In the early hours of Saturday morning, an arsonist attacked the Jerusalem studio of Daystar, destroying their studio. At the time of the attack, the studio, located in the Arab neighborhood of Abu Tor overlooking the Temple Mount, was in the midst of extensive renovations being carried out by Sharett Contracting. Britain's second-biggest steel maker collapsed on Wednesday, putting about 5,000 jobs at the company directly at risk, and threatening another 20,000 at suppliers. The driver who went on a demolition derby in a stolen RV — with one of her dogs hanging out of the smashed windshield during the high-speed police chase — is now facing charges, including driving under the influence. A federal judge on Wednesday threw out a libel lawsuit against the conservative group Project Veritas and its founder James O'Keefe. Foreign-born workers are sending some $150 billion a year home in remittances to friends, family members and associates outside the United States, says a new study published by the Federation for American Immigration Reform, a nonpartisan public interest group.
