On Friday the Supreme Court heard arguments about the constitutionality of President Joe Biden's Wuhan coronavirus vaccine mandates for private companies with more than 100 employees. In September 2021, Biden tasked OSHA with implementing and enforcing the mandates. In the time since, the administration has been sued by multiple parties.
During questioning, liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor made a number of false statements about the vaccine's ability to prevent transmission of the virus. While it may protect against death or hospitalization, the vaccine does not prevent transmission.

And the effectiveness of the vaccine had no legal bearing on the cases they were considering. OSHA and CMA rights to make these rules were the question. These bloated bureaucracies run by political appointees should not be delegated so much power. That is Congress job, who have to answer to the people. Not the executive branch or SCOTUS.
He's shunned by the Supreme Court too. Why isn't Justice Thomas the Chief Justice? For the sake of diversity, Smiling John Roberts should step aside and offer it to him.

The S antibody levels are far stronger after vaccinations so the N antibody levels never get to be as strong as with natural immunity.
It is as if defensive line S is given 10 soldiers from defensive line N, the defensive lines are still effective.
