What Toomey conveniently forgot to mention was that Brann was nominated by Baraq Soetoro (according to Wikipedia) (so take that for what it's worth). Here is the Wiki entry....
On May 17, 2012, President Obama nominated Brann to be a United States District Judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania,
Now, who, other than Tucker Carlson, would acually believe a staunch Communist like Soetoro would nominate a staunch Conservative?
That happens sometimes (rarely) because of compromises over seats. Trump also nominated a couple of liberal Dems, just like Obama did this guy, a conservative Republican.

Well, the bastard is corrupt then. His ruling came without consideration of the facts in the case and was counter to SCOTUS ruling in Bush vs Gore. He basically ruled that Secretary of State could change election law at will and that democrat voters could have special rights not allowed to Republicans. Doesn’t sound very conservative to me...
