Supreme Court Justices Spew 'Shocking' Misinformation During Arguments on Biden's Vaccine Mandate
Townhall ^ | 1/7/22 | Katie Pavlich

On Friday the Supreme Court heard arguments about the constitutionality of President Joe Biden's Wuhan coronavirus vaccine mandates for private companies with more than 100 employees. In September 2021, Biden tasked OSHA with implementing and enforcing the mandates. In the time since, the administration has been sued by multiple parties.

During questioning, liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor made a number of false statements about the vaccine's ability to prevent transmission of the virus. While it may protect against death or hospitalization, the vaccine does not prevent transmission.

the script comes from Malta and the CCP.

the corrupt SCOTUS, Enemies of Honest Justices
and the Constitution, dare to impose taxes,
make up falsehoods, ignore their Oaths,
and target the People they were supposed to protect
as THEIR PROPERTY to be their owned ‘trans-Humans’.

Do you think anyone after the day is done says “pssst...Judge Breyer, you cited twice as many cases as there are people in the United States”? Probably not. This country is quickly becoming a joke, sad.

Judges routinely admonish jurors to not consult outside sources for reaching their verdict. Appeal courts like the Supreme Court are bound by the evidence presented in the trial. Inserting their own opinions and blatantly erroneous misstatement of the facts surrounding the case as a basis for ruling is clear abuse of judicial authority.

Justices who won’t be bound by the evidence in the case record should voluntarily recuse themselves. If they don’t they should be impeached and removed from office. Removing Sotomayor for failing to recuse herself would give Biden the opportunity to rid himself of Harris by appointing her to replace the impeached Sotomayor.

Sotomayor, rather than the arrogant description of herself as “a wise Latina,” is as dumb as a fencepost.

I can’t verify this myself but I heard someone who knew the law say Sotomayor almost never has legal justifications and precedents to cite in her opinions. Rather they are her off the cuff personal opinions based on her own prejudice and emotions.
As I said, I can’t back that up but it looks like it’s true.

This is from a source I can’t stand, NPR but has good arguments against biased judges like her:

https://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2009/05/sotomayors_wise_latina_line_ma.html

“....I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.”

From Stuart Taylor in the National Journal:
Indeed, unless Sotomayor believes that Latina women also make better judges than Latino men, and also better than African-American men and women, her basic proposition seems to be that white males (with some exceptions, she noted) are inferior to all other groups in the qualities that make for a good jurist.

Any prominent white male would be instantly and properly banished from polite society as a racist and a sexist for making an analogous claim of ethnic and gender superiority or inferiority.

Imagine the reaction if someone had unearthed in 2005 a speech in which then-Judge Samuel Alito had asserted, for example: “I would hope that a white male with the richness of his traditional American values would reach a better conclusion than a Latina woman who hasn’t lived that life” — and had proceeded to speak of “inherent physiological or cultural differences.”

I heard earlier that they should rule next week as that’s when the ‘mandate’ is to begin.

I lost all confidence in and respect for the Supreme Court justices when they refused to examine the evidence of massive election fraud.

One of the best things 41 did was to appoint Clarence Thomas to the Supreme Court. Too bad he’s shunned by the African-American community.

The court is trying to govern in a way which advances their political ideology. That’s not what the Supreme Court is supposed to do, but [shrug] what are ya gonna do?
***That means we are no longer a republic, we are officially an oligarchy. The death blow to our republic was when SCOTUS refused to rule on the simple and plain definition of Natural Born Citizen in Berg vs. Obama, saying that NO ONE in America had ‘standing’.

Since that time we have seen the muscle spasms of our dying republic. Very similar to when historians traced the end of the Roman republic to the crossing of the Rubicon river by Julius Caesar, signalling a civil war and the beginning of the Roman Empire.

I went to Harvard Law and have many friends who clerked on SCOTUS.

They’ve all told me that Sotomayor is the dumbest justice that has been on the Court in decades.

Is there any chance of a possible 4-4 tie in the SC?

Yes, they are buffoons and so out of touch with reality that I think the Supreme Justices that are liberal lean to far tot the left.

These are mandates by Biden and they are unconstitutional.

We can not wait till November and get the R's who are responsible folks and at least they follow our constitution which is our governing document.

A most disgusting human being for sure. Our overlords are ignorant, incompetent, vain, and malicious - which explains their despotism. The wise govern justly, fools prefer tyranny.
