Of the 397 people tested, 146 people tested positive. Not a single one had any symptoms.

What? And leave the safety of her twin $12,000 freezers? Donald Trump has signaled over the last twenty-four hours that if Nancy Pelosi wants to play hardball over an issue of replenishing the Paycheck Protection Program from afar, he’s willing to play hardball, too. For the second day in a row, Trump demanded that Pelosi and Chuck Schumer bring Congress back into session and start dealing with the COVID-19 crisis in person. The “ENDLESS VACATION” is a nice touch, but I still prefer the Brave Sir Robin Congress: Today people started losing their jobs because of Crazy Nancy Pelosi, Cryin’...

The daughter of Joaquín 'El Chapo' Guzmán appeared on a Facebook live stream Tuesday packing boxes with food and supplies for the elderly impacted by the coronavirus pandemic in Mexico. Alejandrina Gisselle Guzmán was then accompanied by her team of workers as she visited various poor neighborhoods to deliver the aid across the Guadalajara metropolitan area. 'You have toilet paper. There are flavored cornstarches. There is also seasoning for noodle soups and noodle soups,' she said. 'We have three different types of soups. There are crackers, oil, sugar, beans and rice, too.'

Two stem cell experts have found an abundance of abnormal stem cells in the lungs of patients who suffer from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), a leading cause of death worldwide. "We actually found that three variant cells in all COPD patients drive all the key features of the disease. One produces tremendous amounts of mucins which block the small airways, while the other two drive fibrosis and inflammation which together degrade the function of the lung," Xian reports in the May 14 issue of the journal Cell. "These patients have normal stem cells, though not many of them, but...

Earlier this week President Trump was asked why the death toll from the coronavirus in the United States is so high relative to our percentage of the world population. Trump responded by casting doubt on the official numbers released by some other countries. “Does anybody really believe the numbers of some of these countries?” he said. It’s not the first time he has suggested China’s death toll is “a little bit on the light side.” Today, China revised the death toll in Wuhan upward by 50 percent. Officials in Wuhan, where the virus was first reported late last year,...

o member of the so-called “Squad” is a stranger to controversy, but Ilhan Omar continues taking it to the next level. Just last month Omar announced her marriage to Tim Mynett on Instagram after denying that the two had a relationship for months. Mynett’s prior wife alleged in court papers that he walked out on their marriage after admitting to having an affair with Omar, which Omar denied. Omar filed for divorce from her prior husband Ahmed Hirsi less than two months before the affair allegations were brought to light. Between October and December of last year, Omar’s campaign committees...

OK. Let's get to the chase. I'm a pilot. I've been flying almost 45 years. I know many commercial pilots who work for the big carriers. Some do international flights, the Far East, Europe, etc. At least four of them now have told me they have had this crap, some as early as November of last year. High fever, bad dry cough, and body aches. They all said they were sicker than a dog. They told me they have flown boatloads of people from China and Europe to here before the travel ban. They tell me they passed it around...

Amid rapid growth in AI deployments across a variety of industry sectors, Intel has decided to address the skills shortage in AI-savvy developers by partnering with online technology learning platform Udacity to offer a course in edge AI for developers. “Historically, students have learned how to build and deploy deep learning models for the cloud. With Udacity, we are training AI developers to go where the data is generated in the physical world: the edge,” said Jonathan Ballon, Intel vice president and general manager, Internet of Things Group. “Optimizing direct deployment of models on edge devices requires knowledge of unique...

The Religion of Immoralism By MAX EASTMAN The notion of Karl Marx as a noble brooder over man's hopes is dispelled in this account of his invention and philosophic justification of the ruthless methods of modern Communism. With Stalin gone it has become necessary to find a new focus for our hostility to the unscrupulous and inhuman behavior of the Communists. I wish it might be focused on the real cause of the trouble: Marxism. Much force of argument is wasted among Western intellectuals through a wish to exempt Marx from responsibility for this return to barbarism. Realpolitik in the evil...

