VATICAN CITY (CNS) -- Pope Benedict XVI's second volume on the life of Jesus is likely to be completed sometime next spring, a Vatican spokesman said. The book is expected to cover Christ's childhood, passion, death and resurrection. The first volume, the best-selling "Jesus of Nazareth," was published in 2007. The spokesman, Father Federico Lombardi, told Catholic News Service Sept. 13 that next spring was a "realistic" target date for completion. RICHMOND, Va. - Republican and Democratic operatives say the National Rifle Association will endorse Republican Bob McDonnell for governor. The gun rights group plans to announce its endorsement in a Monday afternoon conference call for reporters. Operatives with knowledge of the NRA's decision confirmed the endorsement on the condition of anonymity because no official announcement had been made. Four years ago, the NRA endorsed Democrat R. Creigh Deeds over McDonnell in their race for attorney general.

ACAPULCO, MEXICO - Police have found the bodies of five men dumped in a landfill near the Mexican resort city of Acapulco. Authorities say the men had been shot to death and police officers found a note with the bodies signed "The boss of bosses." At least 50 bullet casings and duct tape were also found at the scene. Police believe the murders are connected to drug violence.

Snopes only lists two of them, one he said in the '70s when he was a dj, and he apologized, and he also apologized for the Jesse Jackson remark. But the entry was last up-dated in June of 2007. I can't find a definitive article that refutes or acknowledges all the others. Can anyone help out?
