It's been an amusing but nonetheless predictable experience watching the news coverage of this past Saturday's march on our nation's capital. That the leftist media establishment has chosen to minimize or ignore this event of monumental significance really shouldn't be surprising. After all, these protesters descended on Washington sans any central leadership or organizing figure. It was love of country and respect for the founding principles of our republic that drove these ordinary citizens from across the country to converge on the Washington Mall this day. They came to show their outrage at the policies being advanced by the Obama...

The Land of Israel is divided. The question is how it will be divided in the future,” Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu told the Hebrew-language daily Israel HaYom (Israel Today) in an interview published Wednesday. He emphasized the security aspect concerning the future borders of Israel and of a “Palestinian entity,” a phrase he used before conceding in the face of pressure from U.S. President Barack Obama that he would acknowledge a Palestinian Authority state under certain conditions.

Here is video of Fox News' Major Garrett pressing White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs about President Obama's use of "Czars" in his administration. Gibbs mentioned that Republicans were OK with Bush having "czars," and said there's a lot of politics going on in criticizing Obama about the use of czars. Of course, Gibbs did not say anything about the fact he is using an unprecedented number of Czars in a way that in essence, seems to be circumventing his own Cabinet, and the need for confirmation by the Senate. . . . Freepers I have a question that I can't seem to hear any "talking head" of any political persuasion ask: First, are we monetizing the debt in large amounts? Second, if the answer is yes, then where is the money going and why do we have no inflation? We do not have rapidly growing production and employment, so we cannot have an equality of "dollars and goods." Therefore if we have "too many goods chasing too few dollars," where is the (what should be dramatic) price increases? Further, some of the info I've seen says that Americans are NOT taking on...

Meet Bob Bennett. He is a Republican United States Senator. He is up for re-election next year. Bob Bennett is about to screw America. Bob Bennett is a fiscally irresponsible Senator who prides himself on being a Senator’s Senator. He was the only Republican who stood up and clapped when Barack Obama attacked Sarah Palin in his Joint Session of Congress speech last week. And Bob Bennett wants to cut a deal on healthcare. Why? Because that’s what Senators do. The compromise. And if you are a Republican Senator, you capitulate. Bob Bennett is working with Ron Wyden on Oregon...

Quick Vanity - if those who critize Obama are racist, doesn't that make everyone who viciously attacked Sarah Palin a sexist?

WASHINGTON — An advocacy group under fire after employees were caught on camera appearing to advise a couple posing as a prostitute and pimp to lie about the woman's profession to get housing help said Wednesday it is ordering an independent investigation. The group, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, known as ACORN, said it is refusing new admissions into its service programs. ACORN will work with its advisory council, which includes prominent supporters of President Barack Obama, such as John Podesta, president of the nonprofit Center for American Progress, and Andrew Stern, president of the Service Employees...

Every day brings news of a fresh new scandal at the radical activist group ACORN, whose ties to President Obama go way back. Tuesday on his TV show, Glenn Beck produced a fourth undercover video showing an ACORN employee condoning or encouraging illegal behavior. The latest video shows a woman in ACORN's San Bernardino, California, office -- claiming to have close ties to various politicians -- acknowledge that she used to be in the prostitution business and that she had murdered her own husband. (I couldn't make this stuff up!) The video appeared earlier in the day at Andrew Breitbart's...

Unhinged from Reality Peter Ferrara President Obama told the nation last Wednesday night: Some of people's concerns have grown out of bogus claims spread by those whose only agenda is to kill reform at any cost. The best example is the claim made not just by radio and cable talk show hosts, but by prominent politicians, that we plan to set up panels of bureaucrats with the power to kill off senior citizens. Now such a charge would be laughable if it weren't so cynical and irresponsible. It's a lie, plain and simple. The prominent politician who first complained about...

Michael Dukakis says he favors Massachusetts changing its Senate succession law so the current governor can name a temporary replacement for Sen. Edward Kennedy, but the 1988 Democratic presidential nominee won't say if he'd be a candidate for the job. Introduced as "Senator Dukakis" in jest at a Statehouse ceremony Wednesday, Dukakis told reporters that pending political issues in Washington demand two Senate votes from Massachusetts. He says lawmakers erred five years ago when they blocked attempts to let the governor temporarily fill any vacancy while a five-month special election campaign they created was under way. Now a Jan. 19...

Here is audio of an older gentleman who called Rush Limbaugh today and absolutely blasted President Obama, saying Obama has "set back race relations 50 years." The gentleman identified himself as a "black man," and said Obama is doing the opposite of what he would hope Obama would do. A.J. said Obama is "taking America down." He then went on a several minute tear in which he poured out his heart about how Obama and the media are doing all the wrong things. . . . (AUDIO)
