McDonald, president and chief executive of investment management firm Rockefeller & Co., has died of an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound, Massachusetts authorities said Tuesday.</p> <p>McDonald, 56, was found in his vehicle at about 3 p.m. Sunday behind a car dealership in Dartmouth, about 50 miles south of Boston, said Gregg Miliote, a spokesman for the Bristol district attorney's office.</p>

(AP/1010 WINS) -- An 18-year-old Hofstra University student trying to retrieve a stolen cell phone was lured into a dormitory men's room and sexually assaulted by five men, police said Tuesday.</p> <p>Four suspects, including one Hofstra student who worked part-time with campus security, have been arraigned on rape and other charges. Clark worked at the lab where Le worked, and had access to the basement area where Le's body was discovered on Sunday. Police say a Warner Robins man killed his own pit bull after it attacked his 2-year-old daughter. That came two days after the dog allegedly tried to attack a woman. This afternoon our Comcast digital cable box switched to C-span by itself while Democrats were trashing Rep. Wilson. The box would not allow us to watch any other station for approximately 15 minutes. When I called to complain Comcast technical support said that they were performing a "test of the emergency broadcast system" that switched all digital boxes in Western Washington to C-span and would not allow subscribers to watch anything else. They said that the programming taking place on C-span was merely a coincidence.
