount in the liberal counties that include the state’s largest cities of Milwaukee and Madison. Milwaukee County election commissioner Tom Posnanski reported to fellow commissioners that more than one pro-Trump representative was discovered at different tabulation tables. Some allegedly posing as independents, breaking regulations that require one member from each political party. One Trump-observer reportedly rejected every ballot that was pulled from a bag because they were folded,...

BEIJING: China said on Thursday that US Navy Secretary Kenneth Braithwaite's call for the establishment of a new naval fleet at the intersection of the Indian and Pacific Oceans is aimed at expanding Washington's military prowess and defence budgets hyping the "China threat". Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian told a media briefing here that "China's development is an opportunity, not a threat, as it will add to the world's strength for peace". "Some people in the US have got into the habit of hyping up the so-called ‘China threat', because they need excuses for their expanding military prowess and...

Biden’s Catholic Enablers They are already moving into action for him against such critics as the archbishop of Los Angeles.Joe Biden is preparing a raft of executive orders to advance his anti-Catholic agenda. Numbered among his transition team are opponents of religious freedom, such as Chai Feldblum, an Obama-era secularist commissar, and Barbara McQuade, who, as the New York Post put it, “wanted to sink Amy Coney Barrett over Catholic faith.” But even as the outline of Biden’s anti-Catholic plans takes shape, he is receiving a defense from such “Catholic” publications as America and National Catholic Reporter.A leading columnist for...

MP Materials, which operates the largest rare earth element mines in the Western Hemisphere, had a big week. It was one of three companies on Nov. 17 to receive Defense Department grants intended to return rare earth production to the United States. The following day it was listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The Pentagon awarded a Defense Production Act Title III grant worth $9.6 million to MP Materials so it can begin to refine the strategic minerals at its Mountain Pass, California, mine. “This grant from the DoD is outstanding. It's humbling. And we're very proud of the...

A week before issuing a statewide mask mandate and a few weeks after trying to ban Thanksgiving, Governor Newsom attended a dinner party, maskless, for a lobbyist. The size of the party, a dozen people, contravened, Newsom’s own Thanksgiving crackdown limiting gathering sizes and urging members of different households not to mingle. The photos also contravened Newsom’s 93 to wear a mask at dinner between bites. "COVID-19 has NOT gone away. Take the new case rates seriously. We cannot let our guard down," Newsom had urged on Twitter. "Wear a mask, limit mixing with those you don't live with, and...

President Donald Trump’s campaign lawyers said Saturday they would file an appeal to the Third Circuit court after a federal judge dismissed a lawsuit to challenge the results of the election in Pennsylvania. Trump 2020 attorneys former Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis said in a statement: Today’s decision turns out to help us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the U.S. Supreme Court. Although we fully disagree with this opinion, we’re thankful to the Obama-appointed judge for making this anticipated decision quickly, rather than simply trying to run out the clock. The lawsuit argued that the legal guarantee...

Apparently, Senator Ben Sasse has not the moral courage to stand behind President Trump in his fight to defend America’s election integrity and the sacrosanct right of the vote. It seems too that Senator Sasse neither gives a rat’s tail about justice. No surprise, since Sasse has from the beginning opposed America’s 45th president. Being anything but shy in expressing disapproval, Sasse often publically ridicules President Trump – and this is why the senator could not move fast enough to get his pointy snout up Joe Biden’s butt to congratulate the geriatric prevaricator on the electoral fraud the Democrats perpetrated...
