How unhinged has Howard Dean become? So bad that an MSNBC host had to gently walk him back off the ledge.
On Chris Hayes' MSNBC show tonight, Dean claimed that Scott Walker says Barack Obama was "born in Kenya." It took Hayes two attempts to break through Dean's blather, but eventually he was able to politely point out: "I should note, you mention the Kenya thing, he has not been asked that."

Silly. What if she was 30 years old— then he wasn’t eligible— correct? Did you actually not know that a baby is a US citizen if born here in the USA? I am amazed. Have you been on “Water’s World”? You might call him and try out.
we’ve already heard that from mooch aka Michael’s own voice.
on what? Give us the differences.
That makes him ineligible — right?
Fair enough.
How about advocating that he goes around reminding people that Barry himself told people he was born in Kenya, time after time after time?
Constitutional Eligibility
Because ... "whatever".
“Because, if Stanley Ann Dunham was his mother as recited in Dreams, she would confer citizenship on him at birth only if she had resided in the United States for 5 years after her 14th Birthday which by definition was not possible since she was not 19 when he was born. Thus he would have flunked the Natural Born Citizen requirement whatever else it might mean because he was not a citizen at all when he was born. “
That is the 5 year after age 14 rule — well known to nobody. Where, sir, did you find that baloney? Did you know that a mexican born here is a US citizen? Doesn’t matter if he goes back to mexico. He is unfortunately a citizen of the USA and he cannot lose that by world travels. Where do you get this “5 year rule”? enlighten us.
Ping to #60.

Well if he had . . . .
There are a number of affidavits from live witnesses in the various litigation files in which Barry is quoted as having made statements that he was born in Kenya to political gatherings and supporters in various early political campaigns.
Those statements are evidence. The rules vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction but they are either admissible as exceptions to the hearsay rule or they are outright admissible as statements against interest and evidence.
There is no other evidence proving where Barry was born. All of the so called birth record documents available are proven fraudulent.
The only evidence on the question is Barry's record of statements against interest which are thus Best Evidence on the issue.
So, at present at least, the proof is that he was born in Kenya under circumstances in which whatever the Natural Born Citizen requirement in Article II of the Constitution requires, he did not become a citizen of the United States at birth.
Because, if Stanley Ann Dunham was his mother as recited in Dreams, she would confer citizenship on him at birth only if she had resided in the United States for 5 years after her 14th Birthday which by definition was not possible since she was not 19 when he was born. Thus he would have flunked the Natural Born Citizen requirement whatever else it might mean because he was not a citizen at all when he was born.
Now I don't advocate that Governor Walker go around telling people Barry was born in Kenya but it is important as a lawyer's issue at this point that the best evidence is that he was in fact born in Mombasa Kenya at the Coast Provincial General Hospital.
Thanks, David.
I can see Brian Williams in scrubs: “When I delivered Barack Obama......”
Well, since RATs seem to be a huge collection of filthy perverts including the P/Ms (LGTBTQ MFs), child molesters, the first queer president, and creepy Uncle Joe....he'll probably be more popular than ever.
Now that really doesn’t help us determine if he was eligible. If he was born in Kenya and his mother was born in the USA he was absolutely ineligible under the “natural born” requirement in our beloved constitution. One need not be just a child of a US citizen. A special provision in the constitution, Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution sets forth the eligibility requirements for serving as president of the United States:
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States. That requires that he be born on US soil or as amended by statute it’s protectorate military bases .
If obama was born in Kenya to a US citizen mother— he was absolutely ineligible to be president. But because no challenge was made prior to his swearing in ,it was waived and forever lost as an issue and is now moot. Where were the Karl Roves and the John McCains? -— sleeping.
He’s right.
Go back and read the hundreds of threads/thousands of posts on the topic.
Besides, just merely being “a citizen” is not enough to make one eligible to serve as president. Ted Cruz probably isn’t either.

>> “Did you know that a mexican born here is a US citizen?” <<
Not so if his parents are not here under a visa. that requirement is a part of the 14th amendment. Must be here under the authority of the US Government for the kid to have citizenship.

HTB: Howard Dean says Bill Clinton is a Rapist.
See my tag line...
Don’t laugh, but I actually heard Dean’s weird screech in my mind when I read the excerpt above.
Obama has told many that he was born in Kenya. His grandmother said so, and any “numbah” of Kenyan politicians.
So Howard is saying....what?
Howard truly is Vermont’s village idiot.
You have a whole lot of catching up to do.
