Pennsylvania State Police said they were called around 9 a.m. Sunday by the manager of the Bahney House Hotel on West Main Street. The manager stated that Oxenreider, who is a tenant, told him he had made an explosive device, police said. Hawaii’s “No License to Discriminate” bill is expected to become law Wednesday, which would make the state the ninth in the country to offer “Gender X” as a category on driver licenses. Gov.
