A pregnant woman is seeking asylum in a Chicago church after she says she received a deportation order requiring her to leave the U.S. by Thursday.
Adilene Marquina, 34, who has a high-risk pregnancy and is afraid to travel back to Mexico, is staying at the Faith, Life and Hope Mission on Chicagos Southwest Side, WBEZ radio reported Tuesday. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has a policy against making arrests in places of worship.
Marquina fled to the U.S. in 2015 seeking political asylum to escape paying extortion that drug cartels required to keep her business open. She waited four years for an immigration judge to deny her claim to remain in the U.S., she said.
They dont care about my daughters life, she said. They couldnt even bother to look at the documents I provided that say I cant travel.
SNIP
Marquinas case, however, poses challenges. Her baby is due July 23 and she must leave the church to go to the doctor for the next two months. She is staying at the church with her family, a 16-year-old American son, a 14-year-old son who is also seeking asylum and a 3-year-old son who was born in Chicago.
I dont want to be separated from my children, Marquina said. I dont want anything to happen to my baby girl on my way back.
“I dont want to be separated from my children, Marquina said. I dont want anything to happen to my baby girl on my way back.”
No need to be separated from your kids. They can all go back with you.
I don’t see the word’s “anchor baby”, but they’re there between the lines.
“No need to be separated from your kids. They can all go back with you.

That’s logical.
If she really wants to have her American born children to stay in America have them placed in the Foster System.
Other than that, it’s really all about herself.
16, 14, 3, and shes pregnant again. All born here. No daddys. Guaranteed theyre American taxpayers burdens. Send the pregnant bitch back before she has another one here. And all her bambinos with her. So sick of this.
The “asylum” offered by religious institutions is largely ceremonial. There is in fact no legal weight to a claim for asylum in a church. The authorities have as much right to enter those premises and take the offender into custody as they do to enter any other building for the same reason.
“a 16-year-old American son”
Who says he’s “American”? Her?
What nation allows an illegal invader to decide who their future citizens will be? We’re supposed to respect that non-existent law because she broke immigration laws?
Why would we suffer his vote or say “yup, he’s one of us, just like my ancestors who fought in the Revolution”?
No sane nation operates this way. The kid inherits Mamacita’s nationality, so he’s got a place to go.
Send the entire family home, we don’t want to separate families.
Give the job to the FBI, they’ll burn them out if they have to like they did at Waco.
“Marquina fled to the U.S. in 2015 seeking political asylum to escape paying extortion that drug cartels required to keep her business open.”
I am so damm tired of the “My country sux so you must let me stay in your country ‘til it sux too.”
The drug use scene is a huge problem. Those cartels don’t sell snow to go up the nose of poor Mexicans, but rich Americans. The Wall will put a big kink in this pipeline, if not shut it down altogether.
That and the incessant ‘pity the poor illegal alien’ propaganda narrative seen on every mainstream media new report.
The address of that “mission” should be distributed to as many illegals as possible. let the “mission” take in 1,000 of them and see how long that lasts.
Well that line is a lie. She has a 16 year old American born son. Shes been running back and forth across the border for at least 17 years or more.
Doesn’t matter.
Stupid open borders gringos don’t give a damn , they just want to end white America.
She wants that anchor baby.
Her lawyers will have this tied up until that anchor pops out.
grab her and haul her to Juarez to have her baby in Mexico.
