On Friday the Supreme Court heard arguments about the constitutionality of President Joe Biden's Wuhan coronavirus vaccine mandates for private companies with more than 100 employees. In September 2021, Biden tasked OSHA with implementing and enforcing the mandates. In the time since, the administration has been sued by multiple parties.
During questioning, liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor made a number of false statements about the vaccine's ability to prevent transmission of the virus. While it may protect against death or hospitalization, the vaccine does not prevent transmission.

If Biden tasked it, then it is a federal mandate.
If there is no federal solution (as spoken by the executive that ordered it), why is this not part of the SCOTUS arguments?

Rational, decent Hispanics must be embarrassed and enraged that a blathering idiot such as Sotomayor was selected to be the “Hispanic” representative on the Supreme Court. She is unbelievably and hopelessly stupid.
The narrative as of this morning is the vaccine was never intended to prevent the disease but only to minimize the symptoms once the disease has been contracted. The justice this morning said it was the best way to halt infections. The court appears to be a few days behind which, with the Wuhan virus, is light years.
This is widely believed. I think TPTB specifically evade this question because it serves them well in vilifying the unvaxed. Just like the evasion of the natural immunity issue. People are genuinely confused because they've been purposefully confused.
Vote for your country in the upcoming midterm elections; which means Vote for only those who vote for and follow the U.S. Constitution; which means no votes for Democrats/Progressives/Communists all of which America's Democratic Party has become.
