At this writing, early Wednesday morning, the Democratic Party has still not released the full results of Monday evening’s Iowa caucus. The Democratic Party tells us this is because of a technological failure - that some new app failed in tabulating the votes. Hogwash. Never mind that Iowa has been holding caucuses for generations without such problems… Never mind the fact that every state has been holding elections for centuries, some twice a year, some three or four times a year, without such severe failures. This is Iowa, in a presidential year. While Iowa is a fine state, with a...

The American Revolution summation from this channel went over well here so I wanted to point out this new one - a nearly half hour long animated history. It's engaging and a good way to introduce children to the subject matter.

RUSH: Folks, it was such a joyous occasion. It was unbelievable and something for which not only me, but my family will be eternally grateful for. It’s a very, very special moment indeed. And I thank, again, the president and his family. Vice President Pence called after we left the Capitol and were on the way back to our super-secret location and where we spent the rest of the week. Oh, one thing. Do you remember later in the evening there was a young mother and her — I think it was two kids sitting just to the left of...

Thanks to her new status as a national Republican figure, Rep. Elise Stefanik raised $3.2 million in campaign funds during the last quarter of 2019 – putting her way ahead of her progressive counterpart Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who raised $1.9 million. When Stefanik took office at age 30, in 2015, she was the youngest woman to serve in Congress – until Ocasio-Cortez was inaugurated at age 29 last year, but the biggest fundraiser on the Democratic side was House impeachment manager Adam Schiff, who raised $2.5 million. Stefanik, who represents the North Country, has seen a meteoric rise in popularity...

It is difficult to think of a more impossible task than attempting to rate the 60 all-time greatest Motown songs. Founded in 1959 by Berry Gordy, not only has the label — originally a small independent out of Detroit — spawned more classics in the 60 years since its launch than many corporate-giant-owned major record companies, who’s to say whether the Jackson 5’s “I Want You Back” is “better” than such drastically different songs as Marvin Gaye’s “Mercy Mercy Me,” Stevie Wonder’s “Sir Duke,” the Temptations’ “Just My Imagination,” the Commodores’ “Brick House” or Motown-affiliated Migos’ “Bad and Boujee”? Despite...

Democratic presidential candidate Mike Bloomberg, who recently rolled out his LGBTQ platform, is facing criticism after a 2016 video re-emerged this week, showing him using the term "man in a dress" to describe a hypothetical transgender woman. In the clip, which was recorded at an event at the University of Oxford in Oxford, England, on Dec. 8, 2016, Bloomberg discusses the challenge of appealing to people on the opposite side of a political divide, in this case, Brexit. Bloomberg said the division between people like him and attendees at the Oxford event, whom he described as "the intelligentsia" and "the...

WASHINGTON - A federal appeals court on Friday threw out a lawsuit brought by Democratic lawmakers that accused Donald Trump of violating anti-corruption provisions in the U.S. Constitution with his business dealings, capping a week of political victories for the Republican president. A unanimous three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled that the more than 210 House of Representatives and Senate Democrats lacked the required legal standing to bring the case, reversing a lower court judge’s decision that had allowed the case to proceed. The ruling came during a week of positives...

RUSH: What a week. What an incredible week. I mean, from beginning to end. And it’s still going. And there is still winning that’s happening today. Just incredible. And I’m gonna tell you something, folks. One of the things I’m gratified about — you know, I don’t like to brag, and I don’t like to say, “notice me.” But everything happening to the Democrat Party today, if you go back and you look at excerpts of the award-winning broadcast, go to RushLimbaugh.com, you’ll find that I predicted this implosion of the Democrat Party. And that’s exactly what it is. I...
