A state employee and a former leader with the SEIU Local 1000 union was sentenced today to 25 years in state prison after he pleaded no contest to child molestation, possession of child pornography and manufacturing child pornography Feliciano had been convicted of child molestation in 1993 and was a registered sex offender, the release states.
