Well, the bastard is corrupt then. His ruling came without consideration of the facts in the case and was counter to SCOTUS ruling in Bush vs Gore. He basically ruled that Secretary of State could change election law at will and that democrat voters could have special rights not allowed to Republicans. Doesn’t sound very conservative to me...