You know by now that democrats have not contributed a single positive thing to the Wuhan virus disaster. Their newest offense is to allow the PPP to run out of money. Pelosi bragged about this while eating her $13 per pint ice cream stored in her $20,000 Sub Zero refrigerators. We all have found our ways to keep our spirits up during these trying times. Mine just happens to fill up my freezer. #LateLateShow pic.twitter.com/dqA32d5lU1— Nancy Pelosi (@SpeakerPelosi) April 14, 2020 Steve Guest: "The Paycheck Protection Program ran out of money this morning because Democrats, led by Nancy Pelosi, blocked...

Fox News' Tucker Carlson sounded off on Democrat Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer Thursday night and accused her of engaging in a "weird arbitrary fascism." "When the coronavirus hit Michigan in force last month, Whitmer had no clue what to do. So, she responded with a mixture of comical ineptitude and a weird kind of arbitrary fascism," Carlson said. "She banned the sale of carpets and paint and potted plants. She told people they couldn't fish or go to church or drive alone to their own homes. But at the same time Whitmer kept liquor stores, weed shops lotto kiosks open...

A bipartisan group of governors from seven states announced on April 16 that they would form a Midwest regional partnership to coordinate efforts to reopen their states’ economies amid the CCP virus pandemic. The partnership will see the governors exchanging expert data and advice to reopen their economies in a way that “prioritizes our workers’ health,” the governors said in a statement Thursday. It includes Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D-Ill.), Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D-Mich.), Gov. Mike DeWine (R-Ohio), Gov. Eric Holcomb (R-Ind.), Gov. Andy Beshear (D-Ky.), Gov. Tony Evers (D-Wis.) and Gov. It is perhaps best-known for its hipsters, but long before Shoreditch became avant garde, it was a place of agriculture and farmers according to evidence from a radiocarbon dating technique that has revealed details about Neolithic London. The technique proved that the most significant early Neolithic pottery discovered in London is 5,500 years old. It reveals for the first time that the city's prehistoric inhabitants led a less mobile, farming-based lifestyle than their hunter-gathering forebears. The research, published in Nature, reveals that an area around Shoreditch High Street was once populated by farmers herding their livestock across a once-green landscape....

On Wednesday's Full Frontal show, liberal comedienne Samantha Bee was seen fawning over Senator Elizabeth Warren as the TBS host was seen in a pre-recorded interview speaking with the former Democratic presidential candidate. Bee oozed: "I wanted desperately to vote for you, and you dropped out of the race, and it felt like the end of the world." Bee went on to suggest Warren lost because she is a woman, and the two joked about not having to be around Senator Ted Cruz as members of Congress self-isolate during the pandemic. Bee set up the interview with clips of President...

The number of people who were infected and died from the new coronavirus in China's central city of Wuhan, where the world's first infections were reported, has been revised upwards significantly. CBS News correspondent Ramy Inocencio says China now admits that about 50% more people died of the disease in Wuhan than previously reported. The revision comes just a week and a half after the city celebrated the lifting of an unprecedented 76-day lockdown imposed to stop the disease's spread. The vast majority of China's infections and deaths were recorded in Wuhan. In real numbers, an additional 1,290 deaths were...

After MSNBC host Rachel Maddow mocked Michiganders protesting their Democrat governor’s sweeping draconian stay-at-home measures on her Wednesday night show, she brought on that governor for a softball interview full of flattery, Thursday. Maddow even ended the interview entertaining the idea that the Democrat governor could be our next Vice President. Immediately before bringing on Michigan governor and media favorite Gretchen Whitmer, Maddow sneered at her state’s residents trying to recall her with a dismissive and haughty assessment: [C]onfederate flag waving, Trump 2020 flag waving, people out on the street and ultimately blocking traffic in protest of the Michigan governor...

ATLANTA, GA—Many criticized CNN for breathlessly covering allegations against Justice Brett Kavanaugh throughout the then-SCOTUS candidate's confirmation process but remaining silent on accusations against presidential candidate Joe Biden. To address these concerns, CNN has finally posted an article on Tara Reade's allegations, the headline reading "Some presidential candidate did something." "Some presidential candidate did something," the article reads, "but what difference, at this point, does it make? Besides, it's not really harassment -- it's democratic harassment. His body, his choice." The article then includes a long list of Joe Biden's accomplishments and reminds readers that if they were to do...
