Call this one a Kinsleyan gaffe from NBC’s Al Roker, who makes the mistake of saying what nearly everyone else is thinking. His network will host the two-night, dual-round Democratic debate extravaganza, which premiers a week from tonight in prime time. NBC’s betting that the rest of TV Land will be more enthusiastic than its own on-air commenter: NBC’s “Today” show co-host Al Roker dismissed the 2020 presidential candidates who will participate in the first night of the two-day presidential debate Wednesday morning. The first night of the debate, which is scheduled for next Wednesday, will be headlined by Massachusetts...

Apple today announced a voluntary recall of a limited number of older generation 15-inch MacBook Pro units which contain a battery that may overheat and pose a safety risk. The units were sold primarily between September 2015 and February 2017 and can be identified by their product serial number. The recall does not affect any other 15-inch MacBook Pro units or other Mac notebooks. Because customer safety is a top priority, Apple is asking customers to stop using affected 15-inch MacBook Pro units. Customers should visit apple.com/support/15-inch-macbook-pro-battery-recall for details on product eligibility and how to have a battery replaced, free...

Michael Voris now reveals a trove of revelations from a secret vault in the Archdiocese of Chicago which extensively exposes the homosexual network. Caught in a trail of evidence, Cardinal Bernardin was accused of homosexual rape in a case that was never investigated, and in other misconduct. Despite his claims to be fully cooperating with the Illinois Attorney General, Cardinal Blaise Cupich is further exposed for having hidden accusations against more than 500 priests. Illinois is investigating, but if only a few of the elements of the expose are proven, not only is Cupich finished, but the whole gay mafia...

I sat at a banquet a week ago with a guy who started up, worked, then sold his wholesale machinist biz, in our Sacramento CA suburb, Rancho Cordova. That’s where the money is, in the long run, but for young people starting out, a starting wage of $20, up to $26, is not chopped liver. The happy-stance is that the computer control programming, like specialty AutoCAD, for 3D printing, at local education specialty clubs and for hobbyists, strongly resembles the professional computer application software for machinist vocational training, that now goes by the jargon CNC, for Computer Numerical Control. Our...

They’re magnificent creatures, but Botswana has too many of them in the wrong places. Many well-meaning animal lovers in the West reacted with anguish when my government announced in May that Botswana would not renew a temporary ban on hunting elephants and other protected wildlife. Others reacted with anger. We were accused of greed, corruption and political pandering, of being willing to sacrifice one of God’s noblest creations for a few extra dollars from wealthy foreigners who enjoy shooting and killing things. Even though their numbers have declined throughout the rest of Africa, our elephant population has exploded, from roughly...

Natan Sharansky looks the same as he always has — and he is a welcome sight. So is Avital, his wife. She came out of the Soviet Union before he did — a good twelve years before. She campaigned for the release of her husband, who was in the Gulag. I tell her, “I remember watching you on Nightline and other programs.” Her husband remarks, “The biggest mistake the KGB made was letting Avital out.” From what I can tell, they have a tender, warm relationship — truly spousal. We are sitting in a coffee shop here in Jerusalem, with...

Hillary Clinton hit back in amusing style after President Donald Trump ranted about her during his 2020 reelection campaign launch in Orlando on Tuesday night. The former secretary of state joked about being “blessed with stamina” to keep running through the president’s mind in a Twitter exchange with Democratic former Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum. Clinton, who Trump defeated in the 2016 election, also dinged POTUS with a jibe about Infowars, the conspiracy theory website run by far-right personality Alex Jones...

You may be familiar with a pocket dial, but a puppy dial? St. Louis Park police were sent to a home in the community to investigate a hangup call to 911. When the officers arrived, they found the homeowner's dog's newest chew toy was a handheld phone. "Everything was OK and Jack was given some advice on how to use 911, then probably given a treat," the St. Louis Park Police Department posted on Facebook. The department also added, "See you on your walks, Jack."

RUSH: So Plugs Biden. We gotta move from Democrat perverts asking Hope Hicks pervy questions to Joe Biden. This guy is finished. It’s over, and you know how you know it’s over? It’s nothing to do with this segregation business, although I think that’s the trigger for it. But you want to know how this is over? Well, let’s go to audio sound bite number 10. This is ABC News. This is Good Morning America today. This is a portion of chief national affairs correspondent Tom Llamas’ report about Hunter Biden’s business dealings in Ukraine and with the ChiComs. LLAMAS...

