Once again I am here to sing the praises of Walmart. Over the years I have done so on many occasions. Many misguided souls take the other side. President Obama violated the Constitution when he bypassed the Senate to fill vacancies on a labor relations panel, a federal appeals court panel ruled Friday. Two teenage girls have been arrested in a violent subway assault on a 55-year-old man, punching him in the head in an attack that sent the victim to the hospital, police said.