As we ramp up for the elections of 2020, we should take a moment to reflect on elections past. My personal experiences in the 2018 midterm election opened my eyes to the reality of the hyperpartisanship that currently grips our nation. I was the Democratic nominee for Tennessee’s First Congressional district -- a region characterized both by its complex mix of suburban and rural geography (more on that later) and by its seemingly unflinching support for the Republican party (no non-Republican candidate has held the seat since 1881). What I learned during my run was that, unfortunately, the leadership of...

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden declined to answer questions on the campaign trail this week about his son's overseas business dealings in countries where the then-vice president was conducting diplomatic work, an issue his political opponents have already begun to wield against him as he wades into the 2020 presidential campaign. More than once, after his father engaged in diplomacy on behalf of the United States in foreign countries, Hunter Biden conducted business in the same country. At two separate campaign stops on Monday, Biden avoided questions about his son while his staff blocked reporters from approaching the candidate. Biden's...

Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe on Thursday called for Congress to “absolutely” move forward with an impeachment inquiry into President Trump, signaling that he believes it is moving too slowly with the process.

London mayor Sadiq Khan has reignited his long-running feud with U.S. President Donald Trump, branding the American leader “the poster boy for a global far-right movement” along with Hungary’s Viktor Orbán, Italy’s Matteo Salvini, France Marine Le Pen, and Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage. Speaking on President Trump’s recent state visit to the United Kingdom at a Mayor’s Question Time session at the London Assembly, the Labour politician accused the American leader, Prime Minister Orbán, Deputy Prime Minister Salvini, Ms Le Pen, and Mr Farage of “using the same methods from the old far-right playbook: picking on minority communities and...

The Washington Post’s latest documentary is focused on what they suggest is the role masculinity plays in mass shootings in the U.S. The WAPO documentary opens by indicating their have been over 150 mass shootings in America since 1966 and “all but three were committed by men.” They add, “And more broadly, the majority of gun violence in America is perpetrated by men.” Having posited men in such a light, the documentary then shifts to masculinity–defining traits and characteristics–eventually placing masculinity at the root of mass shootings and suggesting current efforts to rein in masculine tendencies could be applied to...

To state the painfully obvious, the job of president is a tough one. There are countless obligations, pressures, influences, and crises that present themselves daily. Discharging all the wildly disparate responsibilities of the office with any semblance of organizational coherence while also trying to maintain some fealty to an overriding governing philosophy is an incredibly daunting task. Despite the best intentions going into office of achieving ambitious goals on a wide array of critical issues, more often than not, the president gets mired in the quagmire of day-to-day problems and predicaments and never really gets to do what he envisioned...

A medic testifying in the trial of Navy SEAL Edward Gallagher – who is accused of killing an injured ISIS prisoner of war in Iraq – has shockingly testified Thursday that he is the one who killed the militant, not Gallagher. The medic told a court at Naval Base San Diego that he killed the fighter by asphyxiation. He also testified that Gallagher stabbed the fighter, but did not kill him. Gallagher, 40, has pleaded not guilty to premeditated murder and aggravated assault charges stemming from the alleged killing of a wounded ISIS fighter and alleged instances of firing sniper...

Watching live TV coverage of President Trump at his Orlando rally announcing his reelection campaign, I was blown away by Trump's unprecedented, straightforward honesty. With no holds barred, Trump told the American people the truth about numerous important issues which have been lied about or hidden by fake news media. I thought, “My goodness, the president just gave the American people a year's worth of truthful news in one speech.” I guarantee that Americans who only watch fake news media heard for the first time during Trump's speech that the Mueller investigation of Trump did not find any collusion with...

It’s known here as The Exodus. People are leaving Illinois in droves. Republicans blame the state’s high taxes and its unfunded pension liability, which tops $130 billion. Democrats believe it’s the state’s lack of investment in education and infrastructure. One thing is certain: Illinois’ population has declined by 157,000 residents over the past five years, making it one of only two states — West Virginia is the other — to lose people over the past decade. Illinois’ predicament is a perfect storm of declining manufacturing, stagnant immigration, declining birth rates, young people leaving for college and never coming back, long-standing...
